"Yeah...or...something." They were both thoroughly confused now, so she decided to swing the topic a bit, although she kept on memory lane. "Who was the first Skull Monkey you ever met?" she asked. Sure, it was a random and spontaneous question, but she really was curious.

"Tawn.. I think.." she says quietly, contemplating if it was or not. "Well... He's the first I really remember. We played hide 'n' seek, I got stuck under a book..." she shudders, remembering how horrible that felt.
"Or maybe it was you.. As a pebble.. I 'unno." she shrugs, she wasn't good with the whole memory thing.

Aspyn smiles a surprised smile. "Really? Me too!" she giggles at the concidence. "In fact... he was the first one I ever sang to..." she says softly. "I sang Content to him while he was holding me. It's odd that I even remember..." she snaps back to reality as Hanyuu tells her hide 'n' seek story. "Oh my gosh...how traumatising!" she exclaims.

[Arrgh. I just remembered. Our comp's going into the shop someday soon, maybe tomorrow, I'm not sure. And during that time I won't have comp acsess for probably a day or two. gonk ]

"Tawn's cool... Haven't really seen him since I was an infant though." She says solemnly. "It'd be nice to see him again, now I'm bigger." She nods, laying her head on her paws.
"Yeah, Probably what made me so psychotic." she jokes, in her usual dry tone, tail uncurling as she speaks.

"Ah...yeah, I guess you're right," she says with a little giggle. Lying forward onto her belly, she swirls her paw around on the edge of the water in front of her, a sligth smile on her lips.
[It's gotten to the point where I can't even read your other RP...the angst is making me nauseous. x_x]

Standing up Hanyuu crouches down and puts a paw in the water. "Wow... It's warm.." she mutters, crinkling her face up a little. She was expecting it to be cold..

Aspyn turns her head to look at Hanyuu. "Yeah...isn't it great? Sometimes on cool days, when I walk out here and accidentaly begin trodding through the water I don't even notice because it feels so much like the air." It was an absent though, but a carefree one.

Smiling at Aspyn's words Hanyuu thinks for a moment... Then asks; "Are there any cannibalistic fish in here?..." She dips her head down, fairly solemnly. "'cause if not... I fancy a swim." she said quietly. Any other things like... 'Ok, I’ll go up the tree!'. She wasn't 100% certain.

Aspyn cocks her head. "Cannibalistic fish...? Of course not. And, even if there were, they'd be too busy eating themselves to bother you." she giggles, thinking Hanyuu meant to say "carnivorus," but didn't pester her. She was too busy grinning. "You will? For real? That's awesome, Hany. Let's go!" she stands, walking into the water with a small plip as her paws broke the surface. Wading as deep as her ankles, she turns, waiting for Hanyuu patiently.

Hanyuu never said she was the brightest and never even notice her blunder of words. So she just nodded some and took a few more nervous steps towards the water.
It wasn't until she had got both front paws in that she realised, This wasn't that bad... "Now one question," she says with a suprisingly stern voice, "how do you do this 'swimming thing'" she finishes with such a formal accent it almost makes her laugh herself..

She laughs. "That 'swimming thing' isn't actually as hard as you think," she says with a grin. "Basically...it's just flailing your legs around in the water." she moves closer to Hanyuu. "Here. I'll go with you. Just go as deep as you want thsi time, and we'll see what happens."
