tiara, perfume, makeup, sexy lingere, wig, although i usually end up with the wig out of the gym guy's butt because i lose the contest crying there's another item you can get that i forget though for that part of the game.

i love seeing guys brave enough to wear the butt-ugly purple dress and pigtailed wig at conventions, it's so hilarious! ^_^!
