Drako got a good one there, but he's not done yet, as following the atomic drop, he'd attempt to to knock Nuke off his feet with a quick clothesline

If Nuke wasn't concentrating on the pain to his groin, he might have anticipated the follow-up strike from Drako.
However, that wasn't the case, as the clothesline knocks him down on his back, as he now stared up at the bright lights.

Now that he has Nuke down, Drako steps back and hits the ropes, rebounding back and looking to hit a quick leg drop across the face, knowing he'll need a bit more to hope to keep his old rival down

Hulk Hogan, eat your heart out.
Drako ran to the ropes and came back, planting his leg across Nuke with perfect technique.
The crowd cheered out, as Damone began to pick the bones of the downed Fusion now!

Drako floated over, hooking Nuke's leg for a pinfall as the ref slid to the mat.
One!
Two!-
Cut off on the two count, this match was still going on. This was the opening match of the Rumble, and who would have ever guessed it would have been as epic as this back-and-forth?

the kickout comes as Drako should more or less have expected, but it was all part of the plan....at least for the moment. Drako leans back on his knees, letting out a breath as he prepares for his next line of attack.
Rising to his feet, Drako reaches down to pull Nuke up again with him, this time with the goal of irish whipping him towards the corner

At this point it seemed like Nuke was a passenger, being taken on a ride that would likely end in some pain here.
Dragged unceremoniously to his feet, Damone whipped him at the corner. Fusion was just about able to turn his body at the last moment, slamming his back into the turnbuckle.
Gripping his back as well as he could with his right arm, he grimaced and then looked up to see where Drako was..

Now that he has Nuke where he wants him, Drako charges after him, aiming to hit him with a clothesline against the buckle

The clothesline was hard and unforgiving, as Nuke's neck snapped back in that moment.
There was a second or two where Fusion seemed to stumble in place, before he slumped down the turnbuckle, his back and head rested against the padding.

That dropkick was executed perfectly, as Nuke felt his chest almost cave inwards. He dropped down, slumped in the corner, coughing and holding his chest.

Drako seems to have things in hand, but he needs Nuke out of that corner now. Upon rising, he'd attempt to pull Nuke out of the corner to lay flat on the mat instead

Nuke felt himself pulled further inwards on the canvas, but there was no fight for him, as he was still reeling a little from the previous strikes from Drako.
The crowd gave off a loud pop for Damone, the most decorated WWFG superstar of all time.

Drako has Nuke where he needs him, and quickly steps over him to get to the turnbuckle. He quickly climbs the turnbuckle, taking a moment to glance back at Nuke to make sure he's still there. Once at the top, it's time for one of his favorite maneuvers, as he launches himself aiming to crash across his fallen opponent with a diving moonsault
