A storm of reactions flooded into the ring as the crowd was not happy. Avari had been honorable and maintaining the action here in the ring, and this Snakehead Eel of a fisherman went for some cheeky 1986 level heat.
Dean looked to chase Avari. The mythological idea of momentum was on his side again. If the Fusion kid wanted to lay strikes, then Dean was going to give him some in return. Dean went to lay some strong kicks to the mid section of Avari!

Avari starts to get back up to his feet with the help of the ropes, rubbing his eyes to try to release some of the pain. But then..
Several kicks to the midsection, sending Avari back in to the ropes, almost getting tangled in them. Fusion cried out,
"Ref! Get him off me!"

The referee was upset at Dean already as he saw the man once again ignore the rules. Dean on the other hand had no care in the world. He kept laying in the strikes as the ref began the count.
"I'm gonna DQ you if you continue....

2
3..."
The boo's getting louder and louder with each count. So loud in fact Dean was unable to fully hear the count and knew he getting awfully close to a DQ. But this rookie used every second he could on his arm, so why should he be the only one to have fun.
Dean saw the sign language 4 as he knew it was time and walked backwards, his hands in the air! he would have put his feet in the air as well, but that would of been a little tricky. The referee got in front of Dean, creating a wall between the heel and the face.
"Have some class Dean"

Avari was wounded, that's for sure. But he also had the eye for an opening whenever he could gain one, and this might have been it.
He staggers forward, well aware that he was hurting from those last shots, and aims to get around both of the men and try to lock in a sleeper hold on DJ!

Avari's arm whipped around Dean's neck as once again he felt himself getting stuck in a hold. His eyes blew up wide, screaming "Oh no!" He felt the pressure of the young mans strength gripping around him.
Dean looked to bend his knee's lower, looking to center his force of gravity, and raise his arms up to grip one of Avari's arms. Dean then attempted to use all of his force to flip Avari over his back and into a seated position in front of him keeping a hold of his arm. If successful Dean would try to end the chain of reactions with his signature Barley Legal!

Avari thought he had the submission in place, and this was the chance to end the match right here and right now. But what he didn't anticipate was the quick thinking of Johnson, who was able to flip him over and counter in to his own submission lock!
Avari struggled and struggled, but it looked like it was pretty set in place!

For all of the effectiveness of cranking the elbow could be, the move was boring. Dean stood there, cranking the elbow, looking to put Avari in pain, and maybe where down his arm a little bit.
The crowd though was not having it in the slightest. The match had been nonstop action with nothing but escalations but now the well seemed dried as the two men sat in the middle of the ring.
Dean relished in the hatred as as he smirked widely, this was what it was about. Slow incremental damage. Picking off body parts. Rest holds!

Avari struggled some more, but this rest hold was locked in place, and it was hard to get out of. The ref, whom he had a small argument with earlier, was now checking to see if he wanted to ******** off bro! I'll never quit!"
Fusion stated his intent, he would rather die in this hold than relent. He struggled a little more, before throwing anything he could behind him. A leg, an elbow, even throwing his head back for a reverse headbutt if he could!

The leg missed, as it was going to. Dean saw the elbow coming so he ducked his head a little, really going in on Avari's Elbow. Then...
Thud!
Avari's head cracked into Deans as Dean let go and stood up. He turned around, gripping his face that had just been rocked once again!

Avari rubbed the back of his head from the impact and shook out his limbs, that took a small toll on him there. He then rotated himself on the mat, and attempted to manueuver a small package roll up pinfall!

Moving from his spot on the ropes, Cyrus would finally step in looking to break up the pin attempt with a few kicks to Avari.

This felt all too familiar as he was stuck in the roll up but felt the pressure break before he heard the one. He got to his knees knowing right now it was just a mess of men in the center of the ring.

Now the Lion wasn't a fan of surprising a dude while he was on his knees... but he was still going to go have to go ahead and try to kick Dean in the face.

Dean could not get a break as the boot of Cyrus smacked him right in his head. He had no distractions available to him by Rosario, he had nothing to give him an edge, and he was feeling it. Dean doubled over, his back now on the mat.

With Dean against the canvas, Cyrus suddenly leapt over him as he rushed towards the ropes, springing off the center rope to attempt the Lionsault!
