[[ You can't learn a jutsu without practicing it. Even invoking the hand seals would kill you at this level. You don't know them, you can't use them. Get Genin-appropriate jutsu. ]]

You don't have or know any of the advanced jutsu on your list, not until you advance further in rank and can actually begin to practice them without killing yourself. Fix it, then get back to RPing. =P ]]
