Ulric dropped his stuff off back at home and headed back to the festival. He headed further into the more market side of the festival keeping an eye out for any trouble. Even though he was off duty he could still help out if trouble arises. He stopped for a moment at a food stand to get a skewer of meat. He'd find a drink eventually but his stomach was starting to growl from all of his running around. (Anyone is free to bump into Ulric out in the market area of the festival) (WC: 79; Points: 17+16+5+9+4+7+12+7) (taking the dagger)

Dusk looked back at his parents with wide eyes as the booth lady said that kids played free. "I'd like to play! .... Please." He said after getting a small nod from Twilight. He looked at the lady as she handed him 5 rings to throw at the group of bottles further back in the booth. "Now you want to get one of those rings around any bottle. The normal sized ones will get you a normal piece of candy, the smaller rounder bottles get you a bigger piece of candy like a lollipop, and the big and taller bottles get you a large piece of candy." The lady explained. Dusk looked at the rings and then at the spread of bottles. The normal bottles were the most numerous and clustered around the smaller and taller bottles. The smaller bottles were the next numerous and there were only 5 taller ones. He really wanted to ring a tall one but wasn't sure if he'd get any. He took the first ring and threw it. He cheered when it hit a small bottle and swirled around to 'ring' the bottle. Twilight smiled at Aletris and gave her hand a soft squeeze back. "Oh? Thinking about me.... I'm glad I'm still in your thoughts." She gave a soft laugh at the hip nudge and turned back to what the kids were doing. Twilight looked down at her other son and smiled. "If you want to play games then either one of us can hold onto your candy for you. Or you can do like Dusk did and put any uneaten candy in your bucket and place it on the ground by you. We'll make sure it's not taken or left behind." She said. As the lady explained how the booth worked she gave Dusk a small nod so he'd know it was okay to play. Seeing him win one of the better prizes on his first throw made her smile grow. "Good job!" (WC: 142; Points: 7+20+20+10+7+19+11+3) (taking short sword)

Rhys picked up on Ana's concern for Davidian and also became concerned. "Or maybe you need to eat something? Drinking on an empty stomach isn't a good idea. Not sure if you've eaten before hand or not." He suggested. He nodded at Ana's comment that he won't get better without practice. "I know and I'm not slacking off either! I'm just not sure if I'll be good enough if something big happens like last time." "Ah another dagger user.... and long sword." He said looking at Emrys slightly confused, "A Bladedancer wizard?" He hadn't heard of that type of wizard before. "Well Lesedi if you wouldn't mind teaching me, I'd certainly love to keep learning how to use a dagger. I'm not sure if a long sword would suit me but Emrys if you wouldn't mind helping me find out?" While he liked taking lessons from Ana and spending time with her, if she felt that she wasn't the best teacher and that one of her kids were then he wouldn't mind switching teachers. After all he could always do cooking lessons with Ana. Those have proved to be very useful. (WC: 191) ( Great sword)

Chaelean (points: 48 ) She smiled as she patted the rather tame beast; it seemed happy. Of course, the person who was selling such creatures for mounts came running over while profusely apologizing to Chaelean about the escaped spider. She chuckled and simply told them that it was no trouble, happily paying for the creature that seemed to take enough of a shine to her. The seller was pleased with the turn of events and, as a thank-you for her understanding, handed her a uniquely colored rose before heading back to their stall. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Aldin (points: 20) People here were so carefree; how fortunate they were. Fortunate and foolish, of course, for letting their guard down so easily in such a large celebration. Did they not know how easy it was to be taken advantage of like this? Easy to blend in....easy to get away....too easy. Aldin didn't even notice yet that he had company; a black spotted red frog had hopped its way onto the table he was sitting at, sitting there and just staring at him for a moment before a deep voice entered the human's mind. You observe them closely...with scrutinizing eyes.Aldin blinked and looked around till he saw the frog on the table; did it just talk to him? You learn much from merely observing with your eyes and ears.

"Oh, your shop? What kinds of things do you sell?" Sunny asked, genuinely interested. She thought, wouldn't it be nice to visit sometime? When Chaelean turned her attention aside, Sunny looked at the wands again. And when Chaelean greeted someone, Sunny looked in curiosity. There, nearby, was a giant spider! A dire spider to be exact. Goosebumps covered every inch of her arms and the back of her neck. When she realized that it was quite tame (of course it was!), she relaxed again. It must be from a nearby stand that sold familiars. She found through Chaelean's interactions with the spider that it was very tame and gentle. She allowed herself a small smile, then turned back to the wands. She just could not decide whether to get one or not. And which one of course. WC: 137 | Points: 8 Total WC: 611 | Total Points: 26 I will claim this wand (I have a rogue character xD ).

Curby turned back to his wares and tidied up a bit, rearranging the pumpkins, centering the crowns, and putting out more packets of mulling spice. He thought he should probably put more of them together. He sat down and opened up a box filled with small tools and supplies. He pulled out a stack of spice pouches and started filling them up with his mix of spices. Cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg...and what else? Who knows. When he had done that he pulled out some ribbon and began to tie them up. All this time he was humming softly to himself, even as he finished up the pouches and set them out on the display.

Ulric finished off his skewer of meat while walking through the market. He spotted a stand that was selling some fresh juice and walked over. He purchased a mugs worth and turned to see what else was being sold. Taking a drink he was slightly surprised by how refreshing it was and at the end of the gulp of juice there was a tang. He'd have to remember this stand so he could purchase some more later. Taking in the happy sounds of people shopping, children playing and shouting in joy, the sounds of people enjoying a festival, Ulric began to walk further in to check out more booths and stands.

Dusk looked over at his family happy he had won something already. He nearly forgot that he had 4 more chances to win more candy but the lady running the game called out to him. "That was a good toss! Now let's see if you can keep it up. Come on, you've got four more rings to toss. It looks like your brother wants to try too." She said to him. Dusk flushed slightly and turned back to the game. He grabbed his next ring and got ready to toss it. It bounced around a bunch and eventually ringed another small bottle. Twilight smiled as Dusk turned towards them. She was so proud and happy for him. She waved at him to tell him to continue playing. He did after some prompting from the lady at the booth. She cheered a little when he won again on one of the little bottles. "Good job Dusk! You're on a roll." She turned to look at Aletris, "Looks like someone has some good aim." Chaelean (points: 64) Chaelean looked over to the girl that had been talking to her, smiling a bit and nodding when she asked about her shop. "Yes, I own and run a shop for magical needs; spell components and the like." She glanced down as she felt Raindrop pawing at her leg, raising an eyebrow at what the familiar had on her head; a strange little headband that had.....rabbit ears? ...Some young one placed these on me. I believe they found it...amusing. Raindrop looked up at her bonded with clear annoyance. Ulric moved further along the stalls, stopping here and there to look at the various wares. A few times Dulce made him stop to look at some items, more headbands and some hats. "Yes Dulce. I'll get you something else. Let's just keep looking for now. I mean nothing has really made you go 'I want that'. You've just been pointing out things you find neat." He said to the slime ghost in his candy bucket. He ended in a particularly crowded part and ended up bumping into an orange Cashryn while trying to avoid a man weaving drunkenly. Dusk beamed happily to himself. He was doing so well! Two small bottles right in a row. "Lathyrus! Look! It's not so hard. I'm sure you're going to great on your turn." He said turning to look back at his brother. Focusing back on the game he grabbed his next ring and eyed one of the tall bottles. He really wanted to get one of those. One of the large pieces of candy sounded great! He took aim and then threw the ring. It hit one of the tall bottles however it was too low to ring it. It bounced down and landed on a normal bottle. Twilight did the appropriate 'aww' when Dusk failed to ring a tall bottle. "Good throw Dusk. Give it another try!" She cheered. She then bent down to be closer to Lathyrus. "Are you excited to play? After this one I think you should pick out the next gaming booth to play at." She said to him. After all it was only fair that they each get to pick a game to play. She looked back to Dusk having heard the sound of him throwing another ring. (WC: 86; Points: 7+20+20+10+7+19+11+3+16+13) (taking long sword)

Sandy was having a great time. She remembered back to being little and slipping through the crowds, acquiring money from generous, unwitting strangers. It was never a lot, but usually enough to get by. Now she relaxed her mind, listened to the people, took in the sights, smelled the mouth-watering food. All at once the crowd swelled and a drunken man threatened to cause a scene. While she shrunk back from him, she and another person bumped shoulders. She recognized him. She recognized all the guards and trainees... for reasons. It was a hard habit to break. His tumble into her bubble seemed innocent enough, and he seemed genuinely sorry.
