Undertaker was covered, but gets the shoulder up at 2 and 3 quarters, after unable to reverse the Neutralizer, and just rolls over looking exhausted but somehow got the shoulder up.

Cesaro would slam the mat in utter disbelief! HOW can the Dead Man take so much punishment and still fight back?! Cesaro, infuriated, would attempt to hastily pick up his opponent and tuck Taker's head in between his thighs once more, going for a second Neutralizer!!

Undertaker was looking lifeless before he was suddenly picked up and put into the position for a second neutralizer, but this time he attempts to hit a back body drop in absolute desperation!

Cesaro would not expect such resistance from the Phenom and was caught off guard at the split second before he would attempt to lift him, instead being launched by Undertaker, landing onto the mat back first!

Undertaker falls to the canvas, finally getting separation and perhaps this was the turning point of the match as he lays on the mat while he has the chance to recover, after taking a BEATING a majority of this match.

The audience would start chanting for the Undertaker, as he continued to struggle to get up, but he crawls to the ropes and eventually uses them to do so, starting to get rejuvenated after finally countering Cesaro and getting that break.

Cesaro would slowly pick up his bearings, his back still aching a little after that huge impact. The Swiss Cyborg would get back up slowly but surely.

The momentum of hitting the move would make Cesaro come out of the corner a ways, and Undertaker looks to take advantage and hit a sidewalk slam!
