Monster's HP: 2 - 6 = -4
Logos HP: 20/20Logos saw was Melpomene did for her, and nodded. He was a basic senshi, sure, but she had never seen ranks as a meter for strength. He was clearly more than capable and having learned from Acubens, she would expect nothing less. Both she and Lesath were incredibly loving women, but at the same time had incredibly standards for their charges and were more than capable of helping them reach those standards. Melpomene would be fine. And she'd be sure of that. Calling her magic one last time, she flicked the helix whip with one, sure, sudden strike and watched with satisfaction as the monster's flesh split at the same time as Acubens' attack hit.

Monster HP: 0The monster stopped suddenly, as though stunned by something. And, in truth, it was stunned. Stunned that it had been snuck up on. That it's territory had been invaded. That this small group of trespassers had fought and, in fact, beaten him. He began to shake suddenly. Not for rage or terror or sorrow. Not for any reason at all, really. He'd never really had this happened before. Nothing like this had ever happened before. His tremors grew and grew until his consciousness faded. The room itself seemed to shake with the force of the great monster's quaking. Glass panes rattled in casements. Cupboards toppled over. Pots fell to the ground and shattered. And just when it seemed like Mirrorspace itself was going to come apart at the seams... The monster vanished. One moment it was there and the next... it was gone. And from above rained down dozens of crystals, all shimmering like emeralds as they landed and settled on the chalky white soil in the middle garden bed around the lily which had been sitting harmlessly in the soil before the whole battle began. Quote: THE MONSTER HAS BEEN DEFEATED! Thank you to everyone who had participated! Acubens is going to take the majority of the crystals back to mirrorscape to terraform the community area, but there are plenty to go around! Everyone has earned a green crystal, and the three highest rollers have earned one extra green crystal! Along with the crystals, Acubens is also scooping up that lovely lily to plant in the community area. Those of you who want to come with Acubens to terraform the community area, I'll post that link here! You are welcome to use the earned crystals however you want! If you posted 500+ words, this counts as a BATTLE for those of you looking for reqs! NOTE: Technically, Logos also earned an extra crystal, but I didn't want to have both of my characters earning an extra crystal. Therefore, the extra crystal went to Remarque who had the next highest roll after Logos. Fulu was rather shocked when Acubens got tossed around by the monster. He was definitely going to heed Kiuchi's advice and keep his distance. It wasn't much long though, before the team that answered Acubens' call finished off the monster. It just disappeared a left before a large sum of crystals. Great, mission accomplished? He hadn't expected to encounter something so dangerous, but at the same time he hadn't felt too threatened with so many people around him to take it down.
He took Kiuchi's hand. "You were awesome! I'll be more helpful next time, hopefully." Yeah, he'd only been mildly effective against the Mirrorspace creature, but then against his magic wasn't offensive at all. He should have tried using it though, it might have helped someone. The only problem was there was a lot of action around him and it was hard to tell who would be targeted. With more experience, he'd get the hang of it.

Watching as the monster seemed to just vanish, was it dead? Kiuchi turned his dark eyes onto Fulu as he let the other take his hand. "I wasn't that good. I did what I had to - to protect the others." To help the team. He wasn't a fighter, not on his own, but to help the others he could do it. The only reason he'd fight if he was on his own was so he could get home - to everyone he cared about.
Giving Fulu's hand a squeeze he pointed to the green crystals scattered about the ground. "Those will help. Remember what I showed you on my bit of mirrorscape? Those green ones seem to give grass and small plants. You should take one. We have work to do in mirrorspace." And they would, over time, work on Fulu's island, and his own, as well as the open areas. They had lots of decorating to do.

With the help up from Acubens he was back on his feet and brushing himself off. "Thanks." Watching Acubens go in with her magic he almost wanted to cheer. She might not finish this fight but that would surely do some damage to the monster - he knew it.
Watching another senshi, the one who called herself Logos, attack the monster he wasn't surprised when it died...at least he thought it died. He couldn't be sure it was dead since it just seemed to stand still for some moments, as if it wasn't sure what to do, before it vanished.
The shaking was unexpected though and had him looking around, in a bit of a panic even, as he wondered just how bad this was about to get. He expected things to start falling on top of them all, and the room they were in to fall apart. Instead crystals started landing on the ground and slowly he went to get one of the green things. He knew what they were, Acubens had taught him about them, and he stepped closer to the senshi of raptors. "We're going to use these or look for more?" He questioned her.

"Well, at least it's gone now." Mithra said as she had jumped back after her attack and before she could prepare another one, the final blow had been dealt by Logos and it poofed from existence. Of course it didn't poof like some youma that she had seen, but she would have preferred youma yuck in her lungs compared to tiny crystals that seemed to be in the air and falling. They were "big" in a way, but she made sure to brush them away from her face just in case. If anyone was near her they could hear her muttering about not being able to punch it more and annoyance at the entire situation. This was supposed to be a meetup but all it turned into was another fight. As much as she liked fighting, one didn't make friends just by being on the battlefield with them. They did need downtime after all. She took her 2 green crystals and stuck them in a pocket before sighing out loud. "That was... a thing." She wondered if she should stay here for a bit longer or just... go and rant about it to to Tom when she got back.
