Cody glared at her playfully but then shrugged, "Not really, Some cities are urbanized and massive but the Amazon and a few other forests were protected and retrofited a bit. Basically we did through some genetic modifying but their are huge trees peppered in the jungles and forests that aid in protecting the lands. Their are some active terraforming rigs in select places that help keep the atmosphere at a proper climate. Their are beaches but i mean, did you go to them in your time? Wouldnt you want to go visit an alien beach? The ocean on Venus is green yet surprisingly beautiful and the sky is practically orange from how close to the sun it is." He explained.

Cody looked at her but shrugged, "I mean yeah, animals did die off, the ocean did become too polluted but in order to save the animals, the government intiated operation Ark. They had gathered the suspended DNA of many different animals, putting some into special cryo cells like mammals and such. They had so many aninals stored that when the terriformers were built, they caused some more pollution that would have killed the animals if they hadnt been saved. Then once the time came, when the pollution was cleaned up and the environment saved, they brought back the animals as if they had never left." He explained kindly to her as he thought it over, "This is your life now, just because you did stuff back then, doesnt define who you are now." He said kindly to her.

Cody nodded to her, "Yeah, a lot of the technology was retro fitted or reverse engineered from alien tech when they arrived in our galaxy. And for the whole friends thing, I have one friend but you probably wont get along with him... hes a handful. I was a police officer's son, and i had the incident which turned me cyborg so making friends or joining clicks became hard to do. I dont really get in trouble but being a loner has its perks. One being able to try sneaking around the old cities which paid off, seeing as I found you." He said kindly to her as he felt it was great that he had saved her, he never mentioned it but it seemed her pod had almost lost life support functioning. Another 10 years or so and she would have slept to death.

Cody nodded to her when she spoke, and he didnt and wasnt going to say anything about the pod's condition since she didnt need to know of it. When the paparazzi showed up, their camera drones, operators and journalists/reporters were crowding around them. He held up his one robot ark a bit as made an odd sound, but the drones suddenly went into a standby mode, basically shutting off. The reporters were confused and trying to turn them back on but Cody cleared his throat, "First off, everyone take a step back, Kaylee wasnt asked or contacted to be interviewed and will only answer if she wants to. If she doesnt at the moment, I can be contacted and we can set up something but its up to her." He stated as he looked at her, "This is your show, if you want, they can ask you now or you can wait til later on air in a studio. Whatever is more relaxed for you. Or you can just choose to contact them later for a more relaxed interview." He explained as the paparazzi were eager for the story anyway.

Cody heard what she said and nodded, but looked at everyone, he gave a quick loud whistle to get everyone's attention as some were working on reactivating their cameras, "Kaylee is not accepting requests for inprompto interviews at the moment. I ask that you will disperse and contact me about possible interviews in a controlled environment. If you do not want to comply with her wish to not have cameras in her face like this, please not that being her tour guide, my father is a high ranking police officer. I know my rights, her rights and your rights... so please, I ask nicely that you back up and let us go about our day." He stated as he went and gently held her hand and helped lead her through the crowd but as they got out of the circle, he turned off the localized emp and their equipment worked again but Cody watched them til they were clear. He lead Kaylee into a nearby cafe where he sat down with her, "You okay?" He asker curiously, dragging a holo menu over to her, "Order any drink that would help ease your nerves... well anything non-alcoholic of course." He joked playfully to her.

Cody looked at her and even though he gave her that smiling straight face you give with a raised eyebrow, he typed in a coke with rum. It asked for identifaction which he placed her hand on the print scanner. It said denied, not of legal age, "That would be a no, you may have been born that long ago but legally, you are still under age for drinking. Besides if you want to pull that stunt, then family would be saying, 'Youre 300 years old and havent had a family yet?!' So i wouldnt be using that card a lot. Besides, drinking age is down to 19 anyway, so you can drink for your next birthday." He explained kindly to her but shrugged, "I dont see why you would want to, drinkings not all cracked up as it is to be." He stated calmly from experience though he couldnt technically drink.

He raised an eyebrow to her as she said that but when she spoke he shrugged, "You know, technically speaking on paper, you are 318 years old but realistically, since the tube suspended your body's functions, you didnt age so thats why legally you arent aloud to drink in public or be served alcohol." He stated as he saw that she was agrevated as he shook his head, "I dont know why youre making such a big deal, but come on, you have me, and you have questions. If you dont understand anything, just ask, im here to help however i can." He reassured as he looked at her thinking that she was only looking at the negatives.
