Chris would grab Aries once more, eyeing the steel steps attached to the ring post, Hero would go for a cravate suplex onto the steel steps!

The suplex into the steel steps would land, and Aries would thump against them hard, groaning in pain after the collision!

The crowd would "OOOH!" as they heard the loud thump on the hollow and sturdy steel steps! Chris would lay down for a bit as he had expended a fair amount of energy.

Although his back was in pain, Aries would favor the back of his leg and calve as well since they too had also got caught on the steps!

Hero slowly got up once more, worried about being counted out. Chris would attempt to grab Austin, pick him up and try to push him in the ring

After a few seconds, Aries would be deadlifted by Chris Hero and rolled back into the ring as the two would take it back in the squared circle once more! Aries would roll to the center, trying to catch himself.

Once Aries was rolled in, Hero would follow, crawling towards him. Eventually, Chris caught up and went for a cover!

The referee's hand would slap the canvas two times, but just at the last moment, Aries would look to get the shoulder up at two and a half! he would disappoint most fans who really wanted Hero to win.

Hero wasn't crowned the champion yet! Pissed, Hero would begin an argument with the referee, accusing the official of a slow count!

Aries would look to get to his hands and knees, wiping his hair back as he would look to try and get back in this in the meantime!

Crawling towards the ropes to pick himself up, Aries would lift himself up to his feet after using each rope, and would now turn towards Hero!

Hero seeing Aries run towards him, would lift his arm and attempt to catch him with a quick clothesline!
