The twins were busy as usual. The life of a kage seemed to be one of great sacrifice. Friends, family, time, joy and even such things she had yet to learn about all seemed so foreign when compared to Jay and Jeon. They were so so busy, Aurelia sometimes forgot that they were human. The two of them approached and her father began to speak. In the meantime, Jay and her had their eyes meet. Her new shiny Rinnegan eyes would glance upwards at Jay. Aurelia gave a silent simple and a knowing nod to the boy of the two before returning to being a bystander in this whole situation. He might even notice her mother's ok'd headband tied around her neck, hanging limply on her body. Unless he didn't recall her for whatever reason.
Jeon teleported them both to someplace she had yet to see before. The entire feeling was so foreign to her that the smaller one would almost tripping from the sudden shift in scenery. Belamos spoke of the two, warning them of a dangerous threat called Sandayu. Though the name had eluded her without a face to match it up with. This man was dangerous from the sounds of it. His power level wasn't directly said but if this was a man who could go to to toe with her father then this was a man to take seriously. Her lips became oursed at the news. Something like this couldn't happen again. Not without razing the city into a lawless paradise. One that was still recovering from such a bad attack. Yet Aurelia wished she could do more than just sit here. Who was a Genin to a super beast that was this Sandayu person?
Aurelia would stand alongside her father and just listening to the formation begiven to her. So many people could get hurt a war that was not their own. There was little that could be done by her directly, choosing to support her father and closest friends. It may have not been enough battle wise but she was but a child. Even that spar from earlier showed she would need to learn and fairly quick.

Jeon couldn't have been any more annoyed about this whole situation, and it showed as she adjusted her seating and tapped against her knee. Jay remained in place as he listened to Belamos speak to the danger that they all faced. It was a middling thought that he must be off kilter considering that his wife was so freshly dead, and yet still he was doing his part to ward off the darkness.
At that, Jay and Jeon realized they had to do something as well. "If the threat is that great, I think it's about time we simply wiped that entire "rogue nation" from the map. I'm going to go handle this matter personally. I dispatched special forces to wreak havoc inside of Uzushiogakure, and I cannot stand idly by while we are played by the forces outside the village," Jeon huffed in a voice as annoyed as it was stern. Jay and Jeon both dismounted from the Peach Trees they had sat upon and stood tall. In a blink the four of them were back in the actual world. "Send word to Tosokurui and Kenshin," Jay ordered one of the agents as he laid a hand on his sister's body. "We need to talk strategy. He's a lot better at diplomacy than we are."
Jeon, in the meantime, summoned her steel gray lightning bolt, smoking with anticipation, lightning anxiously arcing from it's every edge. "I'll see the head of this snake is severed personally, and then we can walk our army right through their streets."
Jay absorbed into her body, greatsword and all, and then the pair of then were off in a flash of lightning far too bright to be comfortable for the average man. "Take a breath sis. We will have time to stomp them out soon. For now, Belamos, would you hate, very much, going to Uzu and ensuring the Nightwitches don't do too much harm. At the very least, I told them to keep casualties to a minimum since no one did die here. Maybe leave the three artifacts they employ with them as a show of good faith."
With that, the two, now one, were off, a single leap taking them right to the top of the spire. ""

Upon hearing that The Twin's had sent agents out to sow chaos in the Whirlpool Village, all faith in their ability to lead the world through the coming crisis was gone. The act was a childish display of retaliatory instinct. Even if he agreed with the fact that the Whirlpool needed to be destroyed, which he didn't, all that that order had managed to accomplish was the delivery of intelligence and hostages to a potential enemy nation. No, the Twin's put on a great act but they were amateurs in the way of war. This was compounded when they announced they would attack Kogarashi themselves. Belamos did not stop them. He should have...but he didn't. As they were brought back into the real world Belamos stood in place, watching the Kage race towards their own destruction
'They will die if they go' 'Most likely'
He squeezed his daughter's hand as the pair took off into the clouds- the symbolism off the act not lost on him. "Kings, and Queens, should stand with their subjects Aurelia. They should strengthen their forces and act in the continual preservation of peace and harmony " He said softly to his daughter "They were no true rulers...and now it seems I must do this myself" Looking down at his daughter, he cracked a slight grin "C'mon sweetie, we're going to be taking a trip to the Whirlpool Village now. It's time to make some new friends" With that said he would begin heading off towards the gates, talking with his daughter and continueing her training as they moved.
The twins acted so cocky and hastily let their thoughts on the matter be known. Even if this ninja that her father had spoken about was all he was cracked up to be, going alone was likely suicide. They were leaders, leaving their village in shaky hands. They left in the sort of display she had come to know them for and would give a very worried expression. Everyone in the village would likely do well to prepare themselves for war, lest they got caught in the waves of revolution. In another strange manipulation of reality, they were back to where they had begun the talk out with two less people than when they started. Belamos seemed to share her sentiment and turned to her, instructing her of their folly.
"But...Daddy?" she asked, looking up at him with eyes filled to the brim with questions. "If there's a chance that they can beat him and stop this thing, isn't it better to do that? I know rukers should be with their people but what about this?" Aurelia was conflicted between both sides of the argument. Maybe they could do it, and maybe not. She hadn't seen them fight before and if two people were better than one, it should be a wipe. Belamos would have an idea in mind, the father grinning at his daughter as he announced his plan. They would set forth for Uzugakure. Aurelia squeezed his hand, wondering just what would happen to them. There was excitement in her heart to be seeing the world but also fear. Fear of losing her father or Vivian. She missed her mother dearly, losing either of them would take a toll on the girl. She just wasn't strong enough to lose them. Even for a Princess.
"Okay. Let's go, Daddy." Aurelia smiled for her father's sake, listening to his wisdom as they walked from the CORE compound.

Kagerou had been to the CORE compound once, not long after she first entered the village, just to see what it was like. She'd walked around it. Smiled and walked in a bit to just see the reception area. Then she walked out after chatting amiably with exactly one guard (the rest were all such stiffs). She had no reason to ever visit it again, and so despite her curiosity, she steered clear of the place.
It had taken this long for Kagerou to finally have business with this place.
Approaching whoever it was she needed to speak with to speak with... Well... Kagerou asked, "Hello, my name is Kagerou Kiritani. I'd like to speak with the father of Akito Ken, a patient of mine. He has been incarcerated here." The form she slid across the countertop would contain the full name of... Peroperosuke Ken.

Additionally to this, the medic is able to use healing eseijutsu on an ally from a distance as opposed to having to touch them. The range for this is fifty [50] feet. ____Inscriptions of Power → Through tireless study and practice ninja of this discipline have learned to create fuuinjutsu that is stronger than those of their peers. Gaining the property of overwhelming all fuunjutsu will defeat techniques of the same rank unless they also overwhelm same rank, in which case they will cancel out. Universal Attributes
• Kiritani Heritage - The Kiritani, the maternal side of Kagerou's family, have a long tradition of serving Kirigakure from the shadows and high standards to match. Being able to cast techniques without hand signs is what they consider the bare minimum, and they expect no less from Kagerou despite her Uchiha surname. Kagerou can replace hand signs/seals with equivalent gestures and motion from the wrists or fingers of one hand. • Hippocratic Oath - Whatever it takes from her, Kagerou is determined to save every life she can, more so than taking any. When a healing eiseijutsu is used, a single healing or situational eiseijutsu of lower rank can be supplemented onto it for no extra cost in chakra or activation. This includes augment techniques. • Nightmare Veteran - There's really no place like home. Even genjutsu struggles to match hellish nightmare created from the mind of an exhausted Jack, and this experience, along with several others, has left the already naturally calm Kagerou even better suited to remain composed in the face of any pressure. She is adept at seeing through genjutsu, and even when she can't (or if the horror turns out to not be genjutsu at all), she's still incredibly difficult to ruffle to the point that once Kagerou recognizes the genjutsu, it loses much of its potency. A recognized genjutsu of lower rank than Kagerou cannot inflict real injuries on Kagerou, and while her physical body within the genjutsu is still affected as normal--being pushed, pulled, bound, or what have you--emotional and other strictly mental sensations have no hold on her. • Inkapocalypse - You thought this was a pun on Inka, but it was me! Dio! Bad jokes aside, the PA really isn't about Inka. Dissatisfied by her cluelessness during the Sero pod event, Kagerou spent days researching sealing, and through sheer repetition, it's become easier for her to use seals. She can write seals up to her body rank on the fly, using even her own chakra manifestation if necessary. Writing a seal takes up the same activation as using it, and in the case when her chakra manifestation is used to form a seal, her chakra becomes visible to the naked eye and she can only extend her manifestation as far as 1m away from her body. For the purposes of this PA, Fuuinjutsu includes the Kuchiyose techniques. When a chakra manifestation seal absorbs something, said something is considered to be stored within her chakra manifestation until it is later released with the appropriate technique. • Blood Moon - In the light of the blood moon, Kagerou maintained her calm and spread it to others. Since then, such a practice has imprinted itself into her eiseijutsu. Targets of Kagerou's eiseijutsu can korabo their kai with the eiseijutsu technique, increasing the strength of their kai by one rank. As per korabo rules, the eiseijutsu technique and kai must be the same base rank.
Medical Job Attributes
• Iryo-nin I - Kagerou can retrain [Medical] jutsu into those with a [MEDIC] tag on the end of them. [MEDIC] jutsu exhibit healing properties equal to their rank and are considered to be [Medical] and eiseijutsu. • A Sound Mind I - Due to her training in the psychiatry medical field, Kagerou knows when someone is deceiving her. Note that this does not mean she knows the details of the deception, such as how she is being deceived, what she is being deceived on, to what extent the deception goes, etc. This PA can be countered by either an opposing PA and a higher rank in the psychiatry medical field or by a technique above or at Kagerou's body rank that can obscure truth and lies. • A Sound Mind II - Due to her training in the psychiatry medical field, Kagerou is adept at deceiving others. She doesn't give those telltale signs, down to even the smallest detail, that others use as indicators of truth and lie. This PA can be countered by either an opposing PA and equal ranks in the psychiatry medical field or by a technique above or at Kagerou's body rank that can discern truth from lies.

Receiving the document the desk worker gave it a look and then an expression of what could only be considered a disgust when looking at it. "Seeing as you aren't family I'm letting it slide on account that you're known as a medical professional. Still. Make it quick. I'm not going to take responsibility for what happens to you in there." Kagerou would be led and guided down the many halls of the core compound until reaching the cells. The cell which one Peroperosuke was being kept seemed to be high security. Several claw marks on the cell walls showed there was resistance or anger one of the two involving the incarceration. "You gotta a visitor mutt!"
From the shadows of the cell what looked to be a man sitting with his legs extended placed one hand on the ground to get his balance. The hand revealed to be furry and wolf-like before it stood and came out of the shadows. A look of absolute disdain on his face. "Who the hell." gruff, gritty, deep. This would describe the voice of Peroperosuke. Like a mafioso or someone who has seen too much in his lifetime he's grown jaded. "Fifteen minutes Kiritani-dono." the man would then leave. Thusly leaving Kagerou and the Kemono Shinzo alone. He'd make the first move. "Whats a got damn hairless b***h want with me."
Mm. Yes. Kagerou could definitely hear the similarities, and like with Akito she was unruffled by the rude speech. In fact, she felt more bothered when she confirmed multiple times that this guard was incredibly rude to the prisoner for some reason while his manners to her were more than impeccable.
Following the flow of that gruff voice, she moved straight to the point, "I wanted to learn more about Akito Ken, Mr. Ken." Eyes glued to Peropero, she didn't bother hiding how keenly she watched for the man's reaction.

"Bwahawahwahwah." the dog man simply laughed almost hysterically in Kagerou's face his slobber slipping through the bars towards her. "The Mimistake is still alive? He'd point a long-nailed claw at Kagerou. "You hairless always poking your noses where it don't belong." The term Mimistake was a combination of the mimi in Nekomimi and mistake it clearly wasn't a kind term seeing as it added that the dog man believed his own son to be a mistake. He'd then walk away from the bars and sat on the cot in the cell with his legs stretching out. He seemed to be looking for something on his person it would later be revealed to be a pipe and lighter. Things that weren't supposed to be with him seeing as all of such items were to be confiscated. Somehow he got them through. Additionally, a bag of aromatic leaves was also removed to add to the pipe. Lit and a huff the scent then would waft through the cells tobacco and something else? "You wanna know about the Mimistake do ya, ya hairless frop? Oh I'll tell ya. He was the worst thing that ever happened to us."
As the smoke filled the cell and as the dog man spoke very minor hallucinations occurred in the cell that would aline with what Kagerou was being told. "We did everything right. Kept things within our clan. Things were fine, was a happier man then, tight-knit little town of likeminded folk, then when we finally decided to have a kid we got a curse instead." The dog man bore his fangs irritated being reminded of the thought. "Smooth skin, flat snout, a Mimistake. She thought the village would accept em for who he was. My a**. Now she's dead." One of the peropero's hands extended their claws and sunk into the stone as he tore into it causing a rise of dust while he looked at his hand wistfully. "Started small, broken windows, post it notes with slurs n threats, we tried ta leave but oh no couldn't have none of that Mimistake misrepresentin us out there in the land of the big boys."
He'd narrow his one good eye at Kagerou, sliding his legs across the cot to the point in where now they dangled. A shadow over him as his voice got more irritable. "but oh we got out alright, all it took was some smarts, an eye, and a wife. What I get out of it? A shitty Mimistake that didn't know how to even wipe it own a**. Shittiest trade of the century. We come out here and what you know they followed us. Took em awhile. You can spray paint a trashcan but its always gonna be a trashcan. I go outta my way for that shitstains life and he couldn't even hold his own against a pack of betas. I've never heard of no Akito Ken, and he sure hell ain't my son. Now beat it hairless."
Despite the dog mans utter contempt for his progeny some things were missing from the story. Such as what happened to the so-called 'betas' and why was PeroPerosuke in prison to begin with or why he sounded oddly pleased. He'd then lay down looking at the ceiling not unlike his son while he smoked away as much as he could before that bozo would eventually come back to confiscate it.
Kagerou's eyes narrowed as she picked up on the slang insult. Her opinion of this father plummeted, but she kept a level head and open mind. If this was really how Akito's father regularly addressed him, however, Kagerou couldn't help but feel hurt for his sake. If even his parents couldn't believe in him, then how lonely must he have been?
Holding back words of admonishment, the kunoichi continued to listen and watch with her silent smile. It turned out to be a wise choice to mull over the words of the prisoner. She learned valuable information about Akito's family life. The lack of a mother at an early age. Raised by a father who bereaved his late wife, who he truly loved. The kindness of his late mother... and by connection, the kind of man his father might be. The traditions that seeped through the family.
There was also the type of person Peroperosuke was. His words carried nothing but insults, disdain, and disappointment for his "mimistake" of a son. The smoke show he created with his retelling almost led Kagerou astray, making the listener believe that, with images added with sound, the story was completely covered. However, no matter what, the father could not deny that he had raised his son for all of these years alone. When Kagerou reflected on what she had seen with her own two eyes, she could remember nothing suspicious on Akito's body, all of his wounds were fresh. There were no old scars, no signs of abuse. He was hale and healthy. A feat such as raising a child well was difficult to imagine happening simply out of some sense of responsibility or obligation, even if a late love fueled such motives.
Originally, Kagerou hadn't intended to concern herself too much with Peroperosuke, keeping her nose out of official CORE business. However, she had to wonder... it was all a bit too much of a coincidence. His father revealed that Akito had been attacked by "betas." Now, his father was here and Akito was in the hospital with wounds that seemed to have been caused by a beast. Of course, since it was never said how it had ended, Kagerou couldn't be certain of her suspicions.
Appreciating how honest and open Perosuke was underneath her probing gaze, Kagerou returned the favor. Honestly and openly, she bluntly asked her question, "You seem rather happy for someone locked in a cell... Before I leave, I'd like to ask you to finish your story. I find it odd that you just ended it Akito facing off against a bunch of... I'm guessing other Kemono? Am I right? How did that end, exactly?".

"Bwahawahwahwah. *cough* *hack* *deep Inhale*" laying on the bed when Kagerou asked what happened next he found it even more humorous than when she first asked about his 'son' he practically choked on the smoke. "Here I thought you hairless were sposed ta be smart. Ain't it obvious." His humor became a dead pan expression as his one good eye rolled toward the green haired girl. "I killed em." Eye rolling back to the ceiling another drag and exhale. "The Mimistake is nineteen, you know how old that is in dog years? He'd be in his damned hundreds. Shitty kids think they know what's good fer em when they don't even know what a gals tits feel like." tapping the pipe on the side of the cot to empty the ashes. "You tell the Mimistake he doesn't have to think about his so-called 'kennel keeper' anymore." The door of the core compounds hall began to jiggle indicating someone was coming. When the door opened a males voice echoed down the hall. "Uhg what's that smell." As he walked down he'd see the dog man flaunting his contraband. "YOU! We'll deal with you later!" he would say with a stiff tone before calming it when speaking to Kagerou. "You're times up Kiritani-senpai allow me to escort you off the premises."
As the man took the girl lightly by her arm and began guiding her down the hall she'd hear the echo of Peropero. "BAHAHA HAIRLESS! MAKE SURE TO TELL EM THIS TO! ONLY SHITTY DOGS DIE WITH A WHIMPER! Bwahawahwahwah!" The sound of a knee-slapping then silence the door opened. The man escorting Kagerou would look rather stale faced. "Sorry you had to tolerate that. I don't know what he finds so funny. He's been given the death sentence for the murder of three people in cold blood. He's only got about a week to laugh it up like that." finally they were out in the core courtyard. "Have a good day Kiritani-senpai." as bow as the doors shut. A few things stood out. One the term Shitty Dog being brought up again and two that Akito's father killed the three individuals that assaulted Akito. But if that was really all there was to it that would imply he left his son wherever he was to die after doing so. Unfortunately, Kagerou wouldn't be able to get the piece of information before she was 'kicked out'.
Quietly taking the verbal abuse, Kagerou said the needed pleasantries and left. She wasn't going to get the last word, so she didn't bother to try. She used that effort to mull over what she had been told instead.
Another sigh. This was getting more and more complicated. If she followed her gut instinct, then Akito's father wasn't a bad person... but that would mean to heal the family, she would need to somehow peel off the death sentence from his record.
She took in a deep breath. Steady. Stable. Step back. Reassess. She couldn't let herself be dragged in too deeply. She couldn't bite off more than she could chew.
First, before anything, Kagerou was sure that she needed to talk to Akito again. How would she speak with him? With what character? What about? She wasn't sure yet. Maybe she wouldn't be sure even after she returned to the hospital, to where her feet were already leading her, but she could just wing it then. The bottom line was that she couldn't shake off the feeling that it would be something forever regretful if Akito did not talk to his father at least one more time. It wasn't as simple as just dragging him here, of course.

__ Kenshin walked into the CORE Compound location with immense trepidation. He received constant flashbacks that were uncontrollable. Images of the smoky pile of rubble that was once the symbol of justice in the village and the office of all of his subordinates were etched into his mind forever. He conducted all of his work outside of the CORE Compound for this very reason. He walked offsite and installed the last lightning rod in his collection in the ground.

The Deed was done the captain could rest...or could he? One final act of shenanigans from the lightning rod. It...would nuke the core compound and any survivors of the previous explosion....Ah, no that scene would just play in Kenshin's head this didn't happen but that possibility would trigger that impulse. Finally with last rod installed and the chakra veins would spread...but...then. With all of them installed something happened.
Bright Vibrant rays of lightninging all began shooting into the sky. Kenshin could see from his position these rays of lightning were all from the locations he had placed the rods prior. These rays then started to bend toward one another forming a birdcage like the formation of lightning. Then at the center where all the beams converged. There above the Kage's spire. The one place a rod was not placed the lightning struck but no damage would come to the tower in fact the tower would begin to glow. Like a radiant beacon. Chakra veins Kenshin would see and everyone else all became prominent...and then the ground....began to quake. It was as awe-inspiring as it was frightening. Bellow Kenshin what seemed to be the veins reshaping themselves into the pattern of one piece to a larger fuuin was happening. His mission was complete but now...would come the fruits of that labor.

__ The lightning that struck in this area was keenly shaking to Kenshin. A flood of images came back to him and they were completely out of his control. Kenshin lost his breath and gripped his chest because it felt like he was at that horrible moment all over again. When he finally regulated his breathing and calmed himself he saw the birdcage of lightning form in the sky. The entire village was brilliantly luminous now and it was certainly a grand display. He was still unsure of what all of the effort was for, but he supposed that he would get an earful about it soon.

__ The CORE Commander appeared at the Compound and walked in with security clearance. He went into the ANBU branch to receive an important mission. Once he entered that secure space he put his mask and his cloak on to conceal his identity. He went to the briefing room and his lieutenant sat waiting for him. "Zeus, it's urgent that you execute the leadership of the Kokurai. There are eight leaders and they are currently holed up in a warehouse in the Gust District. We intercepted their plans, they actually plan on tampering with the kage's devices and making the village fall right out of the sky." Kenshin's ire toward the Kokurai grew immensely. There were always a handful of prominent terrorist organizations within Arashigakure and the Kokurai was one of the most infamous. They are powerful, well connected, and elusive to even Kenshin's forces. This was no matter for the police because the Kokurai now directly threatened every citizen at once in their plot. "Understood. They will be executed before their plan can be carried out." He read all the details in the report, they were tracking these terrorists for three years now and their labors have finally born fruit. Kenshin bowed before leaving the area and the CORE Compound.
