From the damage taken and the exhaustion, Aries would allow himself to be hit with the backbreaker, unable to escape!

Abyss was somewhat surprised at the kick out of the move that has won some matches for him, but knew he would need to hit THE move in order to put away the resilient champion in Austin Aries. He gets off of him.
