HALLOWEEN TIME Yes, hi, welcome to halloween time, MY FIRST TIME DOING THIS.
So, here are a few rules and how I'll be doing this: -I may cc forms throughout the month, if I like them enough. -I will definitely rng a bunch at the end of the month -I will try and tally up how much someone has gotten from Halloween (excluding Owl's BB sets) and somehow place favor on those who barely got anything. -If you are ordering a mutant, please do bribe. You don't have to bribe a lot, especially since i will be rnging quite a few, so don't feel obligated to meet or outbribe someone else!
As for a disclaimer, if you post for my October slots, I will consider that an agreement that you realize it may be a while until you get your kid. I have a lot to do and I plan on taking a lot on so that everyone has a chance.
