Distracted in her thoughts, for once Blair did not sense nor see the girl coming in her direction. REality soon struck the new librarian as the foreign body collided with her own. Staggering of her feet she only managed to maintain on her feet by latching onto a shelf next to her. What dumbass this time! Her thoughts screamed out violently as she contained herself. She wasn’t out on a mission, wasn’t out in the world. She was at Beacon, with a purpose, being a sort of spy. Blair needed people to like her. This… is going to drive me nuts… Came another thought as she looked down at the girl, a soft smile forming. IF only Vall knew that it was being heavily forced. ”It is alright. I wasn’t paying attention myself.” If Hades could hear her now admitting she was in the wrong he would have a field day, but he wasn’t. Stretching out her hand she offered it to help her up. ”Are you alright?”

It took more than she cared to admit to pretend to be a normal person. The smile burned into her cheeks, literally, the muscles ached from performing an act she did not do often, nor for that long. Despite the effort, it would seem like she was doing it naturally and without any effort. ”Yes I am the librarian and you need not worry, the books are all in one piece that is what matters. Organizing them all would take eternity!” Blair internally rolled her eyes. Of course she was the librarian. It couldn’t be any more obvious. Adjusting her glasses she paused as she was asked for her name. Since she ended up giving Aurtrox her real name she may as well keep at it. Not like any of the students would know her name anyways, her villainy was done under a code name after all. There was alos no need to give her last name. ”You may call me Miss Blair.” It sounded so formal… so foreign as the word “miss” left her lips. ”Is there anything I can help you with Miss Valleria?” If the girl was in the library she must have a purpose?

Ah, the girl was a shy one? This could come in handy. Quiet people, could often be useful. however, plotting would have to come later. This was only day one. She needed to settle in first, gain trust, and who better to start with then the shy kid? or potentially the shy kid. If she could earn this Val's trust, she could surely earn the others as well, especially her teams. "I do not blame you. I am a librarian after all. Silence and books, my thing." Perhaps faking to be nice wouldn't be so hard after all? She just had to control her cocky sass. "You caused barely a mess. No need to worry." It was true, she had mostly just hit Blair. Only a few books fell, which Blair was already in the process of picking up. "So if you don't mind me asking, how long have you been here? I am new faculty so I do not know any students yet. As the student before her began to answer her inquiry, Blair looked around the library. For someone who made a living the way she did one would think she'd have no problem being in a room full of books, in reality, she was feeling a small since of "under qualification". In all honesty, she had never spent much of her time in a library. She couldn't even remember the last time she set foot in one. While she had originally believed it wasn't going to be a big deal, seeing all these books before her made her momentarily self conscious. Fortunately, Blair was a resourceful one, and she knew she would figure it out one way or another. Surely within a library there was bound to be information on how to run a library?
"Oh?" She turned to look at Vall as she spoke about being new herself and mentioning someone by the name Rena. Sadly whatever thought process she was going to have was driven away by the sound of a loud and somewhat out of key voice? Was this kid still going through puberty!? Perhaps it was worse for her since she was a faunus? There was no way to know how it got to Vall besides annoying her. "Uh..." Was she really going to go and check on who the kid was? Shrugging Blair decided not to insist and just followed after her.
"Do you mind keeping your voice down? You are in the library. There may be those trying to study here," She stated as Vall seemed to pause, her mind clearly trying to figure something out.

Valleria's eyes widened as he got close to her and took her hand, her surprised look quickly turned into an angry one, she yanked her hand away "first, get your filthy hand off me, touch me again and you'll have an arrow going through it. Second, what are you even talking about? Blair blinked as Vall was quick to react to the male’s responses. Is this what I look like?” She wondered as watching Vall’s aggression seemed like she was looking into a mirror? The only difference was, Blair wouldn’t have given much of a verbal warning. No, she would have up and suplexed the guy, generally, sometimes it was a bodyslam of sorts. A mild chuckle left her lips, part of it was honest, the scene before her was quite amusing, though she tried to keep her chuckle to appear more of a nervous one, rather than amusement. Perhaps having entered Beacon in her youth would have been more interesting then she originally assumed? However, her reasons for failing her entrance exams ran deeper than merely thinking “school was boring”.
”Now now, calm down. This is Beacon after all. Of course someone is bound to be interested in seeing each others powers. It is part of studying” Blue eyes looked at the male as she said that word, wondering if it would get his attention. ”Books are only a small fraction of study methods. Learning someone's abilities through experiencing it first hand is just as good.” Her hands slipping under her chest crossing her arms casually, though one arm raised a bit in the air to the side as she pointed to shelves of books and then to Vall. ”However, it is probably best not to grab someone randomly. Not everyone is fond of being touched by strangers.”
It would be interesting to see them fight… but how could I get it to happen…. She was here at Beacon for a reason, the more information she could get the better.
Sváfnir watched as the white haired female went about her words after pulling her hands away gaining an innocent smile from the Warrior before Sváfnir looked to Blair as she would also speak but in a les threatening manner. Sváfnir understood the part about not grabbing others many would be intimidated by the gesture or take it the wrong way, Something Agmundr had told him about before no doubt.I see, Please accept my apology Lady of Gold!Svá says raising his voice again slightly and taking to his knees in front of Vall.I did not mean anything by my sudden actions you are just very fascinating is all.Svá says as getting to his feet and turning to Blair.Unfortunately I cannot agree with that sediment for I have never come across anything that was learned in a book you couldn't experience first hand, As the Great Agmundr would say "Experience is a teacher that always gives the best lessons." and to this day it has not failed to match his claim.

If I ever regretted coming to Beacon…. I no longer do… I am going to be surrounded by morons….
These were the future huntsman and huntresses? The world's great defense against evil and grimm? They, at least the two before her were not exactly inspiring confidence, especially the male. Going in head first no planning? While sure it was admirable the idea of learning from first hand experience only, it was still extremely idiotic. Of course there was nothing like learning it for yourself, but, going in with basic information beforehand could be the difference between life and death. Perhaps this was just her perspective. As one who killed for a living, going unprepared was not a smart move. She had to watch her target. Gather information. Learn their way of thinking before engaging them. Blair would rather a quick and swift fight over something that was prolonged just for the sake of “warrior spirit”. The blonde librarian would not be surprised if he was the kind to enjoy every aspect of the fight, the getting beat up, the overcoming the pain and all that jazz.
Shrugging she remained silent as she decided to let the two of them talk it out. Blair was not a teacher, she wasn’t going to waste her breath or time trying to change someones mind to think like her.
