They cannot create an entirely new environment, but merely shape the existing one in any way they see fit. This allows for a multitude of options in tactics and serves to easily confuse even the most perceptive of opponents. The wind aspect here is a secondary option for most users, since they can simulate the sensation of wind in an opponent’s mind as well. The use of this ability can be very misleading.

Sense: Touch // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 3 Posts // 10 Chakra →→Source: Can be made into a trap, otherwise acts as normal for genjutsu →→Description: Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the Shinobi is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically when they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over. Is allowed to be set down upon the environment as a seal, activating upon any person's presence. (this includes accidental release by the user) Must be maintained via a chakra drain, but no hand sign maintenance is needed if placed as an environmental seal.
• Magen: Nijū Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu [ Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique ] →→Rank: C →→P/S. Sense: Sight // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // 10 Chakra →→Source: Illusion →→Description: This Jutsu places another visual illusion on top of a previous illusion created by the user. If and when the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realize that a second is in place. The Chakra cost & duration is in conjunction with the Genjutsu being 'doubled', & begins after the first has been dispelled. This essentially makes 2 visual genjutsus into 1, with the second half of the genjutsu being immune to 1 overall dispel attempt.

"Chase after them and I shall stop you. Considering your claim, you have excelled far enough in our lineage to know the potential threat our talents have." She said softly. "I am an old lady, but I recognize blood lust when I see it. On the off chance that my instincts are wrong, however, let me do my best chance to have you listen to reason." The woman extended her arm as her index and middle finger were jabbed into the table beside her. Her chakra seeped through the contact, and a projection appeared above the table. The projection showed the village of Arashigakure; half destroyed. "Because of the action of Uzushiogakure agents, Arashigakure demands retribution. Such retribution shall be paid in blood by their will. It is for this reason that we, the Speaker of Snakes, have risen." The woman faced away from the table and back to Zehara. A pointless gesture since the byakugan's vision was omnipresent, but it was formal to do so. "Uzushiogakure shall lose countless lives unless we do something no one in the history of time has done. And that, of course is to reach the true potential of the snake contract." She left Zehara a moment to gather his thoughts. Surely he would have questions to ask. Since there was no aggression yet, she thought it possible to persuade him to listen to their goal. If not, then she would find out how out of shape she truly was.

Sense: Sight // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 1 Post // 10 Chakra →→Source: Requires physical touch if applied to another individual, or anything that equates to physical contact →→Description: This technique is a fairly simple one, but it is very useful in a tight spot. When an attack is nearing, the user of this technique forms a single seal to activate the technique, and then immediately moves to dodge the technique. The attacker instead of seeing the user dodging, will instead see (and if applicable feel) the attack strike their target with the appropriate effect (blood gushing out for example), and with their eyes drawn to the illusion instead of the real user, the user is afforded a short moment in which they are as good as invisible to their opponent in which they can use to either seek better cover, or even quickly counter-attack. While the technique is quite convincing, repeated use is not advised, as once the opponent is aware of the way to technique works, it is quite possible they may be able to counter it.

Sense: Any // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: Instant (1) // 40 Chakra →→Source: Original →→Description: A technique fashioned for defense, this one takes a rather different approach. It is, in fact, fashioned for reversal and is quite dangerous in effect. Preparing the Jutsu ahead of an opponent's attack, it is passive until activated with precise Chakra control. Through any of the senses, the Genjutsu is passed on and it quickly alters the image an opponent sees. What appears to the opponent is a direct hit on their target. Whether it be as simple as a Kunai plunging into their thigh or a Genjutsu immobilizing them with fear, an opponent will see this outcome played out as exactly as if it would have really happened. Yet, it is the ability of this technique to make one think that and thus leave a very critical opening in any person’s defense.
• Chousen no Hibiki [ Echo of Defiance ] →→Rank: C →→P/S. Sense: Any One Sense // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 2 Posts // 15 Chakra →→Source: Enchanted Object →→Description: With this technique, the user wears down an opponent’s resistance to Genjutsu by attacking one of the five senses. Using an item of their choice, or even a set of items, they imbue their Chakra into them and use them to release specific reactions. The reactions are psychologically inhibited and occur in the span of a few seconds, activated by both sight and touch. An opponent merely imagines themselves going through one of these reactions in quick spurts: blurred vision, delayed motor reaction, dulled sense of hearing, and trouble breathing. When used over and over again, they wear an opponent down and make other Genjutsu more invasive. The next Genjutsu, up to B-rank, is increased in effects by 1 rank on the chosen Sense.
Monko no Keibou [ Door Guard ] Rank: C Description: After performing the needed hand seals, the user touches a nearby object. That object then relays basic information on whoever comes into contact with it to the user, including the relative size of the Chakra pool. Remains passive for six [6] of the user’s posts, but can be made permanent for a ten [10] Chakra reduction of the user’s maximum Chakra pool until the technique is deactivated. Can be used on stationary effects, such as waterfalls (naturally occurring or otherwise).

The ruse seemed to work as the other eleven robed oddities made their way out of the room, Zahara giving little interest in each of them as he was satisfied. He was not entirely confident that they would rethink on their ways but at the very least they've all had a chance to and that's all that mattered to him. In fact he ignored her comment of bloodlust with "I find no joy in fighting those who have no will or want to do so, they're to be spared." crossing his arms as he said that, the last of her comrades leaving their presence and he added "That was the old me, I've refined my tastes for the better anyways."
His eyes scanned the table which the woman flowed their chakra to, the dull color blindness the byakugan had now seeped in the colors of the chakra detailing of what... looked like a diagram? Blueprint? No. A map of a village, and not that of the one they currently were in. This is... I remember this from my studies. It's where those of Cloud and Mist went to. Seems. Destroyed, a mess.
She was to the point, under assumption that he was aware of the recent events the villages were going through. Admittingly, he was not actively following them while under his own accord to make up for lost time. Still, he listened intently with crossed arms as chakra gathered within him. The village's shinobi had done something in a foreign village, either on sabotage or botched a task, and things took a bad twist. He didn't entirely believe the map of chakra he saw unless he would see the results first hand, yet he felt as though there was a semblance of truth to her words.
"If it is as you say, our shinobi will most definitely must anticipate retaliation yet I fear I cannot entirely follow if this truth or falsity. So I will hold my judgement for others more informed to better deliver as such." Zahara finally spoke, losing the purposeful language, after a long few minutes after she was explaining a few points, still he stepped forward and considered just what it all meant. "So. What's the point of the scroll and why the secrecy then, you get the scroll and then engage secret guerilla warfare? I can't help but feel suspicious either way, it's not everyday you find robed people such as you and the others that were just here." He pointed to the table and nodded then. "Lots of open questions, but I guess is just how you propose to avoid bloodshed in this village? I am curious, that is if what you say is true." He went on to humor the woman, they would not come to blows senselessly then, yet he skeptical he still was.
The woman raised her hand in protest. "I have no intention of guerrilla warfare, nor do our people. Once we have the scroll, we will have the power necessary to summon the true power of the snake contract. We can then use the summon to assist Uzu in overcoming the threats coming to her." She said sincerely. "The only problem, however, is that Chie has ignored all attempts at us for trying to gather the contract. She was only given the contract by Lady Ayame on the condition that Sonyo's citizenship within Uzu remains unquestioned. Because it was used as a bargaining chip, she refuses to offer it to us and our ambitions to assist the village. It was for this reason that we conspired, however briefly, in taking the scroll." She dropped the topic. She knew that the cult could not handle the Uzukage. However, a thought crossed her mind. "I answered your questions, now answer one of mine. What relationship do you have with the Uzukage?" She asked with authority.
There were the names that flew over the man's head as he listened to the woman speak. With the byakugan he kept an eye on the surroundings still, old habits died hard but his attention shifted when she seemed to be defensive on a few accusations made by himself. He rose his hand off to his side as earth ninjutsu came alive at his feet, a round pillar of earth rose from behind him and he sat down onto the improvised seat made of his ninjutsu as his eyes faded from their pale ivory to his amber irises. "Answered, and taken heed of." was all he said at first, resting his face in his hands briefly before rolling the neck.
"This is a lot to take in for I've not taken interest in these matters. I am not familiar with the names you speak of but I have a semblance of what is going on from Kya's visions during the trial." Dropping his hands he looked up at the woman with his normal sight, Byakugan inactive now and he rose from the earth stump where it dissipated into dust with a wave of his hand. "Take it from me and where I come from on my suspicions, dealt with terrorism briefly back in the Leaf village when it was still a thing with those who sought to turn civilians onto the village. Yet it's wrong of me to paint everyone the same shade, but I still remain cautious even though I believe what you say." Zahara paced the floor as he considered the question she thrown his way. He seemed indifferent to the question yet he was conflicted somewhat. "I am a shinobi under their lead, to be what Kya mentioned as a Serpent Caller and sent their way once I've attained sufficient strength." Zahara answered the question literally at first, noting his current situation within the village then he followed it up. "I was their student years ago before the leaf went to ruin, before an Uzukage was a thing. Off the path I've wandered since then, yet I remain loyal to the Kage." He answered very matter of fact, nodding as he did so. "Suffice enough?"
The woman moved slowly over to Zehara once he proved that he was not going on the offense. She listened as he explained where he came from. When he mentioned being trained directly under Chie, she gasped. "I have prayed for something like this." She said as she fell to her knees. Her hands clenched together and her hands shook with the combined struggles of her age and the weight which she carried upon her. "With your relation to the Lady Uzukage, there might be hope that she'll listen to you. Ask her please for the snake contract. You can be the bridge between Uzu and our people that we have been begging to make. Please talk to her. With any luck she'll still be at the academy." She begged. Her eyes were deactivated as she looked with desperation into Zehara's mutual blank hues.
This definitely was not the day he expected it all to turn out as the current situation turned about. He could feel the encroaching headache from using the bloodline already pulsating in his temples. But the situation was interesting and he wasn't sure how to react as he looked back at her. "Quite the thing to ask of me." he began at first and considered his options, eyes drifting upwards for a moment. "But, I've an easy choice to make here so I can and will if it will benefit the village. Just what is this contract or scroll for, I don't quite understand or shall I let the kage enlighten me if they agree to what I will ask?"
Just as Zehara asked, the woman's eyes became tense. "We've just been attacked." She said before the shockwaves from the village gates shook the underground cavern that the two found themselves in. The woman showed no affect as she turned her head to Zehara. "I will do my part to keep the people safe. You must go to Chie's side. Her powers are vast, but sensory is not among them. Go to her side and use your eyes to give her sight. She'll learn to trust you in time so long as you prove yourself an asset." She stated. Zehara had his objective now, and he had to go out before things got worse.

This is not my day. At all. The moment the woman mentioned 'we've been attacked', Zahara immediately jumped to the conclusion that it was in relation to the village. Instantly his eyes melted away from their colorful amber hue to the ivory white of the Byakugan as the color of the world also washed away, replaced with the penetrating sight of his blood. He looked at the woman when she explained the current situation and he could feel his own bloodlust rise under the surface, a dog wanting to be let loose to attack the enemy. Instead he quelled his urge to engage his quarry when the woman prompted him to give assistance to the Kage herself to give her his sight.
"I shall be her eyes then, be safe Den Mother." Zahara said, adding the quirk of nicknames to the woman. Zahara searched through his surroundings with his Byakugan for the chakra signature of the kage. "I possess bakuton as well from this left arm of mine, perhaps it will be of additional use." As he spoke the final bit, he flicked from sight as he homed in on the kage's position.
These damn eyes of mine are finally going to be worth it eh? Let's see how it all goes.

Appearance/Apparel:
The first image below (spoiler) reflects her physical appearance as well as her typical apparel. She wears stylish glasses over basic make up with a thin white shirt that is waaaay toooo soft, comfortable, and snug to look this thin. Her shirt is not lengthy yet drapes enough to make it a mystery if she is wearing anything underneath. However, when her shirt slightly lifts from time to time it reveals a garter set that conceals a good amount of skin but is still quite suggestive. She typically always sports a choker that she pairs with a leash for special occasions. Lastly, a pair of stylish heels that work well with her setup, since she is not very combative for a serial killer. Her outfits usually come in a variation of colors such as white, gray, and black, but time from time she may coordinate the colors differently to avoid being too predictable and plain. Shackles are laced around the ankles with chain bonds which are just for entertainment. She has 3 separate markings with two being depicted in the first image containing a tattoo riding under the collar bone and in her cleavage. The second image contains a tattoo similar to the Dharma Power Seal, but unlike the picture this marking is located on the lower back rather than the upper back instead of what is depicted in the image.
