Before she even saw the girls, she recognized familiar voices screaming at each other- Eternal power signatures fighting against each other in Leto's chest as much as they were physically fighting. She heard Acubens' name called out and it confirmed exactly what she had feared, so she had to make a decision. Offering an apologetic look to the Cosmos Knight, Leto turned her attention towards where she was sure Acubens was and when the head of curls came into view fighting Scylla of all people, she froze.
She killed for you- what are you going to do? Who do you ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** needed to stop this. They needed to work together to get rid of the Wraith but she wouldn't-- couldn't hurt Scylla, Order Senshi or not. She swallowed, thought for a moment and called out her Eternal attack. "Leto Hidden Ambush!," she raised her arms above her head and with the action the ground beneath their feet began to shake, tall jungle-like grass growing rapidly.
While she knew that Hyperborea wouldn't harm Acubens when she hauled her off of the other Eternal, Leto could take no chances. Her magic rushed over Acubens to camouflage her, then swept over Kiuchi and any other Dark Mirror Senshi within 15ft of Leto. It would at least buy them some time to get away from--
The shrieks rose as high as the tentacles did and she knew very well that it was Scylla that had called upon the Kraken.
Leto cupped Acubens' face her palms as Hyperborea channeled her energy into her and held her up. The Knight likely couldn't see much of Leto, if any part of her at all, but she would hear her kind, quiet whispers, "Hey Dino Baby, take a breath. You're ok. Nothing's gonna happen to you, I'm here."
And yet she wanted nothing more than to go to her former teammate and ease her screams.

The world swam around Acubens again as her mind cleared. Somewhere in the back of her mind, the command registered.
Remember your duty to your court...
She looked up at Hyperborea, panic swiftly replacing madness. I killed him... I killed him... The more the mantra repeated in her head, the faster panic began to over take Acubens' whole being. It went to war with the warmth that cocooned Acubens safely in it's arms, trying to free her of the shackles of madness.
Remember your duty to your court...
It was a little like that feeling when something finally made sense, the feeling of snapped back to reality. She looked down at her hands as the blackness fell away like dead leaves. In their wake, burn scars coiled like snakes up her arms. Sins she would wear for the rest of her life.
Remember your duty to your court...
Acubens took a shaking breath in, barely registering that Leto had replaced the knight who had cured her, and only that when Leto touched her face.
Remember your duty to your court...
Was Acubens laughing or crying? She was unsure, but she threw her arms around Leto all the same. Later, when the dust had settled and they were safe, she would tell her princess exactly what her madness had shown her. She would work to heal from the trauma then, but right now there was only this war.
"I'm fine," she reassured the princess, pulling away finally. "I'm fine... Scylla needs your help, though... I think I might have taken her madness but... I'm not sure..."
As she spoke, she drew one of the remaining two mirror shards from her fuku and called another wraith, sending it out to attack it's giant cousin. As it left her, She stood on shaky legs and began to search for Kuichii. In her compromised state, she'd lost track of him...

Still in shock and with her attention on the fighting eternals, not wanting to get himself involved, he was taken by surprise when he saw something from the corner of his eye. Turning he saw tall grasses...and no one around who could have been the cause for such magic. But as the grasses moved and engulfed Acubens he soon found himself a part of it was well. "Acubens...?" He whispered, hoping to not garner the eternals ire as she seemed upset - really upset.
He might have called out for her, voice hesitant and unsure, but he wasn't moving to come closer or to find her. He was staying well hidden, having ducked down to hide amongst the tall grasses the princess, as he was sure it had to be her magic, had summoned. He didn't know what was going on and was figuring he'd try and keep safe or at least as safe as possible.
Slipping out, and standing slowly, from the safety the high grasses offered he moved to find another rock or something that he could turn into a weapon. Predictably it was another rock, nothing else was likely to be around here, that he found and hefting it up he threw it toward the wraith with whatever strength he did have.
Maybe it had been to heavy? It had been a bit larger than he'd intended to grab, he'd just grabbed the first rock he'd seen. As he staggered a bit, due to trying to throw something that was a bit too heavy, he found that voice returning only it was louder. Whispering how bad he was...of course no one would want him. He should give up - go home.
After all, why try when all you're good at is lazying about. Go hide under your blankets and stay out of this. With the words came a bought of nausea which swept through him. Not one who did well when sick, it was easy to tell when he was sick, he curled an arm about himself and hunched just a bit as he stood there as if it would help. Biting down on his bottom lip he wondered for a moment if he should turn tail and run...run right back home...and ignore this - all of it.
He didn't once notice the dark fog coming up about his feet and reaching his ankles. He didn't notice a lot as he tried to ease his stomach and his nerves.

Even through the thicket of tall grass, Acubens heard her name. It was like her sensed had already honed in to Kiuchii's voice, making him a living homing beacon. She kissed Leto's cheek and offered a brief apology before explaining, "I can't leave Kiuchi alone, he's not ready," and then running off into the camouflage. Where had the voice come from... ? Leto's camouflage came as a blessing and a curse, both concealing Acubens from her enemies, but Kiuchi from her eyes as well. Still, she pushed the grasses aside, searching for the boy frantically.
When she finally found him, her eyes trained on the wounds across his face. She grit her teeth and skidded to a halt beside him. Someone had done this to him. Someone had touched Kiuchi when she had been otherwise occupied. Gods be damned, she should be better than this. She should be able to protect the people she cared about, what else was an Eternal good for?
"Who did this to you," she demanded, tearing a wad from her fuku to soak up the blood. "I'll kill them, I swear." No one ******** with Acubens' family and got away with it. Not if she could help it.

Anakeion stumbled. Reached, blind; her eyes were fever-bright, sunshine yellow and poisonous pink shine, but she didn't see anything. Not really. All she could see, hear, was the white-haired girl in the mirrors and feel the vines restraining her, pulling at her armor, stripping her of her defenses -- her hair was in her face and she was covered in sweat, her arms frozen firm to her staff with black ice -- she wanted to --
they were the enemy. Had to be destroyed. Had to be - had to be - yes, yes.

"I'm alright, are you ok?" Hania asked Kiuchi, visually scanning him for wounds beyond the slashes to the face. "It's alright, I pulled you and you were trying to get away from the attack." He was quick to turn his attention to their surroundings as the Dark Mirror Princess used her attack and grass sprouted up to camouflage both herself and other Dark Mirror's around her. Having been right next to Kiuchi he found it very interesting to loose track of him so quickly, though he wasn't too worried about the Dark Senshi since there were other's of his court near by. Besides he could hear him reuniting with a more sane Acubens.
After moving about a bit the first thing he came across was another part of the Wraith's tendrils and he took a swipe at it. That done he set to work trying to find any familiar Senshi.
"Couldn't even keep track of one child, what kind of Guardian are you?"

"No," Anakeion said vehemently, like the words were tearing themselves out of her throat -- "no, <******** that --" and she lunged, stumbling and tripping but still furious, her hair a frizzy halo around her head, and swung again. She couldn't see anyone else, couldn't hear anyone else; the grasses had raised and the tentacles had gone wild, people were screaming, but her mind was frozen in one thought --
keep them safe --
she could feel it slipping, slowly. The ice was so dark around her hands, and it was black, black, black; the only pinpoint of light in her vision the white hair, the red eyes, the wraith's face - its' hands on her skin - keep them safe.

DMC Kiuchi:
Startled by the sudden appearance of Acubens, despite him having called out to her, the senshi of gorgon's flinched away from her touch but didn't fight too much. Remembering the pain of her claws across his skin, as blood still dripped down his face before beading at his chin and landing on the ground beneath him. He could remember her fighting with that other one...the senshi of kraken.
The two had been hostile and loud...nothing he was expecting especially when he'd been attacked as well. The idea of fleeing was still there as he stood stock still, trying to not flinch, and failing, as Acubens ripped up her own fuku to clean him up,. "N-no one..." How could she not remember? Or was she playing a nasty game with him? Had that been it the whole time?
Of course, why else would anyone be nice to you? You're weak and useless. You just stand there and do nothing - like usual. Whispered words in his head, loud, and demanding his attention as he fought against the need to shout the words down, to deny them, because they had to be true...he had just been standing around - hadn't he.

Ara had spoken, but in her haze it went disregarded. Scylla couldn't stop that heavy, heady compulsion to move forward, to bury herself closer, deeper into the madness, anymore than she could stop her half-to-mostly-crazed banshee shrieks.
There were other bodies around her, moving in the darkness, and Scylla gave a ragged gasp before Acubens rose in front of her.
Destroy them all. Power surged to her fingertips- the wraith commanded, and the cries echoed in her ears, and she would-
Scream for me,
Pain lanced through Scylla's head, through her face, cutting viciously into the madness. Pain, and the echoing screams began to fade. The hold on her was strong, and Scylla thrashed, trying to get away. The wraith- the girl- shrieked in her mind, tendrils clinging to her body and spirit, to her mind, digging painfully deep, but the madness could not fight the power of the Chaos which gave it life.
Her body sagged; and lucidity spilled back to her face, and confusion, and pain; You have to stop me, Acubens told her, and as Scylla looked blankly at her, the senshi smashed her in the face. Hard.

Her eyes were stinging and blood was pouring from her nose, but Scylla blinked her way past it, or tried. A knight and Leto were grabbing at the Senshi of Velociraptors, and doing... something. Through the water in her eyes, she couldn't see what they were doing. But she could feel the effects of what Acubens had done to her, the fog slowly clearing.
She didn't know what they had done, didn't remember anyone trying to speak to her, but she could remember what the Wraith had said. Had done.
Destroy Them All.
Head down, she remained frozen in place, shaking in silence as Acubens vanished, seemingly unbothered by what had just happened. Scylla, on the other hand, was extremely bothered, and she lifted her head, staring at the wraith, eyes bright with rage and fury. How dare it? Of anything it could have used, any weakness... It had chosen the wrong one.
Chaos camouflaged other Chaos. It was irrelevant. The wraith was not camouflaged. And she shoved to her feet, pressing her palm to her bloody nose, fists clenching, as she smacked out at the wraith again.

The fog rose, obscured everyone's vision, and suddenly Lepus, who had just scooped her personal star cat back up, couldn't see anyone, though she could hear their voices. Of course, that helped nothing if she couldn't figure out where they were, and she made her way towards Anakeion's, once she could find her way through the darkness.
"- Hey! Anakeion, hey!" Lepus called out, taking care not to wind up with a pillar to the face (hopefully), "Pull yourself together!"

Anakeion didn't see Lepus. She couldn't think. The only thing bouncing inside her skull was the Wraith's command; she felt the hands on her face, the hands on her neck, like persistent ghosts - it was all just starbursts of pain. But she staggered, half-limping, and paused for a second -- and the black was steadily creeping through her staff, white to black, like it was so easy.
Anakeion: 40/60 Stage: Squire / Second Madness: 85/100 Attack: 8 @ Lepus Boss HP: 45 / 400 Spell: 1/2 Attack (cannot be used currently)
It was so easy.
Laughter clawed its' way out of Anakeion's throat -- she sounded utterly mad, her hair in tangled curls to hide her face, the rippling black making its' way all throughout her outfit -- the back of her undershirt was darkened like a bruise, like a handprint, all the way around her neck. Like something was choking her.
Two of the pearl beads on her necklace turned black as she slowly turned to face Etoile and Lepus, smiling too wide, half-hunched over - her pupils had gone tiny. Her fingertips were - her hands were - her everything was -
Destroy them all.
Anakeion swung. The black ice did not crack or shift; it remained steadfast, freezing her to her staff, making it hurt.
