Noah nodded, a very small gesture, and watched the other boy with wary eyes to see what the reaction to this admission was going to be.

"I don't think they'd drug all the food." He confirmed, dumping everything on the couch he had been sleeping on. Taking the backpack, he dumped everything on the chair because, well, it wasn't HIS things, and then started to fill it with the water bottles and granola bars. "Should we bring anything else before we go?"
This brought to mind times he had threatened to run away, and he looked around for the type of things he usually would bring if he went out camping with his family.
"I'm gonna look around. See if this place has anything else. Did the phone say anything?" He asked, going around and starting to open closets and drawers he hadn't already checked for anything useful. If Jordan followed, Melvin would soon make his way to the bedroom the other had been in before.
"So you like, remember anything from before we came here? Or being here?"

Al suddenly looked relieved, nodding so slightly it was almost imperceptible. Then he paled again. "You think there's a connection?"

"There's a bunch of texts and stuff, but there's really not anything I can find that tells me where we are or anything." Jordan moved around the room, checking drawers and shelves. Under a coat hanging by the hallway door, he found a bag with what looked like camping supplies. "Hey, there's a bag with a flashlight and a knife and a bunch of stuff," he reported, and took it down to sling over his shoulder.
He followed Mel into the bedroom, curious. "No. I mean, I remember the last week of school and stuff, but I don't have any idea how we got here. Waking up here is all I know about here."
Me too, Ferros spoke up. I had just gotten to school ...
Like ... monster school?
Yeah.

Basement. Kimberly 14yo Terry may have been defensive but to Kim he was yelling at someone. Another prisoner of this perversion pit? Who knows, she just needed answers. Not thinking things through she ran at Terry in a full out tackle maneuver to take him to the ground. "Kyaaaaa!". One step to the side likely would have Kim flat on her face if he moved in time...

"Maybe?" Noah hazarded. "I mean ... hearing things isn't that big a step from seeing things, right?" He looked at his feet. "You saw things too, really?" he asked softly. "I thought I was just crazy after - um. Things."

Town"Nice to meet you, Mimsy!" America chirruped happily. "Your daddy sounds really important, does he go on TV like Dr. Oz?" She looked equally impressed with scalpel. "That's like a doctor knife, right? We can totally cut off any rude dicks that come near us with it." She carefully took it up and then crouched a little. "Okay, I'll take point," and then, "that means I'll go first through the door and cut any perverts who decide to try the last mistake they'll ever make." Out of no where she heard a quiet murmur. Good one."Thanks! Anyway, if I stab someone, you dive down and grab their legs in a tackle. We could probably like, take on most folks like that. Unless they're really fat. If a big fat guy is in there, just run." She creeped quietly up the stairs, carefully staying by the edge to make less noise. And then kicked at the door she'd left open with a loud bang and, "FREEZE ********. No giant fat guys in sight.
"Sweet."

Basement - Hallway (Terry - 15yo)
Truth be told, Terry never had any idea what you were supposed to do in situations like these. His experience with fights tended to involve controllers and television screens. Suddenly having someone just tackle him from out of nowhere resulted in him, well, getting tackled. Even with the yell supposedly alerting him.
You're not very good, are you? the voice giggled in amusement.
The taunting in his head had him flailing his arms rather uselessly in an attempt to free himself. "Get off, get off, get off!"

Al looked embarrassed. "My whole family thinks I'm nuts." He glanced down at Noah's feet, feeling still pretty naked in just the stretchy sweat pants. "Are... are there any shirts? S'kinda cold and..."

Already in the closet, he pulled out a sleeping back from the back and set it on the bed, looking over it and noticing it that it was much bigger than a twin. Why had Jordan been on the bed and he had been on the couch? Was Jordan here before him?
He tried not to think what might have happened, and he wondered if he should be asking too much about what had happened when they actually did arrive here. Hopefully if a memory did come to him, it wouldn't be one he hoped to forget. His imagination was working too hard to produce the worst ideas, and he visibly shook as he turned to look at him.
"That's great. We can both take a pack and be set for the trip." He turned around and opened the nightstand to see if they could find any keys to any vehicles or a map, instead staring into the contents. There was a length of a few, stretched seconds where he didn't fully register what he was looking at, before his mind snapped and he shut it close with a hard slam of the nightstand drawer and threw his hand back, heart racing as he grabbed the sleeping bag. The reason why they were both kidnapped and here was becoming more and more apparent.
"We should go. Now."

"My therapist said it was just my imagination, but I didn't think it was," Noah confessed. He turned around and opened drawers in the dresser behind him, pulled out a shirt, and tossed that in Al's direction as well. "Um. You want socks?"

[basement hallway]Kimberly 14 Wow that worked amazingly well. "Tell me what the F is going on in this perv palace? How many other Slaves are you holding here sicko?" It sure was good she wasn't making any assumptions or anything. She turned the boy over as well as she could and straddled his hips pushing on his shoulders as she glared down. "Who were you talking to? One of your messed up friends?"

First Floor Dorms - Hallway (Joy - 14yo)
Joy was pretty damn lost and quite honestly didn't think to knock on any of the doors there. The PDA had been useful to some extent, which was why she ended up sort of just waiting in the stairwell, trying to gather her bearings. Oh and deal with the voice in her head.

"We need shoes," Jordan pointed out. "What was in there?" There was a pair of sneakers sitting beside the dresser, and he tried shoving his feet into them. They were a little too big, but that was probably the best he was going to find.

Melvin held onto the rolled up sleeping bag and tried not to look Jordan directly in the eyes. "....like....." He made a gesture with his hand.
"...stuff."
