 Kin name: Ripple Effect Roll: 3, 3 Cat (lion) && You groom the pet, you get a bit of fur/feather/honey/pet appropriate thing. (+1 token) Ripple looked down at the lion, gently grooming them. Ah, this wasn't so bad. Maybe she should get a familiar.

 White Sands is pleased with her choice of animal, the songbird swinging such sweet melodies to her. Although as to how she could play a game of fetch with such a small creature... She managed to find a small twig and throw it, and the bird fetch it for her, singing jubilantly upon it's return with the twig.

Kin name: Friend to Beasts Roll: 7, 6 Scale babies (pangolin) && You take the pet for a nice walk, maybe you find a thing or two. (+1 token) Friend to Beasts was, once again, drawn to help with the gathering of pets being left for the day. The colorful doe couldn't help that she enjoyed the company of pets sometimes more than other kin. It was so easy to find a good friend in pets sometimes -- navigating other kin was much harder. There was all sorts of complexity she didn't always get with each interaction. And so here she was, amongst the adorable babies of her fellows. She nosed at a few of them, and was very pleased when a little pangolin found her and seemed to take to her, sniffing around her feet and poking at her hooves. It started following her, so she decided to see how far they could go. They took a small walk around the market and a bit beyond, the pangolin finding many things to investigate along the way. The doe was unsure of their timing turning back, but was glad that it started slowing as they came closer to the pen -- it was clearly getting a bit tired from their journey. They made it back and the little pangolin shuffled off to a corner to nap, while Beasts counted the visit a success and went to find another way to occupy her time.

Kin name: Frozen Roll: 8, 7 Bird (Swan) && Animal climbs on your back and refuses to leave until you give it a ride. (1 token) Frozen went back to the pet daycare, maybe she would find a critter that likes her a bit more. As she walked through, a swan got on her back, gazed at her while the doe stared at it. "Come on, sweetie. You know you want to do something else." The swan settled more onto her rump, waiting for her to move. "I see." The blue doe moved within the boundaries of the market, from the stone throwing to the dancing to the art areas and even the food. As she moved closer to the pet care section, the swan hopped off and went to the next kin.

 ( #668014 ) Roll: 4, 3 - Small bug (hermet crab) & You groom the pet, you get a bit of fur/feather/honey/pet appropriate thing. (+1 token) Acorn wasn't sure at all how to groom a hermet crab, so she took it to a shallow puddle of water and watched it scuttle around. It must have outgrown it's shell though, because it claimed the first one it came across, which was almost too big for it. Acorn took the original shell back with her and the hermet crab. She'd ask the owner if she could keep it. And if not, at least she'd seen something interesting.

Kin name: Something More Roll: 8, 5 Birds (Swans) && The pet was not happy with your game, Snailshell gives you a token as apology for the scratches. Something More attempted to play with some swans, but quickly learned that they were not the playing type. She was thankful that Snailshell was generous enough to reward her for trying, though.

Soothe 7, 6 - scale babies (dragon), walk Soothe hummed as she approached the petsitting booth - this was her element, right? Maybe the trick was to be very patient as she waited for a pet. One would come to her eventually, right? A leatherwing dragon floated its way over, and she smiled. "Let's walk this way," she told it. She was rewarded with a token when she was done. What a relief that was, after all the stress of wild animals.

Kin name: Light in the Ocean Roll: 2, 7 2. Wolf ( wolf, ) && 7. The pet climbs onto your back and refuses to leave until you give it a ride. (+1 token) Light knew a thing or two about wolves, and it is best not to anger them. so when a wolf climbs on your back, you just leave it be. He was not sure what to do with the wolf on his back right now. He moved carefully and just let the wolf hitch a long until it got bored of him meandering through the swamp. at least it was not baring its teeth or snarling at him.

Soothe 1, 4 - dogs (a lot), tire out multiple Soothe tried to make her approach a little quieter this time. "Oh - you have a lot of puppies!" she said with pleasure. A few floppy fennecs and a sharp-toothed shuppy ran up to her, and she entertained them for a while - until they were all sleepy. That had been sweet. "Thank you - I'll see you again!" she called.

 Roll: 6, 7 - otter & The pet climbs onto your back and refuses to leave until you give it a ride. (+1 token) Swim to the Moon was used to otters antics, having one of her own. This one, however, seemed to want a ride. So she galloped around the clearing a while. When she slowed down, the otter slid off and scurried away.

Kin name: Sleeps with Open Eyes Roll: 2,3 Wolf (Muskwolf) && 3. You groom the pet, you get a bit of fur/feather/honey/pet appropriate thing. (+1 token) Sleeps spent some quiet time with the amazingly fluffy wolf, enjoying helping groom it. He ended up with a small pile of fur and a very happy creature after.

Kin name: Light in the Ocean Roll: 1 , 2 1. Dog ( fennec ) && 2. Somehow you've managed to grab a wild animal, it is not pleased. (No token) Light was delighted when he saw a fennec in between everyone else's familiars to play with. When he went into the booth and picked up the fennec in his mouth, the poor thing hissed at him. He dropped it immediately. it didnt look friendly or tamed at all...

Soothe 4, 2 - small bug (hermit crab), wild Soothe didn't understand the stress she felt - she'd never had to run her own booth on her own, so far, so it should have been easy for her. And yet here she was - she was always going straight from caring for animals to, well, caring for animals. "Hi," she sighed. "Is there - is that - what's that you've got for me?" she asked, yawning. Whatever it was looked tiny. A little crab? Yes, that was it. She bent closer to let it climb onto her nose, only to be pinched very, very sharply. A wild animal, again? Why did Soothe never look before something like this happened? She turned tail and fled, too embarrassed to talk to a kin right now.
