A letter would be delivered to each of Azazel Drosselmyers children by a royal guard, if they were out of Lionis the letter would be left in their chambers upon their pillows. The letter would read;
"Children. I was to speak with you today about sensitive matters however I have found other things have taken my attention that I must attend to.
What I wished to speak to you about is our relationship with the Kingdoms under our dominion. Kingdoms have Kings and Queens that can conspire against us, take what is rightfully ours. They have their own armies and their own minds. What I want from each of you will be that you will be my Viceroys, I do not trust my guards and commanders with such a thing as blood calls to blood, your loyalty to your father is expected.
Therefore I will be sending each of you to a Kingdom to monitor their actions, report back, and learn how to rule and make choices upon my behalf while keeping in mind that making such decisions that may undermine me, your Emperor and Father, will result in dire consequences.
Princess Ursula will be headed to Phobos as my Viceroy, you will keep close to the King Herod, keep his council and if you can manage it become his confidant.
Princess Elentiya will go to Zalto to become the handmaiden to her majesty the Queen Valeska Llewellyn.
Princess Tatiana will go to Ethe to help monitor the troops that have been sent to help uncover the mines, help the people find farming land and to ensure a stable population
Prince Gerath, you will travel to Bellris not as Viceroy but as Ambassador. Your top priority is to find weaknesses in the republic, holes that can be exploited to bring them back into the empire, however you are never to drop your guise as an envoy of peace.
