I plan to go to a lot of places actually lol. Not really planning on being a missing nin either. Just an on duty one working across borders because the intended village happens to not be there right now

No promises, though. If you need an answer immediately... well, you can always make a gennin for kumo or kiri. Those positions will definitely be handed out as soon as you ask for them, and you are allowed to have multiple characters.

I don't really plan to have my character "stay" in any village, not legally anyways. But Konoha serves the Fire Daimyō who rules over the land of fire Konoha is a very small part of the land of fire which is one of the biggest nations and there seems to constantly be foreign ninja doing this or that there. Or at least this is how it was just under a century after the Naruto series or when this rp takes place I think. I figured my character could be from one of probably over 20 nations as long as the story took place in specific locations.
