"The compass still insists we move on," muttered the Sigel as he checked the device for the umpteenth time. "I was certain it would be close by,"

Ahead, some of the curious customers were already tying handkerchiefs about their nose and mouth to avoid inhaling the gold dust.

Shaking the dust off his wings, Sigel pressed on with the rest of his teammates.

"Nothing yet," Ronan said, looking behind to see that a few more people had filed into the greenhouse while they'd been looking. It wasn't quite enough people to be uncomfortable, but he hadn't really noticed anyone else leaving yet either. Getting the essence unnoticed was going to be difficult.

Amity, at this point, was mostly just enjoying the flowers that were around her. It was nice to see so many blooms she didn't usually see otherwise, and who knew, maybe she'd spot something out of the ordinary while she was at it.

Louis was taking his time looking for the essence. Even though he started out with the intention of getting it fast, the view was simply too magnificent to miss. The smell of nature and the way the light dances off the gold flakes falling took his breath away.

"Hey guys," he turned to the rest. "What is it like being part of the Lab?" He was getting curious about their adventures. "Is it always this magical?"

Xiu was silent for a moment when Louis asked his question, letting Ronan give his opinion on the matter first. While the Sigel himself had never thought of the Lab's escapades as magical, it certainly bore some consideration. Especially concerning bits that could not be explained by logic.

"Ronan is right," agreed the Sigel. "Gatherings aren't always as spectacular as this although this is certainly not the the first time the lab has been thrown into chaos,"

"Trust me," Ronan said, rubbing at the scar on his right forearm. "Mundane is okay sometimes." While the jungle was almost three years past at this point, it was still was an experience he did not ever want to repeat.

"Though... yes, the family things are pretty nice in their own right." He looked over to Amity, smiling as she hovered just a few inches away from a particularly large bloom.

"... that would be nice," Ronan said, noticing that some of the first tour group that had come in with them was already making their way out of the greenhouse, chatting excitedly and gathering up the gold on their clothes. Unless they could find the essence soon they might start attracting some unwanted attention.
