Harmonia, Super Senshi of Harmony - Heading up the hallway

Harmonia held her breath when the door was kicked open. She was expecting something. Anything really, to jump out and begin attacking them and was completely baffled to see and hear the record player. Needless to say it was the last thing she would have expected.

With the excitement from the room now gone, Harmonia turned her attention to the hallway when she thought she heard something. Curious, she began to make her way up. Noting that another senshi was closing and locking doors. Interesting. She jogged up the hallway to a room the senshi hadn't gotten to yet and carefully peered in to find a hospital bed and someone hooked up to all sorts of things as they slept. Now I understand what she's doing. They may have been here to fight, but Harmonia was not at all interesting in seeing anyone get hurt, let alone someone who wouldn' tbe able to defend themselves. Glancing back in the direction she came, she carefully closed the door and locked it before plucking the key from the lock. "Here's another one." She said to the senshi as she handed over the key. "Hopefully no one will want to explore the rooms badly enough to break into them. I think that may have been teh last one too."

With the doors locked, Harmonia's attention was pulled back to the sound of...pleading? She looked at the other girl before heading further up the hallway in the direction of the pleading sound. Peering into any open rooms she found and pausing at closed doors to listen.

Babylon Knight of Mercury

When the door finally swung open and revealed the record player, Babylon laughed. Of course the room was empty. Of course. It just figured. "No explosives," he said, quickly coming down from the momentary hilarity to look sternly down at the senshi. Despite all the hubbub just now, she still seemed to think he was in some kind of control of the situation. <********.

"We've got as much a chance of blowing ourselves up if we start playing with chemicals," he elaborated. He wasn't a chemist. She sure didn't look like a chemist. And this appeared to be a hospital of some sort. They were already in flagrant violation of the Geneva convention just by being here.

Though there was still that troubling signature deep within the building to contend with.

"The people here are injured," he said, looking over towards Avalon, Maia, and Cassiopeia. If they were going to keep moving, he wanted to stay with them. "They're not our objective. We need to proceed with caution and not cause any collateral damage."

How was that for a great turn of phrase?

He nodded at Chara. Little s**t or not, the kid had noticed something important.

"Yeah. End of the hall. Someone needs our help," he said. "This was a waste of time. Let's keep moving. No more distractions."

Sailor Cassiopeia, Senshi of Wonder

When the door opened to show nothing but a record player... Cassiopeia laughed. A tired, drained laugh. But a laugh nonetheless. Closing her eyes briefly, trying to take a few breaths to cool the heat on her cheeks and the pulse roaring in her ears. Opening them a bit, she smiled towards the Squire (Avalon) that had spoken to her--and whom she had somewhat stepped behind after she'd shaken her head in nope! to the question of offensive magic. "Only distraction magic," she finally murmured, before glancing to the empty room she'd opened up.

"...which thankfully has no place here. But... thanks, for what you said." Smiling a bit in gratitude to the Squire and the Knight (Babylon) she tried to mostly ignore the other, younger, senshi around them. Cassiopeia did at least pause enough to look at the young man who'd spoken to her (Oberon)--even as she tried to not wince at being called lady. She was only nineteen! "Well, kid," she countered with a teasing smile, "just because I'm prepared to fight doesn't mean I have to be willing to rush into conflict if I can avoid it."

When the Knight (Babylon) mentioned others around there were injured, she frowned. "Shouldn't we be trying to get them out then? Or are they... safer here?" Slowly walking onward, though not fast enough to lose the group, she followed the hall in the direction the earlier group had gone, relieved to get a little space for a moment. Her eyes traveled this way and that as she passed rooms, though after trying a few doors... she was surprised to see they were locked. Seeing the group in front of her, and again sensing that... pleading that had first drawn her into the barracks... she jogged to catch up to another senshi further up that seemed to be searching ahead (Harmonia).

"Um... hi... Sorry but... do you sense that, too? That um... call? Do you want help looking for it?" Was it... someone? It didn't feel bad... But then at this point, she just wanted to be somewhere where she could be of actual help.

Stepping further into the kitchen he nodded his head as he cast his golden eyes up toward her intended target. "I can help." A five foot seven he figured he could get her up there with a fair amount of ease, or so he hoped. "I hope you have good balance." He said as he approached her before bending down low. "Get onto my shoulders. I'll walk us closer and then stand up on my shoulders. I'll brace you." Between them their combined height should be able to get them what she, and they possibly, sought in this place.

Already he was preparing himself for the weight he'd e taking on in moments, and thanking the fact he worked out and was in good shape - really good shape. "Just be careful not to knock into anything. You need to keep your balance." So they didn't knock anything over and gain unwanted attention."

"Awesome!" Halley said as he agreed to help her she was more than happy to climb onto the man's shoulders and balanced herself holding onto his shoulders as he moved, "What do you think it could be?"

She asked as she waited for him to move closer, "Of course! I'll be really careful!"

"Let me know when I can stand up" She added as she could see the glittering object even better now but she still couldn't tell what it was.

Halley nodded, "I feel like that might be too easy but if it is we can get out of this hell hole." She admitted as she stood up slowly when he said he was ready.

"Alright," She said softly as she looked, "I think I can reach it," She said as she placed a hand against the cabinet. She was just a little short of it, "I'm going to have to stretch a little . . . I think to reach it."

She paused, as she reached her hand up towards the shiny object, she couldn't see it anymore so she hoped by groping around she could find it quickly she knew about where it was. . .

Spacewatch

For a second, Spacewatch wasn't sure why some other senshi had gone and decided to be a huge raging mass of ugly stereotypical white girl.

"Uh." Spacewatch had no immediate retort. All she'd done was offer a way to get rid of the enemy? Wasn't that the whole point of them being enemies? Of coming here? Wasn't that what Caedus wanted them to do?

"If you're what I have to look forward to in high school, no wonder my folks want to send me to an immersion school. You're nasty." There was no reason to start attacking each other which just made the senshi wonder more and more how they were going to get anything done with the apparent desire to just pick fights with each other and throw around insults.

"You came here to kill people too though, so you don't have much a leg to stand on. Did kill my goldfish though. So you got me there?" She had forgotten to feed him for a week. Adult she may want to be, but ready for a pet she very much was not.

The sound of jogging behind her was enough of a warning that someone was behind her that she didn't jump at the unfamiliar senshi's voice. "Yea. It's....I don't know, but I want to find it." She smiled. "It may be nuts since we are here in the negaverses home, but this feels...different?" And the other senshi's offer to help Harmonia nodded. "Sure! I am Harmonia, Senshi of Harmony. I am just checking any rooms as I go. I don't know exactly where the pull is coming from."

She continued her walk down the hallway following the same things she had been doing before. Peeking in doors and pausing in front of closer ones to listen. She didn't want to walk in on someone who would want to start a fight but she really wanted to find that strange pleading and pull. She made sure to keep track of which doors her new found companion was looking in to see if maybe she had found anything.
