"That sounds great, and I'll keep it in mind." her mind wondered the possibilities of his idea. The thought of building her dream home,. and next to a forest no less. It made her smile that someday she would live there. His words have her hope. Emily looked deeply into his eyes and sighed. She quickly looked away from him, hoping he didn't catch that. Looking out of the window, she knew where she was, "Can you make a right turn? I need to pick up some stuff to cook dinner."

"Only if you want to. And if you wanted, you could stay for dinner." Emily blushed lightly then exited the vehicle. She went into the store, unsure if Cody was following her. Grabbing a basket to help her carry things, she began to walk through the store, gathering up things she needed to make dinner. Emily was going for chicken, bread crumbs, eggs, rice.....and that was just the start

"Nothing special really. Just some breaded chicken with rice and a vegetable of your choice. You do like your vegetables, right?" Emily looked at him curiously and with a smile. She went and picked up a few more things, including some chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Emily and her sweet tooth, it was a pain to keep it satisfied. They headed over to the produce section, still waiting for his answer

Emily giggled, "Thats true. And you still haven't told me which vegetable you would like me to cook for you." they stood there in the middle of the produce section. It was getting chilly and she rubbed her arms, trying to warm then, "If you don't pick, I'll pick for you."

Emily accepted his jacket, putting it over her shoulders, "I haven't gotten around to buying one yet, rent has been a killer. I've already had to cancel cable and internet. Whenever I have to do research, I have to go to the library." She went around and found the right vegetable she wanted to cook, broccoli, one of her favorites. His faith in her cooking made her happy. She already had enough spices and seasonings at home. Guess she was ready to check out, "Can you run and grab some shredded Parmesan cheese real quick? Or here, hold this, I'll get it, Stay in line." she gave him the basket and rushed off towards the dairy section. As she scanned the cheeses, Emily finally spotted the one she was after and grabbed it.

She rushed back in line

Emily was grateful that he helped carry the bags to the car, "Thank you. I'm going to make you one great dinner." she got in and they drove back to her place. Once there, she got out and made her way to the front with bags in her hands. She got out her key, undid the lock and went inside. She placed her groceries on the counter, "You can set those there. I'll be right back." she went and used the bathroom, checking out her reflection, making sure she looked good. Wait, why was she trying to look good? A blush ran across her face and she was unable to make it go away as she entered the living room and kitchen again, "You can sit down. I'll start making dinner."

Okay, time to cook up a great meal. She gathered every thing that she needed together and started to prep the ingredients.

Sounds of cooking could be heard from the living room, along with Emily's humming. If he looked around the place, there was a piece of paper on the table. It was a drawing of him, as the tiger. It was a rough sketch but it still looked good. At the bottom it said Mysterious Tiger.

45 minutes later she yelled from the kitchen, "Dinner is ready, come on in!" Two plates were set on the table and the food was already on the plates, "Sit down and dig in." It was a breadcrumb and Parmesan cheese crusted pan fried chicken, garlic rice and sauteed broccoli with a cheese sauce poured over it, "I hope you like it."
