"I just asked you." He smirked looking at her and then off into the waves. A cheeky thought crossing his mind. "Maybe I'll have to make you tell me." He laughed picking her up bridal style and moving further out until the water was lapping at his knees.
"Tell me or I'll drop you in." He said, grinning widely and looking down at the water.

"Yes, but...." she started to say, then gasped as she was suddenly swept up into his arms. She wrapped her arms tightly around his neck as he waded farther out. At his proposal, her eyes grew wide.
"No... you wouldn't dare," she said, shaking her head. She glanced down over her shoulder to the cold water. "Giani...." she started warningly, looking him directly into his eyes.

"Oh, but I would." He said with a wink. "You'll dry out on the ride back home." He could see the concern in her eyes but decided to push the joke a little further. Loosening his arms around her he did a mock drop. "Tell me your answer and I'll put you down." He said softly their faces now very close.

Israel gasped and looked down as he pretended to drop her, tightening her grip around his neck. When she looked back at him, his face was very near hers and she got a nice, close up view into his eyes.
"Don't you know it by now?" she teased with a small smile. "Of course I will. Now... please don't drop me," she pleaded softly.

"Oh, I know." He laughed lightly turning to walk back to the shallow water. Once there he set her down but kept his arms around her. He smiled down at her, he was really begining to like this school. He hoped most people would be as carefree as Israel.
He looked from her eyes to the stretching coastland. "Now my next question to you, is just how daring are you feeling?"

Israel rested her hands lightly his shoulders when he set her feet back down on the wet sand.
"Daring?" she asked, glancing over her shoulder to see what he was looking at. When she saw nothing, she looked back up at him. "How daring are we talking about?"

He grinned and quirked an eyebrow. "I came exploring here a couple of days ago. There are some small secluded beaches." He said, looking into her eyes, the mischevous glint lighting his eyes. "I would like to draw you there, watching the sea. If you are feeling daring that is." He shrugged and looked out to the sea. "Which is why I said now may be too soon. You would need to trust me to do such a thing. I think."

Israel blinked and turned her face out towards the sea. She dropped her hands from him and took a step away from him and towards the waves, chewing on her thumbnail in thought. That was quite a difference than lying on a couch in a dimly lit room. She glanced back at him over her shoulder and looked at him consideringly for a few more moments. Finally she smiled brightly.
"Si," she replied, taking a step back towards him.

Giani smiled and stepped back onto the dry sand. "The best place is about ten minutes away." He said holding his arm out for her to take. "Shall we go, I want to catch the sun at the right time."
He was once again in artist mode watching how the sun was in the sky and the shadows cast by the rocks and the buildings above them. Hopefully by the time they reached the cove it would be perfect.

Israel slipped her hand onto his offered arm and smiled at him. If she just didn't think about it in those next ten minutes, everything would be fine.
When they finally reached the beach Giani had in mind, Israel glanced around and tightened her arm around his as nerves began to settle in. She could do this. She could trust him to be professional, just like he had trusted her. She took a deep breath and pulled her hand away from him to run both hands through her hair, causing it to spike at odd angles.
"Alright Signore Rossi, where would you like to put me?" she asked, looking up into his eyes.

Giani's eyes surveyed the tiny beach. The cliff that rose up above them concealing them from the rest of the world. The rocks that jutted out from the sand and into the gentle, lapping sea.
his eyes fell onto a small smooth rock close to them, looking out to sea but still close enough not to leave Is exposed. "On there." He said pointing to it. "Leaning back on your hands and looking out to sea. Like a siren or a mermaid or something." He said with an embarassed shrug. She would probably think he was silly making such analogies. "It it O.k?" He asked shoving his hands in his pocket and nudging the sand with his foot.

Israel thought about what he said for a moment, then walked over to a rock nearby, her back facing Giani, and slipped off her coat. She folded it and took off her jewelry, placing it in her coat pocket. She glanced back over her shoulder to Giani, then reached down and pulled her shirt off. This was not the part she really worried about, she smiled to herself as she reached up behind her and took off her bra. It was when she started to unbutton her jeans that she hesistated. She licked her lips nervously and closed her eyes. 'Just like a band aid,' she told herself and slipped easily out of her jeans and underwear. As she folded them and placed them on the rock she chewed on her lower lip, allowing her a moment to get used to the warm sun and soft breeze caressing her skin. She took a deep breath and turned around. She gave him a nervous smile, not sure of what to do with her arms and just settled on walking over to the rock he wanted her at. Thinking for a moment on the pose he wanted she knelt down on the warm rock and leaned back on her hands like he had wanted, untucking her legs from underneath her to drape them down so her toes touched the sand. She stared out to the sea for a moment, then turned her head to look over at Giani, still nervous, but surprisingly calm.
"Just like this Giani?" she asked, looking into his eyes.

As Israel undressed, Giani set his bag down and took out his sketchbook and charcoals. He looked up as Israel spoke. "Beautiful." He said grinning as he moved closer, sitting down with his legs crossed and his sketchbook on one knee.
Taking a piece of charcoal he looked up, his eyes running over her smooth curves as he sketched her outline. Once the basic shape was in place he looked up once more, this time looking at the way the sunlight caressed her skin. He worked in silence listening to the the lapping of the waves and the gul calls as he sketched and blended, smoothing the black material over the contours of the picture's body.
As he worked he smiled, this was going to be one of his better works. One he could definitley see on canvas. Picking up a pencil he made some notes about colour and atmosphere before continuing onto the finishing touches. "And .... i'm done." He said wiping his forehead with his hand and leaving a rather large black smudge. "Would you like to see?"

Israel stared calmly out at the waves. The sun was warm and the breeze was light and it was easy to forget that she was sitting on a rock on a beach naked while a boy she just met drew her. When he finally spoke, it seemed like he should have only just begun, but she turned to him with a warm smile. The nerves she thought that had disappeared suddenly returned. She had always been the artist, never the model and she was nervous to see how he had seen her. She giggled lightly when she saw the black smudge on his forehead and pushed herself up off the rock to kneel down next to him. She reached up to wipe the smudge away and smiled at him.
"Si, Signore Rossi," she said with a warm wink.

Giani smiled as she knelt down next to him, his eyes registering her nakedness but being sure not to linger for too long. Beautiful indeed. As she wiped the charcoal from his forehead he blushed a little. It was an intimate gesture, one that brought his mind back from their artistic reverie.
"O.k. It's more of a sketch because I want to make it into a bigger colour piece, but .... here." He handed her the A4 sketchbook and waited nervously for her reaction.
The picture was as realistic as possible the monotone materials giving it an almost edgy feel.
