Silas was very interested in the lesson, eyes attentive with intrigue. He'd always been fascinated by the zodiac, finding he affiliated well with his. For the most part... Reviewing his though he took note of a few traits he'd not really considered himself to be. Or maybe hadn't truly thought about?

He fidgeted nervously, not wanting to have to speak in front of everyone. He never liked this part... and his already soft voice got even tinier! Fussing with the edge of his shirt, he kept his eyes glued to the ground as he timidly spoke up when his turn came around, "m-m..y....z-z-odia..c... is..t-the staff..." he began, swallowing to try and calm his stutter, "I-... I li-like it..b-b-...b.b..ec-cause... i-...it fits m-me.." he decided to conclude with, his cheeks burning far too much, and his heart racing more than comfortable with all those eyes on him!

Now this was a class Liath could get behind and the subject! He had much to say about that, Liath always thought that the Zodiac signs we're quite a heap of dung. Now he wouldn't say that to a teacher but he would get his point across. When it came his time to speak he gave a small smirk, not quite a smile. Liath never smiled, but this was close. "I was born under the wreath." Taking a big breath he began his rant, "I don't like mine, and it's not just because it's mine. It's because the idea that I am supposed to be a certain way because of when I was birthed... it's all a bit silly." Speaking as much as he was was starting to tire him out, "I don't think it fits me none!" Of course, Liath did see how some of the core personality traits of the wreath did fit him, he was accepting, and trusting and even peaceful, but the rest was so off he couldn't see how people had faith in such a silly thing. However Liath was still young, and there were many things about the world he didn't know. Then he was tried, his face shrunk back into the constant scowl, and he sat down. Perhaps he had said enough for today.

Nilima actually did know her Zodiac! Her mother swore by hers and so she'd made ti a point that Nilima knew hers as well. Still, she looked over the material again to refresh herself and she looked over both the positive and negative traits of her sign. Some of those things she could really agree with, some she wanted to pretend she didn't have, and others she just flat out didn't feel like spoke to her all that much.

"My Zodiac is the Wreath. Well, in a lot of ways I think I agree with my Zodiac. There are a few things that I feel like don't describe me though! Like, I'm not complacent!" She nodded her head as she gave her opinion.

Noah frowned as the next assignment was given. Zodiacs? He’d never really given much thought on the sign assigned to him at birth but he did know that he was considered the wreath. When it was his time to speak, he swallowed and sucked it up. “My zodiac sign is the wreath.” He glanced around the classroom once before continuing. “Those born under the wreath are considered diplomats. I’m not sure if this fits me very well as I like to tend to stay out of the middle of things and only get involved it I absolutely have to. The one strength that I think doesn’t fit me is trusting. At least not at first. I’m a shy individual and it may take a bit of prodding to get me to accept you into my circle.” He frowned a bit, head tilting. “Which also kind of disqualifies accepting as well.” Taking a deep breath he let it out slowly before continuing. “I also think that oblivious, as a weakness, does not describe me at all. I am very much aware of what’s going on. The likes and dislikes seem to ring true for me. I love feeling connected and I very much hate being lonely.”

Jonah listened to the assignment and when it was his turn he said "My name is Jonah and I believe in some ways I am just like my sign and in other way I am not." Then he paused and said "I do believe I am hard working and trust worthy, at least to the people I care about." He looked around for his brother, then went on crossing his arms and said "Yes I like feeling needed, but I don't believe I am codependent." He said in a grumpy manner, though deep down, Jonah knew he would be lost and depressed without Noah. Jonah didn't think any of the weakness were his even though they were, he just didn't want to face, that he feared losing Noah and having to face the world on his own.

Aloe listened to the assignment and then answered "Well with as wacky as my family was, I'm not really sure who my biological parents are, I had like ten or twenty people taking care of me any any given time, and people I considered brothers and sisters were vast, it's hard to remember everyone's name." Aloe said rubbing the back of her neck and fluttering her wings nervously. "I my family always cared for plants and flowers, I'm trying to grow some down here but it's a challenge." Aloe sat down and started doodling pictures of flowers, since she wasn't sure what else to say about her family. She forgot who her original parents were, and devoted her life to growing plants, that was bad wasn't it?? Nah Aloe liked plants, plants didn't forget the day of her birth. Since there were so many others in their family. The plants were sweet smelling and nice, Aloe liked her plants.

Oh man. Mana really hated speaking in front of others.. but there was no choice, was there? They did want to pass the class, after all.. Now, what were the traits for the Chalice..? Oh yeah, someone already mentioned them earlier. Now to just figure out which ones they should talk about, themselves..

"Umm.. W-well, I was also born under the sign of the Chalice, and I think I'm pretty honest.. don't know about romantic, and guess I'm kinda self-aware?" they didn't sound very confident as they spoke, as they were pretty sure the others found the geist ridiculous.. "I-I guess I'm pretty self-conscious too, and I really don't like feeling insignificant or misunderstood.. so I think about half the stuff does fit.. c-can I sit down now?" they cast a panicked glance at the teacher before sinking back down into their seat. Hopefully this was good enough..
