Caoimhe agreed with her sister, if anything were to be found, Beloved Mayu needed to be notified. She thanked her sister, nodding to their departure in separate directions, attention turning to the bobble that had approached the two of them. At least now she was armed with more information than she had before.
"Summer, Sweetie, are you intending on asking me what I know?" She inquired, looking as innocent as she could. "My sisters and I are here for the same reasons you are. To find who committed such an ugly crime." Caoimhe wouldn't drop her name, nor would she give her sister's either. The fair purple haired harpy would help this interestingly adorned fae with the investigation. It would be on her own terms, of course, but she would still help. She'd tried forcing one to investigate and turned no results. No, this was the time to help others, not force them.
"Perhaps we should start by asking some of Venus' family what they may recall of the event?" Caoimhe suggested.

After listening to Aliza Amaya added Eris to her suspects list, which she would share with Tassos. From the sound of what Aliza had seen in her magic her the main suspect might likely be female, but for now Amaya would keep her mind open till she had more clues.

Little cherub arrow shafts and Eris?? and showed the paper to her partner.
"I'm not sure just yet, but are cherub arrows easy to come by??"
"And I you," agreed Iordanes. He briefly turned his attention to the others. "If you'll excuse us. Harmonia. Pothos. Himeros." He nodded to each in turn before slipping one arm around Serendipity's waist and steering her to a somewhat less out-in-the-open part of the temple. He was tempted to take her away from the gathering altogether for a little--no. Too much to do here. And the mood wasn't right at all.
Lannister! That was it. Euphrosyne let go of Pelagious and turned her attention to her nephew. "How could I forget?" she said to him with a mirthful smile. She touched his head like one would a child. "I'm so sorry we must reunite on such a sad occasion. Ah, but of course you're here to solve this awful thing!"
Information. She did have that..she opened her mouth to share what she knew, but then they were joined by two others. She closed her mouth and smiled at the newcomers, letting them settle in with their wine, deciding only to have to say it once to the little group that had assembled.
"I did make the wine," she agreed with a nod. "It was the least I could provide as thanks for the work you all are doing!"
"Now," she continued once it was clear no one else was joining them, "You all know that Adonis..." The words were harder to say than she expected, and even the mirthful goddess' smile wavered. "...was....found....with arrows in his back. But! I noticed before the Mellons took him....away....that he also had a cut just here, on his leg." She motioned on her own body, down her thigh and calf. She bit her lip before continuing. She didn't want to do too much guessing that would mislead them, but... "It didn't look like it was made by a blade, but more like...a rope or something? It had that sort of repeated pattern."
"Of course, take care who you share this information with. I don't know who else knows." She smiled apologetically. "I'm sorry I don't know more."
Wait, was she actually waiting for her to lower her hand? Selah couldn't help but smile triumphantly. At least this woman did follow her own internal rules. She lowered her hand and put her hands on her hips, allowing the other to say her piece.

Zuleika looked in her own mirror and pointed it to the area Aliza had directed. She gasped herself and looked frantically at her sister. "Wh-who do you suppose that was?" she asked, wide-eyed.
She peered down the column at the mortals below, then followed Zaza down to them. She couldn't stop watching the scene over and over in her mirror. She hoped each time she did that something new would be revealed. She looked up when Aliza questioned the mortals, eager to know if they knew anything she didn't.
A bright blush came over Serendipity's face as she realized how rude she'd been to the other Gods and Goddess. "Please excuse me." She offered feebly, feeling even more embarrassed, giving each of them an apologetic smile before she was pulled away by Iordanes. Her own arm wrapped around his waist as he steered her through the crowds to a more secluded area.
"I came here for you, but not to see you." She said with an apologetic look on her face again. She felt bad, since he seemed so happy to see her, and she felt just as happy seeing him again. "I stopped by to see what I could do about cleaning up the place, maybe doing some weeding." Her heart suddenly caught in her throat as she saw the pained look come over Iordanes' beautiful features, and she reached up to touch his cheek.
The story that followed that expression explained so much, and Serendipity felt her heart break for all of the Gods and Goddesses, especially Venus. As Irodanes held her back a little, she had already made up her mind to help. A small smile came over her face. "I will be happy to help. I need to know a bit more about what exactly happened. I'm sorry to ask you to remember a painful time, but can you tell me what you recall? Walk me through that day?"

He peered as best he could to catch a glimpse in the mirror before a paper was thrust in his line of vision.
Ah! Good! His partner in the matter was clever enough to bring something to keep notes with! Very good! Smiling, he gave her a soft pat-pat on her head.
Tassos shrugged to the question. He had no clue about such things. He assumed they'd be easy to come by for a Cherub, at the very least. "Do you know of any cherubs that might be here tonight?" he asked Amaya, yet also directed the question to the two lovely ladies peering into the mirror.
Seneca felt the nudge and nodded. Some time away from others might do well with her nerves.
As she spread her wings to follow after Shansa, a nearby conversation caught her ear. She paused and turned towards Aliza and Zuleika, Aliza pointing excitedly in the mirror at someone else being with Adonis in his last moments.
For a moment, her eyes widened and her fluttering wings darted over to hover over the two and look into the mirror as well. Her eyes shifting over the images eagerly to catch a glimpse of something as if expecting it or looking for something in particular.
Noting that her sister was pointing at something before heading to investigate something instead of joining her at the temple roof, Shansa flew over to the group that was near Seneca to join her sister.
Hovering next to her sister she followed the the others line of sight to the mirror that was showing images of the night in question. The mirror intrigued Shansa as she watched what it was showing them.
She had a puzzled expression on her face as she tried to recall if she had seen anything strange like that while she was at the party.

Kylieam smiled at Lee when she squeezed his hand in return. It helped calm his nerves a bit as he watched everyone mill about collecting answers in any way they could. Ky couldn't help but notice however that there seemed to be a lot of deities floating about now, seemingly more arriving since he and Lee had got there. It made sense to him to check in with one of them first. They possibly had clues that might help boost their investigation along.... they had been at this first after all, right?
Glancing around, Ky spotted a somber blue fellow who just looked like he wanted to go home and be free from all this sadness and chaos. As much as he hated to bother the guy, he didn't see anyone else talking to him besides the woman in the gold dress. "How about checking in with those two first? They don't seem as....swamped as the others." Ky smiled softly at Lee before heading over in that direction. "Um....Excuse me....Sir and Ma'am...."
Pothos nodded to Harmonia's question though his facial expression definitely said otherwise. "I'm...sure. Just want this to be over with...." he sighed a bit before waving his hands no at her offer. No, no wine for him, not tonight. He had to keep his head straight, or what little was left of it. He had to tell someone, anyone that would listen. He had to tell them what he saw, that it was---
Blinking, Pothos turned his attention towards two demons who seemed to approach him and his sister, one looking about as timid as he did. Tilting his head, he glanced sidelong to Harmonia, then over at Himeros still busy with the ladies, then back at the purple male and his two toned female friend. "H-Hello...there... Can I be of assistance?" he asked softly. But what a dumb question! Of course he could! Tell them Pothos, Tell them damn it!
Summer sighed it seemed that she did not know anything either. She scratched her head not sure what to do next when Caoimhe spoke up. Asking someone from ther verus family she thought of that although if they knew what was going on they would have spoken up maybe they all knew a little of what had happened but they did not want to speak up because they were scared that some one would think that it was there fault.
"That sounds like a good plan lets go inside and look for one of them." she fallowed the other pae who entered the temple and started to look around she noticed that there was a table with glasses of wine on it. Odd she thought why was there wine at a murder investigation. She walked over and picked up one of glasses and smelled the liqueur. She Also noticed a pair walking over to column that two twins looked unhappy. "Maybe they know something." She walked over to Lola and Seren.
"Hi have you guys noticed anything yet?"

Ares refuses to get involved in such trivial matters. Especially the murder of his wife's boy toy. He is above interrogation and when asked, he merely points his sword to Venus, growling, "You ... betrayed me."

At the grin on his sister's face, Harlow rolled his eyes. "Me? Fair? Ha," he snorted and smirked back at her, his visible eye glittering with mirth. "I'm even less worried about you winning." He was mostly teasing, though he did have a tendency to win more than she did. Maybe. Who cared? it was fun for them both,even when the other was the current holder of the bragging rights.
Harlow snorted at the suggestion to stay in groups. What fun was that? None, that's how much. "Since when do we follow directions, Eszzie?" he chuckled. "Sure, let's start with h- wait..." He paused and narrowed his eyes on a certain pink goddess. "Is it just me, or does the goddess of love seem a little....armed tonight?" Harlow gestured toward Venus. She didn't seem like she'd be very helpful toward the investigation, but it still seemed odd to him. "Ah, you, miss, what can you tell us about the night in question? The...deceased?" he asked a passing green Pae. He kept his tone respectful, but there was a....morbidly curious look glittering in his red eye.

The goddess of love more or less glided up to the group. More or less meaning a half stomp half stumble of someone who had been very much trashing the room she had sequestered herself into. Hair and dress a mess, Venus could barely resist another tantrum. Her cheeks were red and her fists were balled. A small pink smudge stuck to the corner of her mouth. Anyone looking at her could tell she was fuming.
"Oh, Doni. You moron," she grumped. "All those rippling pecs and lickable abs and you get stabbed in the back. What happened to your sense of hearing? Peripheral vision? I mean, ... the hell, dude?" The goddess made sure other pae were watching. Her grief needed an audience.
Venus then looked into her mirror to check the body. "Holy ********, did the whole Isle get you? So many things... oh?" She paused as she noticed the notched dove feather. But that couldn't be, she thought to herself. Her favorite used those.
Before she could further examine the arrow or the injuries on the body, she felt the hot anger of Ares behind her. Of course, he was there. Horning in on her moment. On her chance to really rub in how sad she was! How dare he make this about him? She turned to face her husband.
"You ... betrayed me."
Venus glared. She extended her right hand... extended her second finger... stomped back over to her room of seclusion... turned... extended her other hand... extended also that birdy finger... twirled around... and slammed the door.
The sounds of things being thrown and tantrums being pitched resumed.
Aliza answered the glowy blue lady's question at first with a nod, but cleared her throat a little bit before telling her, "They're everywhere. The little pests shoot at everything. They're usually harmless, so I don't understand." Turning her attention briefly to the old man, Aliza answered, "They really are all around here, especially when Venus or any of us from the House of Venus is present. Just ask for one. In fact, I think there's one aiming at you right now." The little goddess squeezed her lips together and tried to not smile or snicker. It was at least something that broke up the melancholy atmosphere.
Ask and thou shall receive. A chubby lil cherub bobbed and swayed behind Tassos, with his head tipped to the right, his left eye closed tight and his tongue sticking out to the left. A hiccup interrupted his concentration and off the little pink arrow went, straight for Tassos.
Aliza held her mirror up, pointed towards entry way, and concentrated on replaying the scene for the mortals. "Do any of you know who that is?"
"Shansa, Seneca! You were there weren't you? Did you see this ... pae - thing?" she thought it might be hard for them to see their dad die all over again, so she tried to only show the dark, fluid pae-shaped figure after Adonis' body was removed.
And before she could have another thought, the young goddessess' grandmother entered the temple's ballroom like a hurricane. Subtlety was not a word in Venus' vocabulary. Aliza winced and then side-eyed the other three Younger Graces. "We should go."
Aliza fluttered her wings and nervously followed after Venus. The Goddess of Love would need her attendants after that spectacle. She offered a little 'hmph' towards Ares as she passed by, but then flew quickly away as she was intimidated by him, even if he was her grandfather. God of War was serious business.

Seneca & Tassos ((The cherub arrows are usually harmless and most pae don't know they're even hit. It feels like a little itch. However, awareness changes that, because it's a mental thing where if they see it happen, it might sting a little. Your choice to address this or not.))

BUT, after following, you can have Venus cast them off again, because she's pigging out on cake in her dressing room and doesn't want anyone to know.
