The pain was too much to bare and how much pressure was put into the leg was too much to handle, Unable to reach the ropes, Triple H had no choice but to tap out to avoid anymore punishment in this match!

Joey wrenches the move a bit more to make a point before shoving HHH off. He doesn't believe it at first and neither does the crowd or the announcer. Joey grabs a mic and goes to the center of the ring
"AND THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH BY SUBMISSION....JOEY...GAR...CCCCCIA!" he says throwing the mic down and celebrating as the crowd pelts him with boos.

Triple H was down and out, as he was catered to by officials, checking on his leg, that may of been injured.
