I found out that one of my friends is making aliyah at the end of June.. She's going to Jerusalem and then maybe somewhere else, she isn't sure yet.

Shoujo Kakumei J-chan I found out that one of my friends is making aliyah at the end of June.. She's going to Jerusalem and then maybe somewhere else, she isn't sure yet. um, no offense, but i think you're a little confused. sweatdrop making aliyah (literally, ascendance) refers to moving there, for life.

I think she meant somewhere else in israel.

No offense, but I think airfare from where I live is a lot more then that. Also, with my family of 5, it starts adding up with hotels, etc. sad

Also, with my family of 5, it starts adding up with hotels, etc. sad ok, add $200, and there are always hostels and friends/family (i hope)

She's moving to somewhere else in Israel, possibly.. She knows she wants to to grad school there, just not which one. xd Apparently if you make aliyah before you're 27, you can go to grad school in Israel for free. And she's wanted to move there since she was a kid anyway, so she's just going to do it now. 3nodding

Proudly_Jewish I want to go to Israel... I've gotten a part-time job to save up for a trip sweatdrop I think thats a great idea! is a really good thing to do. for me is not too hard i live in Isreal.

I dont wanna make a new topic so...Im just gonna post this in here Im having a debate with people in this thread about Israel and the Holocaust and why Israel was created. I need help in defending Israels right to exist that isnt religious since unless your religious that opinion doesnt hold water sweatdrop
