ᴡᴏɴ'ᴛ ᴇxᴘʟᴀɪɴ ᴏʀ sᴀʏ ɪ'ᴍ sᴏʀʀʏ Micheal felt her small hands in his, and heard what she had to say. He raised an eyebrow, hearing the thing about Gerard, which no one outside the band or close friends knew. He soon felt the soft lips kiss his forehead and looked to her "I know, this may sound odd, but how did you know about Gerard and his fight with alcoholism? Its just- just that no one really knew about." Micheal asked, trying to find an answer in the woman's eyes, but couldn't find any. Now something seemed strange about it, with some other slip ups the other day as well. She sounded exactly like Haley, well as if she was speaking, and knew what Micheal liked, and didn't.

She wasn't going to lie and say Gerard told her because he was sober last night and has been for years. Mikey would dare say something like that even if he was drunk. "How's your headache?" she asked trying to divert the topic.Hopefully it would work until she had a believable excuse. Which unfortunately might take awhile. Hopefully she could think of something before he asked again. If she went out to get food for both of them she would have even longer.

He was really curious and suspicious on how she knew about Gerard's fight that happened so many years back. "You didn't answer my question. We can discuss it over some food. He offered before rubbing his left eye which became itchy, for some reason.

She really wanted to tell him but then she would probably look like a crazy person or a stalker. So all her emotions were very conflicting at the moment. Only if this was Gerard or Frank they would probably be easier to convince. "Do you want me to go get something and bring it back?" she asked him. She was honestly just trying to buy herself as much time as she needed.

The blonde male ran a hand through the hair before shrugging at her Sure. I mean, I'm down for anything. I would go with you, but I can't get myself to do it." He said before looking away from her, to the other side of the living room, and over there on a table sat a picture of Haley and Micheal, from high school, and some others around from childhood. She needed to go to her apartment and get her wallet then go get food. She would probably go to the cafe that had the beer batter pancakes. There really wasn't alcohol in them because the pancakes were cooked and therefore the alcohol wasn't in it anymore just had the flavor.
She stood in front of his door with the breakfast in to go boxes. She really didn't want to go through with this. But Mikey knew she lived in the same apartment complex and had her phone number. So there was no way out of this. Knocking on his apartment door, she had no idea if he had locked his door since she left or was just laying on the couch still, it would get him up.

It was scary, yet made Micheal curious on finding out why. Maybe Haley slipped up, which she did from time to time. It must've been about ten or twenty minutes until he heard a knocking on his door "It's unlocked." He shouted from the other side of the door, assuming it was Alyss. Getting up, he walked to the kitchen and put a pot of coffee on, since that would be the only thing he drank this time of day.

Hearing him say it was unlocked she opened the door and stepped in before closing the door behind her. "I went to the little cafe down the street and brought pancakes. There is the beer batter ones and regular pancakes." she said walking into the kitchen. Taking the to-go boxes out of the bag she put them down on the table. "Can you please make me a cup also?" she asked hoping he would agree to share coffee with her.

He liked his sweet, without the bitter taste of coffee. Mixing the things together, heard her and nodded "Sure. How do you want it?" He asked, as he reached into the cupboard, pulling out another cup and pouring coffee into it.

Taking the to-go boxes out of the bag she opened both of them and removed the plastic silverware sets from the bag. Placing them next to the to-go boxes she looked over to where Mikey was preparing the coffee and smiled softly to herself. She had no idea how long this would last so she was going to take as much advantage of this as she could at the moment. If she messed this up it was over.

He went to the fridge and put the cream back, then opened the freezer to grab the ice for his and maybe her's. "Oh, um, either one.'" He forget about she asked which pancakes he wanted. Oops. Micheal would wait till they were done most likely to drill her with questions, as it was seemingly odd that Alyss seemed more or less like Haley, let alone, Haley ever telling Micheal about her. Usually Haley did.

Sitting down in the spot across from Mikey she was prepared for an awkward breakfast. "Thank you for the coffee." she said when he brought them over. Unwrapping her plastic silverware set she glanced up to him. She had no idea when the questions would come but wanted to get them over with sooner rather than later. She wasn't going to ask him and start the questioning now so it was all up to him. Hopefully he forgot and wouldn't ask anything.

Walking back she grabbed her coffee before heading to the couch. There were going to be questions and she had no idea how she would even begin to answer them. "Have you talked with your brother yet this morning?" she asked. She was trying so hard to push this back even a few minutes to buy herself more time. She needed all the time in the world before this. She really shouldn't have let anything slip.

He said before looking to her, confused on why she switched topics so quickly "But may you answer my question. I won't be mad. I can't be." He said, his tone getting harsh, then softening remembering how Haley was gone. Maybe it was a good thing she knew things about him now Haley was gone. She would know what to do in certain situations and everything. "Sorry, it's just with everything going on, it's making me act not myself." He said, well more like mumbled, taking another bite of his pancakes.
