Amphitrite was aware of Umber's arrival, catching sight of him out of the corner of her eye. Although she didn't acknowledge him, she was glad to see him there. Maybe it was cocky, but seriously, these idiots should just give up and go home. With Umber and Cinnabar around, Laurelite somewhere in the shadows, come on. They were going to lose, again, badly. But they weren't; this idiot must be worth more than she'd been, then, she thought to herself bitterly.
She should have been prepared for the sweeping blow from Ganymede, but she'd gotten careless - she'd be the first person to admit it, captivated by the sight of Cinnabar summoning the youma and demonstrating just how horrifyingly powerful she could be. It was an amazing sight. But it was no excuse for her carelessness. The move sent her crashing down to the ground, landing hard on her side and badly skinning a knee on the stone.
However, no attack followed. It should have; if she hadn't been so careless in that moment, she would have gladly followed up on attacking the eternal senshi. By now, it was a given that these two didn't want to fight her more than they had to. She allowed herself to stay on the ground for a moment longer than she had to, allowing the chaos to flow in with the influx of the hound youma and more besides.
When the moment seemed right, she sat up swiftly with the speed her training had honed. Sparing Cinnabar a brief glance, the corrupt didn't utter so much as a sound when she struck, making an attempt to strike at the back of the knight's knee. He seemed to be the softer of the two, more willing to plead with her - perfect.

Flinching as the knife caught her underside of her wrist and managed to break the skin, Namaka thought that instead of sticking around after throwing that punch, she really should have run. She still could, but given those wild eyes glaring back at her, she had a feeling the boy would follow.
Still, it had felt so good to hit him. And for the first time, she understood why Chariklo always felt a need to ramble and taunt while she fought.
"That," she spat out, doing her best to dodge his strikes (with minimal success), "was one of the spankin's your momma forgot to give you growing up, ya sick little freak."
This wasn't going to end up well for her if she couldn't find a weapon of her own. Except... except in a way, she had weapons already. Tiny, ineffectual weapons. Ducking and spinning to put a tree between them for a second, she tore one of the tiny teeth from the bodice of her fuku. It wouldn't do much, but if thrown right, well, it might make him a bit more cautious.
"Yeah, well, naive wasn't a luxury that could be afforded in my family, haole," she muttered. Then yelped as one of those blasted knives caught her upper arm and tore the skin. Reacting, she threw the tiny shark tooth as hard as she could in his direction.

With a smile that didn't quite reach his eyes, Haumea sized the girl up and rather than trying to block her path, simply kept pace with her. Let her see him as curious and misguided and above all friendly. At least for now.
"Far be it for me to get in a lovely lady's way," he said sweetly. "Though I hope you won't take it amiss if I, too, want to help my friends?"
Just a little more, he thought. He wanted a lull in the action, just enough to make sure that she was the sole target for his magic. And... yes! Smile widening, he made sure to keep as close as possible to the senshi before whispering, "Plumeria Sweet Breeze!"
He could feel the magic wrapping around him, wreathing him in an irresistibly sweet scent.
"Time to take a walk, gorgeous," he murmured as he set off into the trees, hoping he'd been close enough for his magic to take.

Plumeria Sweet Breeze = Able to perform once in battle and the effects last for approximately 90 seconds. When invoked, Haumea is wreathed in a ghostly haze of plumeria scent and can draw one person (perhaps 2 if only civilians) towards him. The haze in and of itself is harmless, however those under its spell cannot help themselves in the need to move closer to the source of the scent. As such, this attack is fairly useless unless a lure is needed.

Laurelite...
A part of Ganymede had expected as much. Laurelite was the only General-Queen she'd ever seen on the field—the only one she'd seen period, come to think of it. Apatite had remained in the shadows during their captivity, pulling the strings and setting things in motion but leaving the interrogations and torture to her underlings.
If she were honest, Ganymede would have to admit she wanted Apatite dead more than Laurelite, but Laurelite would suffice for now.
Of course, facing her (whenever she decided to show herself) meant Ganymede had to get through the battle at hand, and she wasn't sure that was even possible, what with how outnumbered she and Valhalla now found themselves. Two Generals, one corrupt Senshi, a nearby Captain, and now a flood of youma. Ganymede wasn't sure where to turn her attention, and her defense suffered for it.
Claws caught her on the shoulder, ripping through the draping collar of her bodice and scratching at the skin beneath enough to bleed. Ganymede winced and struck back with another swipe of her leg, trying to throw Cinnabar off balance. The plant youma she ignored until it got too close, at which point she kicked it away harshly. Her top0hat fell off in the fray; her hair came lose. She was already severely weakened from the energy draining.
Ganymede wasn't sure how much more she could handle.
“A LITTLE HELP OVER HERE!” she tried a second time, in case she'd gone unheard the first time.

Athene and Liryn are now in D4 with Gany, Val, Amphi, Cinnabar and a whole bunch of youma (plus anyone else that I missed). Feel free to engage.
Athene heard the call for help as he crossed over paved stone, following after Liryn who in typical fashion had streaked ahead...
And he caught the shift as the youma auras suddenly multiplied - the already many becoming even more.
He reached the source of where the voice came from, in time to catch a corrupted senshi moving to attack a Knight - a Jupiter Knight - Valhalla.
A shift in glance caught Ganymede being attacked by youma, the blonde bare-headed, her familiar top hat missing.
He clenched his right hand into a fist as he raised his left hand, the youma not yet moving to attack him.
A window, but not for long - one of the youma even now turning.
"Blue beads of Nazar – intenstated!" He called on his magic as the youma ran towards him and tried to direct the ball of beads that formed towards the youma attacking Ganymede, all the while hoping that this would be one of the times that his attack actually worked...
And then he was out of time as the youma sprang at him, doing his best to try and avoid the claws that came raking towards him.

The call had come from the right, had come in conjunction as the number of youma auras close by seemed to veritably explode.
Liryn tried to push his paws to go faster over the paving, hearing Athene's footsteps as the eternal followed after.

His paws would only go so fast however and he was at full out trot already.

And then he was at the source where the voice had come from.
There were so many chaos auras, so so many chaos auras, hearing Athene calling on his magic as he tried to dash across the paving.
His target was a green-haired senshi moving to attack a Knight, the chaos of her aura not as strong as some of the other auras.
He had his claws out as he sprang towards her with an angry hiss, his intention to try and scratch her. He wasn't sure if he would make it in time, but if he was successful then she wouldn't be the first corrupted senshi to have a taste of his claws.

There was nothing happening around him and he was getting bored. No silly little knights or senshi had passed his way. It seemed they were all congregating around the fountain still, where he had been watching things from afar but he was getting bored. He also couldn't see what was going on very well either. "Might as well see if anyone needs my help." He was part of Intelligence, so fighting on the front lines wasn't really his thing, but he could still do it.
Moving near, Scolecite noticed all the Youma that began to appear. He tensed some, he found the creatures interesting and they freaked him out some because he didn't understand how they worked. His eyes moved to look at the other Negaverse operatives, watching everyone as they fought. His hands were in the pocket of his jacket, fingering his weapons. He was taking notes in his head, watching the senshi as they fought, making notes of everything they did. At least things were getting interesting.
(No idea who is all around him, but if anyone wants to mess with him go ahead)

"There you are Osiris, I was hoping you would join me." Etamin said to his friend. There was a call for help. "Osiris! We've got to help them." Someone was running up to them, Etamin didn't know them, but apparently they were order. "Negaverse auras ahead! Be careful!" The stranger yelled. Etamin nodded, "Ok, lets go!" He ran to D2.
Methone narrowed her eyes at him, warily attempting to go around him with no conflict. "What-" She barely heard the words from his mouth before she inhaled some sort of scent.
She needed to be closer. It was a sweet heavy smell. But it kept moving, and she reached her hands out to grab it.
He went to the trees, so she followed.
"What....." She spoke quietly, "Is this?"

Falias has reached grid D2 and is tangling with a youma. Feel free to engage.
Falias heard the kid senshi calling out to the older one about going from behind him as he continued forward, the path beneath his feet turning to paving as he passed between a couple of trees.
It was decorative and continued round, curving left and right, more trees acting as a sort of edging to the paving and what looked to be a fountain up ahead.
He could see people by it, could sense auras from up ahead - Order and Chaos both - although that wasn't really saying much given that there were a fair few auras around on both sides and not all of them were coming from up ahead.
The sudden appearance of youma was an unwelcome surprise and Falias headed back towards one of the trees that he had stepped between just a few moments prior as one turned to look malevolently at him, hand reaching up to snap one of the lower branches as the youma started to prowl in his direction.
Valhalla is in grid D4 with a bunch of people and youma. Using his magic on Cinnabar!
Ganymede was right, they needed help. They were quickly becoming outnumbered and he knew Ganymede was already weakened from using her attack and from the energy drain. Valhalla lifted his compass to try and thwart the female General’s attack, but let out a shout in surprise when he was hit in the back of his knee, and was unable to stop her from ripping Ganymede away from him. He fell forward, ducking his head as he prepared for another hit, but it didn’t come. Not yet at least.
Instead, there was a flurry of fur attacking Amphitrite, and a familiar voice not too far away allowed him to let out a sigh of relief. He did not know Athene as well as he would like to, but he had known him for a long time. Since they’d both first started out, even. He would have to seriously thank him later. Knowing they weren’t alone gave him the confidence he needed to keep fighting.
“Get away from her!” he yelled at the General, still on his knees but holding his compass carefully out in front of him. Now that Amphitrite had a guardian cat to deal with, he was able to focus his magic to try and keep the female General away from Ganymede. He had full confidence that Ganymede could handle herself, but she did just have her energy taken, and this General was still standing even after Ganymede's attack, and an attack from Valkyrie.

“Sorry about that,” he said with a twisted grin, “My mom’s dead. Didn’t get the chance to spank me.” He jumped back and away from the tree as she threw the shark tooth at him, using his arm to shield his face from being hit. It stung but it was too small to do much damage.
“Cute,” he scoffed. “What are you supposed to be? A piranha?”
He tightened his grip on his knives, wishing they were more lethal than plastic. She was barely getting any scratches on her, and it wasn’t because he wasn’t trying.
“Lucky for you, you have a family. Senshi killed mine in front of me,” he growled lowly, but he wasn’t frowning. He had a murderous look in his eyes and no amount of trees was going to stop him from trying to kill her.

Hahaha!! I love it. Being called whitey would be a first for him since most people comment on his dark skin (he’s half Romani). Not that he understands her, of course! XD
The creature that leapt at Athene was a lion - except, perhaps worse than a regular lion, it was one with great feathered wings, large enough to carry it in flight at least briefly. And that was what it did, flapping its wings clumsily and lifting off the ground, forepaws clawing at the Eternal.

The creature that went for Falias was, in basic essence, a large lizard - but it was as if someone had crossed it with a porcupine, because it had spikes all down its back. It had little regard for foliage, and instead of leaping or running, it coiled into a ball and rolled, crashing through the brush at the Squire.

Etamin saw the Squire from a minute ago in danger from be crushed and speared by the spiky lizard ball thingy. He had to do something. He didn't know if it would work, but he would try his Scout attack, he drew the words in Heiroglyphics in the air, speaking it as he went. Hopefully, the curse would work and cast darkness only on the youma. Noir Songbird

The Captain seemed to be eyeing him to strike, and he didn't want him getting in and going after Ploutonion again. He held his scale, ready to swing, and attempted to give the Captain some cautionary words. "I'm not letting you get to him. Come any closer and you're getting another taste of my magic." Cor Caroli was going to have to deal with the youma on his own for a bit, or maybe the other Knight could help. Hyperborea seemed to still be wrangling her youma, but if she dusted it, perhaps she could help as well.

Haumea remains in E3 with Methone~
Smirking a bit, Haumea could only shake his head at how easily she'd tagged along. There was definitely something to be said for lure magic in the midst of a battlefield. But he couldn't keep luring her, so now that he had her, he would have to do something about her. Ignoring her murmuring, he considered his options. He could always try to beat her up, but he didn't know if that would affect his initial magic. And then there was the fact that he didn't know what she, herself, was capable of.
Of course... there was always more magic. It looked like he finally had a decent opportunity to learn the effects of the new magic that had been unlocked when he'd ranked up.
Well, pretty girl," he murmured as he stopped and turned to face her, eyes narrowed in speculation, "looks like you're going to be a guinea pig for a moment. Plumeria Sweet Tang."
"Fascinating. Really," Namaka said drily as she tried to dodge another blow and failed again. "Tell me, lolo haole, d'you always punish the whole for the actions of a few? Real ******** sign of sanity and maturity there."
If she didn't do something, he was going to end up killing her by inches. And judging by the creepy gleam in his eyes, he would happily do just that. Though it was a pity that her magic didn't involve pirhanas. A whirlwind of the toothy little monsters would be so helpful right about now. Instead, she had short-acting magic shark skin. ******** was not the answer here.
Weaving through the trees, her eyes searched frantically for something that could help her. After a moment, they lit on a large-ish pinecone. Well, it wasn't super sturdy, but it would have to do. Scooping it up, she held it tightly in one hand and continued her game of trying to avoid the slashing knives. She had to time this properly. Taking a deep breath, she went still and watched the boy's hands carefully.
There. Moving quickly as he came in for another attack, she swung out with the hand clutching the pinecone and aimed for his wrist. All she needed was a solid hit. Just enough to knock the feeling out of one of his hands. Just give me that much, she sent up as a silent prayer.

Plumeria Sweet Tang = Once again, Haumea is wreathed in Plumeria scent, however, this time he is able to perform twice per battle with each instance lasting about 30 seconds. Now, instead of just the lure, Haumea is also able to produce a very small group of plumeria petals which are poisonous. If a petal lands upon the skin, it has a caustic effect and will cause skin irritation (ie. rashes, tiny blisters, etc.). If a petal should somehow be ingested, however (very unlikely), the one who ingested the petal will start vomiting and feeling dizzy.
The headiness of what he could only assume was andrenline rushed through his viens as the knight charged at him, sneering, he shifted his stance in preparation to either defend himself, or counter if the opportunity arose - but the other male danced away at the last second causing the Captain to curse loudly.
"Don't be a prissy little wimp, fight me like a man!"
He should have been paying more attention.
He was caught completely unawares when Oberon plowed into him with his drop kick, grunting as he fell backwards, chin going against his neck, as his arm that was behind his back moved to slap the ground and help soften his fall.
It helped - a little - but he still had another person worth of weight on top of him and he moved his other arm up to try and grab the male by the leg.
