For a few moments his office was empty, his office, that would take some getting used to. As the samurai entered the room and took a knee Kein rose to his feet with a smile bowing at the waist before returning to his seat,"Rise, Sougo. You are one of my Jounin and a samurai like myself as such you are worthy of respect." Pulling open one of the drawers he thumbed though the files before he reached the one he desired. Pulling it free he set it onto the desk with a small thump,"This is your file. Seems youve had an interesting life though I trust that is behind you. I have a proposition for you if you should choose to accept it, your skill will truly be put to the test. Decline it and you will remain as you are and grow dull from pacifism, the choice is yours and you are free to choose as you desire." Facing his goddaughter he motioned for her to approach,"Report, Mitsuko." Grabbing his cigar between his thumb and his pointer finger he took another drag from it before exhaling the smoke up and away from the others.

Mitsuko bowed first to her Kage, then to the Jounin in the room, then straightened and showed Kien the stack of paperwork in her hands, "I thoroughly inspected the hospital, as you ordered. The equipment is all up to date and in excellent repair, we have all the needed supplies in abundance, even blood held for transfusions. The building is old, but it is in excellent repair as well, the foundation is sturdy, and the walls are free of anything that could cause issues. I did several circuits of the building and rooms to be sure of my findings, I hold the counts for the actual supplies and equipment in my hands." She placed the paperwork within his immediate reach on the desk and took a single step back, "What else can I do for you, Uncle?"

A samurai? That was the first thing that crossed his mind as the hokage spoke. Another person from his home, someone who could possibly have a connection to his family, someone else who has ties to the land of iron. Standing up Sougo's normally stoic face would have a smile plastered on it as Kein spoke of a proposition. The times were changing and he could feel it, maybe it was time for the black demon to rise again. "Lord hokage, i feel that with the changes that now befall us i can feel the need for me to cast my bonds. I will accept it" is all he would say as he could feel the old man smile from within his nodachi.
As Mitsuko gave her report he held out his hand with a smile taking the file and setting it onto his desk. Once she was finished he smiled,"Excellent, thank you for taking care of this quickly. Later on in the day I have a meeting with the Fire Daimyo, apparently he wants to discuss something urgent. Your welcome to sit in if you like." Turning his chair a bit he faced Sougo with a grin,"Thats the answer I wanted to hear. Your team will be transferred to a new commander, for now." He snapped his fingers quickly causing a team of five anbu, one with a oni mask, to appear in the room and with a smile he began,"Sougo you are to accompany these fine individuals for the foreseeable future. I assume you are aware of what this means?"

He had no quarrels with losing his team for he knew that they would be in good hands but knew he was going to miss them for their individual attributes. Kein snapping his fingers signaled Sougo to what the next course of action would be, a new team for him to work with but what came next surprised him. As the five appeared in the room Sougo would look at every one of them extensively, each bore an oni mask and each carried an air of silence around them. Looking at the hokage he would speak with indifference "I am to lead the anbu if i am not mistaken." as he walked up to the five "I would be honored to lead you"

Mitsuko watched as the Jounin, Sougo if her memory served her correctly, was promoted to ANBU without the words actually being spoken. When Kien told her that she was allowed to sit in on the meeting with the Fire Daimyo, she blinked rapidly a couple times, the only outward sign of her surprise. She smiled slightly and bowed to her Godfather, "I would be honored, Uncle." Something told her that things were changing, and she didn't know if it was for the better or worse, but she would follow her Godfather to the ends of the earth, through hell and back, if he asked it of her.
A small smirk spread across his lips as it seemed his actions were misconstrued,"Sougo. A prospective commander must learn how to follow before he can learn how to lead. I need you to learn how my hidden arm operates. Study, train, grow stronger and one day you shall indeed by my blade in the dark." Giving a smile to Mitsuko,"Its going to be interesting thats for sure." Rising to his feet he smiled,"Lets head home Mitsuko, need to find you something nice to wear." Taking all the files that were on his desk in his arm he waved to the anbu,"Make sure hes geared out within the day." Heading out of the office he patted Mitsuko on the shoulder for her to follow.

Mitsuko nodded at Kien's words and gave a polite nod to the ANBU in the room before she turned on her heel and followed her Godfather from the office.

He would give a slight nod before leaving with the anbu. He would do his best as from there he left his peace to return to the manslayer he once was and train to become to hokages blade in the dark.
Toria walking into the Hokage's office, looking around she discovered there was no one there. Shrugging, she decided she would go to the Hospital instead, because there was no Hokage here. She turned around and left. [Exit] ___________________________________________________________

Upon arriving Mashiro would notice a new surge of information. His clone had found a place for the armory. Mashiro entered the office to find no Hokage, and an empty room. "Now we wait. I'm sure he won't be gone long." Mashiro put Higure down and leaned against the wall. One of his students was still on the way after all.
Suterusu Hokou [ Stealth Walk ] :: Mashiro has grown accustomed to moving silently so normal movements have become quiet making him almost hard to notice when he moves in action.
Perfect Balance Practice :: C-Rank The user has began to practice their own balancing when focusing on strike while only balancing on one leg. Because of all this practice, the user has developed their own personal sense of balance. As a result of this, if the user were to fall from a tree or anything else, they would always land on their feet.
Perfect Balance + Practice :: B-Rank The user is capable of now next to perfect balance. They can easily run on high-ropes, even doing somersaults and back-flips on a narrow beam while running alone without having to exert chakra to keep balance. They are also capable of running at least five feet up a wall before they need to exert chakra.
Insight Rain Rank: B : : Training Description: The user will practice extending themselves into the atmosphere, in a sense. After much dedication, the user develops the ability to sense hostile intent in the immediate area. As to where, however, they cannot be sure.
Two-Handed Finesse: Accustomization Rank: D :: Training Description: The practitioner experiments with the distance needed to properly grip and swing their weapon. Although it seems idiotically fundamental, this is an extremely important step towards becoming a seasoned great-swordsman. Finding proper handling allows the practitioner to swing their weapon with more accuracy and power, while creating as little opening as possible in their own defenses.
Rank: C :: Training Description: The practitioner should now have an understanding of some of the basic footwork of Fuu no Odachi, and is beginning to comprehend the necessity of strong steps in addition to strong attacks. However, these steps must be used in more ways than simple offenses. One cannot survive if all they can do is hope to keep their opponent at bay. This training is meant as a means for the practitioner to develop their own method of side-stepping and other such evasive maneuvers, while still swinging around their weapons.
Two-Handed Finesse: Dominance Rank: B :: Training Description: The practitioner has, at this point, become so involved with his/her training that they have not even realized how big a difference has developed since the first time they picked up their weapon. With a little bit of adaption, they will now be able to wield their weapon with one hand, and be capable of performing almost every technique within this style thusly. ( Unless the technique specifies the need for both hands. )
Two-Handed Finesse: Expertise Rank: A :: Training Description: The practitioner will continue their efforts in one-handing weapons that are traditionally usable only with both hands. By again performing the techniques of Fuu no Odachi while using one hand, he/she should now realize that the power driven out as such is comparable to that of their previous two-handed state. From this point onward, the act of using both hands with their weapon is no longer a necessity, but a way to greatly increase the strength of their abilities. ( Unless the technique specifies the need for both hands. )

Kaneko came running in to catch up with her sensei after having detoured through a couple food stalls and holding some borrowed onigiri an done bread roll that was stuffed in her mouth. She took it out and smirked lightly at her sensei who seemed to be waiting for the hokage."Did I miss the hokage...? I got a little hungry so...you want one?"She held out an onigiri to her sensei, hoping to ease any rude comments that would come out of his mouth.
The slight rustle of cloth upon cloth filled the air as the three made their way up the stairs towards his office. Upon reaching his office he smiled to the two shinobi standing outside of it. Releasing the girls arms he placed his hand on the door while the faintest hint of orange touched the air. After a second he opened the door and motioned for everyone to come inside. Once they all had he took his seat behind his desk making sure not to sit on his hokage robes, while the attendants wheeled in the monitors he would be using to communicate with the Daimyo. "Mitsuko on my right please, Miki my left." Facing the other two he smiled,"Thank you for comming hopefully you did not have to wait to long or have to put off anything terribly important. Ill admit I called you here for frankly nothing more than a social visit. I would like to get to know the men and women Ill be fighting alongside." Despite having grown up in the village his long stint as an anbu left little time to make friends or grow close to terribly many shinobi.

It was a rather quick trip from home to the office. This place in away was like a hang out spot when her father was working so she would visit a lot and the staff knew who she was whenever she dropped by. After the release of her arms Miki followed close behind waving to the shinobi that had been waiting outside the office doors. Now being inside the room she watched as monitors moved along in. Doing as she was told Miki walked to the left and stopped in place.

Mitsuko was silent as she followed Kien and Miki into the office. She looked startled for a brief moment before she got herself under control, she was surprised that her Godfather had asked her to sit on his right. She knew his way of thinking, knew that he had a very militarized mind, which is where she got her own thought process from. To sit on his right meant she was his sword, his muscle. And Miki was his shield. She carefully sat in the chair she was beckoned to, paying special attention to not ruin her dress, since she rarely got dressed up and Kien wouldn't like it if she ruined the dress. She paid close attention to the monitor that was where they would see the Daimyo. Mitsuko was silent, it was just her personality, she only really spoke if she had something to say.
