"Whole grains are gross." He grimaced, "Like brown bread. Disgusting. N' fruits are good. I like'em." "What about like.. fried chicken? I dunno about fish. I had sushi once n' that was okay."

Chance rolled his eyes, but he was wearing a grin as he said, "Yes, kind of like brown bread, but there are ways of hiding the taste so it still tastes good without tasting like grains."
He leaned back against the counter, crossing one ankle over the other. "Fried chicken is good, but the fried part makes it less good for you," said Chance dryly. "Although, to be fair, fish is still pretty good for you, regardless of what you do with it. You could do fried fish or fish sticks. Sushi is excellent, I miss having that."

"I'll stick with eggs for now." All this talk of healthy food was totally bringing him down. Honestly, he really didn't have to promise Cami anything. This was a total bore. Pudding, on the other hand. "I'm gunna bring this upstairs to my fridge to set right. Cold pudding is best. Besdies, I wanna get on some dry clothes."

He felt he might have overstepped, Chance reigning in the rest of his options.
"Do, ah," he started to say and then stopped, because do you want help seemed like the wrong question to ask in this sort of scenario. "Do you still want some company?" seemed much more applicable, which is what he settled for, Chance's fingers curling around the edge of the counter.
He offered Otto a smile. "If not, that's cool, I know you said you didn't really want to do a lot of stuff in your room right now."

Otto shook his head. "Nah, I'm social'd out for the day." He gave a nod in place of waving, his arms full with he bowl. "Thanks. I'll see yeah later, aight?"

He gave a little nod.
"Enjoy the pudding," said Chance lightly. "And lemme know if you need anything else."
