Voscil wasn't exactly doing much that day save running around playing her share of games and manning her booth as needed. Looking up from the silly doodles she'd been hurriedly making the kid's eyes went wide with dismay. "Reemus..?" She looked alarmed, even she couldn't miss the puffy expression, and the little sniff he made. Her head swivled, staring at him as she blinked a few times. Vos was use to him being mostly chipper, and quickly made her way to him with a frown on her face as she placed her arms around his shoulders giving the sad puppy boy a squeeze. After a moment, she turned to face him, hugging the other. "Don't worry about it, it's no biggie." The little yellowblood responded quickly, waving her hand dismissively about his apology. Stepping back a little to inspect him she tilted her head. "So..what's up buddy?" She quickly tried reassuring him in order to comfort the other, baffled as to what was wrong.

Reemus hugged right back and seemed almost hardpressed to let go. When he had to, though, he did, and wiped at his face after she asked what was up. "I lost at all the booths t'night n' I screwed up n' someone pushed me at the rink n'..." he blubbered. "I'm supposed to have fun n' tonight ISN'T s-so I dunno. M-m-maybe I c'n do okay with the Fido game?" he wibbled, whimpering. Gillian was next to him and licked at his free hand, not happy that he was distressed, but he had been so morose that cuddles did nothing, nor her efforts to play with him.
The muttardblood avoided eye contact as he half-heartedly hoped for the best about his luck with the card game, and since his gaze was roaming around, he noticed Vos's doodles. "Ah!" He let out a whiny yelp. "W-what's THIS?"

Seeing as he was reluctantly to let go, it brought a small smile to her face as she listened to him. "Aww! Hey..hey there it'll be alright. I mean we can't all win all the time. Ugh. I got barreled over too it defiantly didn't feel good, trolls play for serious in that rink even if it's fun." She had a pair of band aids on her exposed knees to prove it, having skinned them up a good number which she pointed out for him to see. They still stung too, but she'd been trying to ignore them. "We'll play some Fidu and go grab cotton candy or whatever sounds good! My treat okay?" Vos offered after a moment of consideration. Voscil pursed her lips, and after a split second of consideration the kid offered her hand to him even if his mum had licked that very same one and gave his palm a gentle squeeze. She held onto it without the intent of letting go until he was ready, lacing her fingers with his. When he pointed out the little doodles she'd been working on the kid looked sheepish. "I was gunna try and draw some of my friends and wasn't doing so good..and for some of the players at the booth ya know?" She huffed, eyeing the violent scribbles she'd been working at shaking her head.

" Electric types? Those are cool! I really think I like the ground and grass types, sorta like the first card type I got. He's pretty cool. Speaking of which," he said as he smirked. " How about we try that battle now?" Drawing out his cards, he selected exactly the starter he mentioned earlier. It only seemed right to start things off with the card that begin it all. " Let me know if I do it wrong. Otherwise, go Bulbatross!" Eyes gleaming, he readied himself for her counter move.

 Voscil looked pretty busy today, so Aerona just stopped by to play some quick card games. She hadn't actually done the straight up collecting thing yet! It wasn't as exciting as winning or playing with other people. Oh well. She won two cards, at least. Pool: 12

While she tended to Reemus, the kid still had it in her to grab her dice and attend to her booth management duties. She nodded to the kid when he spoke up, musing thoughtfully. "Those are pretty cool, although I honestly love lots of types to be fair." Rattling her dice and flinging them on the table, she slid out one of her favorites. "Go Currentlonimbus get that Bulbatross!" She hollered in response, nodding at her competitor. It was a little hard with a trolls hand being held, but she didn't shuffle off her comforting duties. OrionDeltaOmega I'm eating dinner, if you want roll 2d8 to finish if you are on limited time, or quote me for the next I'm fine with w.e! Once her first round of dice where prepped and sent forth, she made sure Aerona got her cards and a proper scowl. She'd have to challenge her soon when she wasn't tending to a few trolls at once.

Laughing, Pragma nodded defeat to the older troll. She beat him fair and square, and very quickly he might add. "Well that was a good run! Glad I got to try it out, though if every game were to be like that, I wouldn't get any new cards any time soon; that's for sure!" Smiling, he decided to revisit the battling grounds another night and reverted back to rolling for additional cards.
Total collection: 14 + 1 + 2 = 17

After an exhausting few days at Bloodfest, Chiara might have slept the entirety of one day away. It was a drawback she had to endure for staying up nights in a row in her obsession with this Fiduspawn game. She had prepared. It was time. She stepped up to the booth and demanded a battle! leon_a_darkangel I challenge you to a Fiduspawn Battle! (RPing it out smile )

He smiled a little despite himself because of Vos's affection. She was always so great. Coming here was certainly the best idea he'd had all night. But that happy face soured and went grump at seeing her injuries. "If I was there I woulda shown 'em what for." he grumbled. "Looks like it hurt n' everythin'." Hypocritical since being rough was part of the game, but...she was his FRIEND.
The sour look softened at her awkward and embarrassed attitude about her doodles. "Aww, mate. I think they look ace!"
In the meantime he stood by and watched as she tended to her booth and the kids playing there, too. Wow, Fiduspawn sure was popular! "Maybe you could start a club 'r somethin'," he suggested from the sidelines.

Voscil knew the round wasn't over, and with a little bit of hooting and hollering in cheered support for her game, pleased that all in all the match had gone fairly well. Dice were a fickle creature that was for sure! Even if he didn't exactly win, she still slipped him a few cards for his efforts. "Ah well! Getting some is better than none at least." She replied, with a gentle shrug. Waving to him when he was ready to leave she bid him a good evening. OrionDeltaOmega thanks! it was pretty good *u* hehe

Another challenge? Smirking the kid was happy to take up the chance, and greeted the blueblood with a confident smile. "Hope you came prepared!" Voscil laughed playfully, pushing out her Currentlonimbus for battle. Bloodfest sure was a heck of a lot of fun she had to admit, she really needed to refine some of the games rules but maybe there would be time for that in the future. For now the silly little game was just right for the week long event, or so she figured anyway. Voscil briefly flushed as she kicked at the ground realizing he'd said that with the mind of protecting her. "It was just part of the game..it's a bit rough and tumble afterall, but thank you. I'd have given them a shove for ya if I knew!" She muttered softly, winking to him. "It's okay, I'm sure they'll heal up. You feeling better by the way?" Vos poked her lower lip out for effect, because why not? His fussing over her was nice, so why not enjoy it as it was clearly mutual. Glancing over at Reemus her eyes lit up some in consideration at his words. A club? Her? Gasping in awe, she wiggled around some a few sparks flying from the child as her energy wave lengths sputtered a bit here and there as she jumped up and down. "Do you really think it'd be any good? I mean I'd have to work out some details and clean it up a bit but hm...! Also after this duel you wanna go around with me?" She rubbed her chin looking between her competitor and her yellowblooded companion. The problem with her running a club was her attention span...would she even be able to handle such a responsibility by her self? She wasn't so sure.

"A'-COURSE I think it's a good idea, mate!" Reemus said with a squeeze to her hand. "People love the game n' I bet part of it's cuz a you. It'd be great." A natural fit. "I'm feelin' better, though. Thanks, Vos. N' yeah, once yer done, let's do a battle! Maybe I'll do better this time."
After space cleared and there was a little less activity at the booth, Reemus got his chance to roll. First number was a five. A good roll. Not automatically bad...but Vos got six. Dang. BARELY outdid him. Next roll...eight. Which she then got. A tie! Okay, time for a final shot...
Six to her three. He won a round! "I did somethin' RIGHT!" Reemus cheered. And looked up in time to see Etsali of all trolls. "G'day, Etsali! It's been a while, mate!" What a pleasant surprise. He decided to linger for the match between his friends.

"Hey, looks like I'm just in time to watch another battle." Flashing a smile at her friend and upcoming thief, Etsali approached the booth. She nodded a greeting to Reemus as well, and eyed the blueblood making the challenge with curiosity before leaning over to sneak a peek at her cards. Interesting! Would she be able to take Vos down with a card like that? "I'm gonna try my hand at capturing more things while you do that, if that's alright?"

Voscil looked away from her battle with Etsali to study the other yellowblood. His hand in hers felt reassuring as he squeezed her palm instead of it being her doing. She smiled at him, a bit flustered as realized he was saying she was great. "You're too kind; I will have to come up with something maybe then if you really think so." The yellowblood smiled at him gratefully for his support. "I'm glad you feel better Ree, you're too awesome to be sad forever!" She replied, nodding to him when he agreed to battle. Once her fight with Etsali was over, and the shiny card forked over and with a sigh she turned to her other friend after bidding the older girl farewell. "Ya know, even if you lose it's not like ya did wrong. But yes good job!!" She cheered for him having let go of his hand long enough to clap for him in delight. Proud of him, she leapt at the other troll to give him a big hug. "Alright, I'll close my booth for the night lets go grab some noms!" She smirked, leading him away once the sign ' Closed' had been plunked down by her booth and her extra cards tucked away for safe keepings. Sure, she had a few friends but Reemus was defiantly one of them without a doubt.
