Psykgi pranced fearlessly up to the very purple, very seadwellery booth and scrutinized it. So! This was the queen's booth, eh? She appraised it. Not bad, not bad. No inkblots, alas, and a lot of kitschy stuff lying around, but Psykgi could understand: it must be such a fascinating hassle to be the leader of all trolls, right? She'd love to interview the queen somenight, just to see how she ticked.
Ma'am did not approve of that idea, if she knew her troll had it, and she certainly suspected because, chittering, she turned her trolls attention to the game at hand.
"Ooo, darts!" she said gleefully, taking a few darts in hand and throwing them at the face. "Huh! Who is that!" she wondered to her lusus, "Oh well! I missed them anyway!" she laughed, and gave the... stuffed queen...? a little wave before returning to the crowd...

Lorata wandered back by to throw darts again, still determined to win one of the prizes above the pen. She'd probably definitely do it this time, right? With no one here to distract her or turn against her? That was how it should have been, but of course it didn't happen that way. Stupid lowbloods had probably bent the darts or something.

Poe tripped over his feet coming to the booth in such a rush, but he couldn't help himself! He loved this booth so much. The Queen was truly gracious to provide Poe with a wonderful booth like this. He grabbed his darts and plunged them right into the target! Mostly....

Maihue stepped up to the dart booth completely focused. She picked up the first dart and threw. Very badly. She frowned, knowing that she knew how to throw, but it just wasn't working. Why wasn't it working? Frustrated, Maihue threw her second dart, this time getting a lot better score. She was taken a little aback, that was definitely out of nowhere. She took a deep breath and threw her last one getting an even better score! She smiled slightly. It wasn't the best score, but better than she had been doing in a couple of nights.

Seriously, that yo-yo kept eluding her, dancing just out of reach. No matter how good she tried to be with lining up her shots the little speed demon always came just shy of her intended prize. What was the secret she wondered? Flicking her darts one by one at the silly faced troll, she tilted her head as she counted up her score. Nope, not close enough. Hmm, she'd have to aim just a little better next time.

Trendi passed various booths, eventually setting his sighs on one he had seen before, but for some reason had missed several days in a row. It was a shame really, some of the prizes had called out to him, even if it was confusing as heck of a booth. He still wondered just who that person he was throwing darts at was, but decided it was best not to ask. Besides, the booth was there for trolls to have fun, right? And throwing darts at someone innocent was not very fun in his opinion.
He picked up his three darts, and chunked them at the image. After shunking them widly at the image, his heart sank.
"That.. throwing was not too good, no." He frowned, maybe tomorrow he would be luckier!

 The line between fun and obligation was beginning to blur for Sascha as he made his rounds through the Bloodfest booths. The shooting gallery would be the death of him, and potentially several bystanders, and the dunk tank was probably rigged. He wasn't expecting much from the darts booth either, but he'd made such a habit of hitting up these games, to give up now would free up an uncomfortably sized chunk of his schedule. Sascha numbly picked up a hand-full of darts and chucked them. His aim wasn't good by any means (to the surprise of no one, least of all Sascha). Yet somehow, the odds allowed two of the three darts to stick to the board. Sascha balked, wide-eyed and waiting for the darts to fall off or something, just to spite him. When the darts held fast, Sascha whipped around in place. Someone had to have seen him make that incredibly passable shot! ”H-Hey! HEY! I won! I totally won a thing! I won a prize!!” Sascha grinned with all his teeth. This was definitive, indisputable proof he was getting better! At this rate he'd be a professional marksman in no time!

Chiara had been avoiding the royalty booth a little, she wanted to actually talk to the booth owner, but wanted to with a win on her side! It was tough, this game of darts. Well all she could do was throw them and see.

Kursha caught the patronizing look and his grin only sharpened. He hated to be looked down on, whether in jest or otherwise. He would not give an inch though; not even to Her Imperial Condescension. “Kursha Vidari,” he replied. “And you're Regina Marian obviously—but just so we have it all official. Or should I be using some kinda title?” He tilted his head. His eyes had narrowed a fraction but his smile never left. Truth be told, their interaction had gone a lot differently than he had anticipated. He had expected to be blown off, regarded with cold indifference, or chased away by the drones. After all, no matter how highly he thought of himself, in terms of the hemospectrum he was only a midblood and she was the queen. Despite that, he found he was engaged and holding casual conversation with her. More importantly he found he enjoying their conversation. She had attitude, sure, but she had every right to it. She had the power to back it up if only through her monstrous lusus. “And before you give me the whole spiel—yeah, I know. Moral obligation, responsibility to the people, yadda yadda yadda.” He waved a hand. “I'm just saying, all that boring, tedious crap you mentioned before might not be necessary, so why bother with anything but the bare minimum?” There was a pause. Pursing his lips, he shrugged. “Though hey! I'm just running my mouth. I wouldn't know anything of what it's actually like.”

NEW BOOTH DAY -- As your darts shoot home, a small light resting on the table turns on. You're not sure what that means, but later on as you wander the festival a seadweller in an enormous broad-brimmed hat, large sunglasses, and massive amounts of boa feathers jogs up to you and presses a ticket into your hands. "Hey. Good work on sending those suckers home. At the darts game, I mean." Stepping back, she gives you a nod that sends feathers cascading, turns, and hurries away back into the crowds.

It's not like he was outright forgetting how to aim better anymore. Reemus just seemed to have issues with focusing when he was excited. Sometimes it was hard for him to calm down once he skidded to a halt. But he couldn't help himself! The seadwelling lady from this booth kept tracking him down and giving him compliments! And, yes, by now he recognized her from repetition. The kid didn't know why she wore fake glasses sometimes and wore fancy hats n' boas other times. Maybe she was just whimsical. Seadwellers were known for being not only snooty, but strange. So he just kind of rolled with it.
But that little burst of merriment from being called a GOOD BOY ended up biting him in the butt. Again. Look at those terrible hits on the board. There seemed to be a cycle here.

Okay, today was going to be the day. Today had to be the day! If the darts would just fly straight, and no one would distract her, and no sudden gusts of wind came, she would definitely win a great prize this time. Lorata just knew it! But no, of course, there was always something waiting to sabotage her. Scowling, she disappeared back into the crowd.

Oh, yes, the pro-seadweller booth. Dictys had gotten a shirt about fins here. And a ticket thing. Ey stepped up to the counter, nodded to the drones, and took eir selection of darts. Only the sharpest would do tonight. Ey seized them, took aim, and...only hit the board once.
Oops. But it wasn't that important regardless - Dictys didn't need more cheap purple gear. Even if the little Regina-shaped bobblehead was, well, kind of adorable. It wasn't as lovely as the one ey'd gotten manufactured for emself. Where was its gold jewel-encrusted base?
