An alarm went off in his room, it was time to head to the cafe to work. Having been here a month, Thomas washed ashore and rescued by an Undine women, he was brought to the city to recover and was allowed to live within it. Yet it was odd waking up everyday to work and live in a city, upon an island, filled with pregnant women.

As he went through his routine: shower, getting food, putting on a clean waiter uniform, he left his medium sized apartment to head to work. Thomas worked at a cafe as one of the few doing various jobs. Mainly because most of the other women were too big to bend over properly and do things that prevented them during their pregnancies.

He was still single, sort of shying away from all the approaches he got. Mostly because a lot of them flew over his head. Still Thomas did desire to be a father one day, but kept that a secret. The sound of a bell signaled someone entering the cafe as Thomas walked in. A few of the waitresses smiled at him as he made his way towards the back to clock in. Just another day on an island filled with pregnant girls.

The boss seemed happier when he was around, and told him to wait on the table with the nekomata, since her waitress's water suddenly broke on her return trip to the back and was rushed to the hospital to give birth. With a nod he walked over to the table and bowed giving the eye-patched heavily pregnant cat girl a kind and warm smile. "Hello there Miss! I'll be serving you from now once since your last server's water had just broke. So if there is anything you need now I'll be happy to help." he spoke warmly, respect and kindness in his voice.

Iron Rose or Guardian didn't really matter to him, right now she was his customer so he would do his best to provide the best customer service.

"I was afraid of what your reaction was going to be. If you want we don't have to do anything right away. We can go slow." She began to pull Teri along with her till they stood in front of a door of the couples room that they were going to be sharing. She took the key and opened it up. It was a spacious room with a small living room and an even bigger bedroom. Merlia made her way to the couch and sat down. She needed to put her feet up because they were starting to hurt.

"I would never treat you like a slave. Not like my mother and her Iron Roses." She blushed when Teri asked her if she wanted him to message her feet. "If you don't mind I am not use walking on land. I am also carrying twins so that may have a cause in why they hurt though I am about a month along." She put her feet up on the couch so that if Teri wanted to he could message them.

"Of course." He sat further away from her and placed her legs on his lap. Then Teri begins to massage not only her feet, but her ankles and legs. It was certainly no trouble to him at all. If it helped Merlia relax, then that was all the better. Somehow, she seemed more stressed than him. "I do deserve to be your slave after you saved my life twice now, you know. You were an Iron Rose too. Huh, I didn't notice you were carrying twins. Though I guess I can't."

Natalie nodded with a giggle. "Indeed. Thomas, may I say that you're just the most charming gentleman I've met? You don't happen to have a girlfriend or a wife already, do you?" she asked, getting to her feet and taking another bite of her sandwich, before teasing Thomas by rubbing his backside with her tail.

She shook her head and helped him up, rubbing her back gently as soon as Thomas was on his feet. She then dug out a couple of gold pieces and placed them in his hand. "I would love to get your phone number, sweetie. A poor single girl like myself gets lonely all on her own, and I might just want to see you for a little date. You know, to see if we might be compatible," she cooed, softly and sweetly to the flustered young man. She giggled as he started to sputter, before taking her seat and lifting her glass. "And some more sweet tea, if you would please."

She finished her meal and left Thomas another tip as she waddled off to her modest little tree house to lay back in her favorite hammock, soaking up the sunshine as she digested her delicious repast, the babies shifting lazily as they received their share of nutrients.

Anna-Maria sighed softly, her head in the clouds as she walked along, before she bumped into someone, belly first. "Oof! Oh, I'm so sorry!" she fret as she bent down clumsily to help up the person she just knocked over. "Thomas, we need to stop bumping into each other like this," she giggled.

Anna was one of the few women that didn't lust after every man on the island like most of the other women. She was young, and her womb was filled by magic. She was too devoted to her cause as a knight of the Guardians to think about settling down with a lover.

"Would you like to get a bite to eat? After you get cleaned up of course," she said, wiping a little flour from his cheek and noting the ketchup stain on his apron. Her large belly shifted visibly as she fussed over his appearance. Kind of hard to hide since she only had two more months to go before she gave birth.
