Adonia looked to Baba Yaga "Didn't I already warn the coven about Stein? were you not paying attention. Also at the moment Maka is wounded or should I say healing..she can't even remember her own daughter." Adonia listened on to Paradox the whole time traveling thing was something Paradix was an expert in- not Adonia. Adoina placed her hand over the Netherlands area. "I will take my stride into the Netherworld...I'll get the little demons to do my bidding.." she said with a looking to Paradox. "When would you like for us to take our leave and get started?" she said her.
Baba stroked her chin in thought. "So somehow the events of the future are having a ripple effect throughout time. I can only imagine how much energy it would take to cause that." A bead of sweat ran down her face. Even with the power she had gathered over the centuries something like that would be like comparing a worm to a wolf and Baba did not enjoy being the worm. "So what do you propose?"
I'll probably send Lilith in to help you with that end. What would you think about doing a mission with her? 5 demon souls for a the prize.

Paradox smiled warmly at Adonia. ”Oh, we heard you, Adonia. We'll get to them, don't worry. You may get started right now, if you'd like. And we do so appreciate you being a part of this little coven.” The table lit up where she'd touched.
"Simply touch the spot where you wish to appear, and you will be sent there immediately. When you get there, it would behoove you to mark the area, as it will be the only spot to get back here. And remember, lots of minions!" She said cheerfully as she waved goodbye to the blaze witch. Then, to Baba.
"Power? No, my dear, I'm afraid it's simple physics," she said through a smirk.
"You may be familiar with the concept of the choices we make now being gateways to alternate realities, and therefore alternate futures, but consider this: suppose that future wants to happen, wouldn't it have some pull on what decisions we make here in the present?" She chuckled a little.
"The matters of time are only as complicated as you make them, and some make them quite complicated. This universe has--or should I say had--a certain pull on this present, but that was before we observed it, you see?"
"But, there's no reason why a very similar future can't occur. Suppose that in this future Atlas has still taken power, but for some reason blue is out and seafoam is in this season--see what I mean?"
"Of course, just speculating is a type of observation, and that takes care of that universe. What we need to do is find what kinds of decisions we and the players in that faraway theatre made closest to twenty years ago, and not make them. So, for now, we are forging ahead as planned, and when we see something that may lead to this fool's power, we'll erase it as a possibility." Her eyes were deadly when she spoke of such things. It was clearly her expertise.

Something felt odd to Baba that she couldn't quite put her finger on. There wasn't any real evidence but something in her gut told her Paradox was up to something and when you've been around a century or two you learn to trust your gut. "Paradox my dear, I know you are an illusionist and a master of misdirection but so am I and you are avoiding my question. True you did give me an answer but it was indirect. You say you want to find out what decisions where made but that isn't going to get anywhere. I hardly doubt there will be people meeting up and saying "Hey let's discuss some events that have happened in the last 20 years" ." Baba remained silent for a moment but then had a thought. "Unless..." She sprang to her feet her expression showing signs of fear and rage. "You intend to travel through time don't you!"
Paradox is not in the future, but she could be very easily. There's a certain thread in the future she would logically have to be part of on entering.
Paradox laughed. There wasn't a whole lot that could entertain her in earnest, but the way Baba was so worried about things that were quite well laid out, she thought, did a dance on her funny bone. ”I don't think you quite understand, so I'll just say it as plainly as I can. I'm already in the future, vicariously.” She smirked and went on.
"You think the view from outside this domain is because I've moved us through time? Not so. We're here because of the convenient location of my realm. You're looking at an operative of mine's view, reluctant though she is, of the future; all it took was her traveling to the future to give us a front row seat." She walked right up to Baba and dabbed the sweat from the side of her face with a fine towelette she manifested.
"But of course, that by no means means we're stuck between this world and the world of the future. Like the others, we can go to either place in time, the future of twenty years where we have no power, or the present where the future is ours to write. After all, how could I call myself Paradox if I didn't have..." She caressed the witch's face with the back of her hand. "Options."
Bab frowned and sat back down sucking her teeth. "Tch!" Folding her arms she glared at Paradox. She had forgotten that sometimes the most obvious answer was the right one and here she had been over thinking things and how she would have gone about it. "So who is this operative of yours?"
If Baba was had a meta-mind, she could have known not to over think things here. But that's for hindsight now. ”Her name is Xuza Uriel. Years ago I cursed her, and since we've been in tough, if you will.” The screen would show another blonde man entering the room and he, while goofy, seemed to know some things. With a snap her her slender fingers, Paradox issued sound to come forth from the future window. Essentially, they had a satellite connection to the information the cursed one would learn.
"Oh, now, this is interesting!" She remarked excitedly as her transmitter came through and, right on cue, started asking about the events that led up to this point in time.
"She's doing all the work for us, you see. We don't have to lift a finger to learn all we need to know about the events that led to this future." She turned back to Baba with a satisfied look.
"And before you ask, yes, this is how I knew about the one who can scramble wavelengths."
Baba looked up with a startled expression. "You already found her?" She had honestly been expecting a longer search for the girl. "How? She hasn't been seen since the..." Her voice trailed off, now she knew why it had taken so long to find her. "Since the DWMA found her. They took her in didn't they. So, is she a meister? Has she learnt to control her wavelength?"
”Of course I already found her, or rather she found me.” She smirked and turned her head back to the transmission from the future. The cursed one seemed to be growing impatient, and pressed for answers as to what she was doing. And while that wouldn't be quite enough to establish a complete picture, the views of the life of one person, even with all her entanglements, that is, it would give Paradox an enormous amount of leads to follow.
"This girl I cursed, she lives quite the interesting life. From what I've seen, the one you called Mina, as she introduced herself to the girl and the blonde boy sitting beside her, came from the machinist place (I hope I remember my facts lol), and has enrolled at the school to get a handle on her powers."
"And from what I've seen, with the girl scrambling the wavelength of Xuza with a mere touch, she has yet to do so. She also appears to be a weapon, which is ironic, but doesn't seem to pose a huge threat to us. If you wish to use her, you may do so in any way, I won't stop you."
"Now, I believe they're getting to it--the future that is." Paradox gestured toward the giants screen, which was basically the entire west wall of her domain, and pulled up a chair and some wine. Might as well look the part.
Adonia nodded to Paradox "Alright then." Adonia touched a spot she was most familiar with, some place where she was widely known. She tipped her hat to the coven "I promise I will get as many as I possibly can Paradox Hasta Luego mis brujas." she her slender finger tapped a part of the map her body began to glow and in a second she vanished as glowing sparkles fell where she once sat leaving Paradox's realm.
Baba sighed. Typical DWMA behavior. Gather up all the most powerful tools and lock them away. Standing up Baba strode over to Paradox and leaned over the back of her chair. With one hand she lifted a lock of Paradox's hair and twirled it around her finger. "So you've seen her power in action. Do you think it will be useful to us or will it be a threat?"
While Yami was there she was so quiet, it was hard to seen her even still sitting. She didn't know to leave or to speak up to them.

”From what I've seen, when the two came into contact, Mina's scrambler wavelength crippled Xuza, but then ended accelerating her abilities when she was healed. Not that it's enough to pose a threat to me, but it would be convenient to remover her at least from Xuza's company. If you have a plan for her, by all means do it. If you want to kill her, do that too.”
"She's most useful to us out on the battlefield, where she can scramble as many as possible. If we could only make it so she scrambles all her allies' wavelengths..." She trailed off there to let Baba fill in the space and smiled. That smile, however, would die when she saw she'd have to wait until morning to hear about the events of the future. One thing did present itself more than once, and Paradox latched on to the idea like a shadow.
"It doesn't look like we'll be able to hear much tonight from my prospect, so what say we go pay yours a visit?" Paradox smirked.
"Yami, you're more than welcome to join us... If you aren't late for your stories, that is." She wanted Yami to come, just to show her how things would be like in this type of recruiting business.
Yami looks over at paradox and replies,"Sure, I like to come. It will help me to get the jest of things. And Don't worry I won't be late to my stories i mean fables of mine. I already told them what i'm doing and if I need to Prolong my stay or whatever we shall be doing I can just summon one of them up and tell them."
