[ "Heh. Boring executive jobs like these almost make me glad I was hatched a lowblood." Sascha chuckled as he appraised Aandes' impression.

"I dunno about you, but I'm feeling like backtracking. We've seen all the nothing there is to see, and I don't feel like bustin' out the main entrance here in front of all the drones. Not tonight at least." Sascha jabbed a thumb over his shoulder at the doors behind him.

Bagwormother, meanwhile, chirped in relief, seconding the motion that the children leave. She immediately started scooting back towards the head office.

"I feel like we managed to learn even less on this field trip," Sascha commented as he walked, arms folded behind his head. He cocked his head in Aandes' direction. "Yo, you got anything else to be doing out this way, or are you done sight-seeing for the night? I know Chittentown's a literal pit, but I swear we've got better tourist destinations than this."

Ha. Hahaha! At being called tall, the teen puffed out his chest, trying to be a tad more impressive than he really was. "I see, well, she clearly has found someone of great merit." He realized after he said it that he'd spoken with genuine feeling versus his usual sarcasm or veiled distaste for others affairs.

Overall, Vremea was a troll who's company he tolerated. Liked even as odd as it might have been, given their shared history but- she was capable. Useful. She had been a good aid and asset.

"Milieu as well, it seems tonight is a trip down memory lane. I-" then he noticed it. Such a small thing, but one he noticed and had his pump biscuit racing to change. Yet he smiled, reaching over to wipe the letters from his name. As he did so, he smiled, not mentioning it. He preferred to keep his shorthand name public rather than full, especially given the way things like the rally might go.

"I can't help but wonder what has caused this.. public display of uprising though. Usually it's all very underground."

Aandes nodded in aggreement. "Yeah. Real boring for something people are up in arms about. Not like it's anything actually interesting."

Truth be told, Aandes was interested in this debacle... The cause of it, and how to take advantage. But, there was no thrill here, and very likely no reward. He would try to find another expedition to take him where he needed to go.

As the two boys walked towards the exit of the Facility, Aandes felt the papers in his pocket with satisfaction. He looked up at Sascha. It wasn't a total loss. Before he knew it, the yellowblood was asking him a question. Aandes snapped to attention and laughed.

"Nope! Me 'n Pops have all night. It'd be awesome to hang out more if you're gonna show me around," Aandes smiled a toothy smile. Trolls like Sascha made for an incredibly comfortable social experience - outgoing and simple. Well, maybe not simple, but focused. Aandes could tell the night was just getting started.

Athene nodded tensely at Vremea's response, glad she was going with her. She couldn't manage to reply really, just simply sticking close to her was good enough. The others arriving soon after made her somewhat quiet anyways, unsure how to react to anyone but Odette whom she knew.

Athene nodded friendly hellos at Milieu and Lunear, smiling at the hug Odette had given her. While she eyed the other trolls warily, unsure what to do, at least they were friendly to her friends and she simply just watched. Odette and Vremea becoming moirails came as a happy surprised to her though, and she grinned as she imagined it. What a wonderful thing, she was happy for both of them, truly.

Odette left though and she was only with Vremea around as everyone talked. While she was silent during the conversation, still sizing up the two trolls before her, she made the motion to grab Vremea's hand and squeeze it. She was somewhat uncomfortable and either ways, the still had a goal with the Jade blooded letter.

After a little bit of chatting, the Yellowblood turned to see Milieu join the group, and her pump biscuit swelled in happiness as she hugged the tealblooded female. They had met before this, of course— Milieu was so big and tall now, it was almost a shock to see her now. She had grown so elegantly... Biting back the color from rising to her cheeks, the lolita fiddled even more with her hair, slightly overwhelmed. They were... All together. Athene, Odette, Milieu... Even Lunear! The feeling of having so many of her close friends together was a good, happy feeling— And they all got along to some point. Even if Athene wasn't making small talk...

Looking over to Odette, Vremea saw her face contort into shock, and she almost rushed over to the redblood to ask what was wrong. Before she could, Odette ran off, mumbling something like a goodbye to them as she ran off into the crowd. She looked over to the crowd in worry, and then back at the others, opening her mouth and gulping a little while she slid another hand through her hair. This was... Well, Vremea was definitely worried beyond comprehension. Looking over to Milieu, the female rubbed her neck a little. Rereading her words, she nodded vigorously. "Milieu, this is a close friend of Odette and mine named Athene. She has been very busy for a while, which is why we have not seen her for a while." As soon as Odette came back, Vremea gave her a quick look as if saying— You'll tell me later.

Hearing Lunear's words made her pump biscuit swell again— he'd complimented their moraillegiance!! And didn't sound like a snarky mean kid like he used to. This was good! Watching him fiddle with Milieu's board, she blinked. Oh, yes, he didn't like to say his full name. She understood— he didn't want to be traced back to the rebels. Meanwhile, Vremea was giving her name to everyone like free candy. Maybe she should've been more conscious? His question made Vremea fiddle with her hair the hem of her dress a little. "It is true. The masses usually do not protest against the hierarchy. This is... I believe this might be a good thing, given our... cause." Vremea said with a slightly lower voice, not wanting to gain unwanted attention but referring to the rebels— which they all were.

Squeezing Athene's hand back, she gave her a friendly, welcoming smile. The quiet female was probably judging the other trolls there, and she hoped in a good way— none of them seemed particularly dangerous to each other. She hoped Athene could break her shell a little... She was a nice, friendly troll when you stripped away the initial suspicion.

Time for a walk.

Adamaz hadn't been to Chitentown in a long time, so he figured he might as well check it out. Before he left, Papa Roach chirped at him to remember his trash can lid; Adamaz hefted his many-colored "shield" he won in a game of make-pretend, and started on his way.

He let his feet guide him, as usual, and Adamaz ended up passing by the northern quadrant of the Fluid Redistribution Plant. He'd never really gotten a good look at the place. He found a nice place to climb on in.

He wandered around the place, all the pipes and wet machinery. It was pretty neat. And noisy; come to think of it, it would be an upgrade to his current yoga hovel if he set up here someplace. "Intermediate" difficulty meditating, with all the chugging and sloshing noises echoing through the place. He thought about it for a second, then shrugged. Eh. The dump was closer.

Today the walk in the redistribution center was particularly exciting.

As Adamaz wandered aimlessly about the pipeline, he bumped quietly into a passerby who had stopped to listen to a tour guide. Adamaz was surprised; what a weird place for people to willingly go to learn about something. He had never thought of it as a place of...anything but fluids, really.

Adamaz started to listen, but zoned out a bit listening to the pipes. By the time he tuned back in, the tour had already moved on. Oh well.

Adamaz thought he'd find a new section of the FRC to explore. He'd seen most of the water distribution facility now, and while that place was sure exhilerating, there there were so many fluids to explore.

The fluid here was green. Neat!

Oh look it's the tour again. Adamaz decided to keep with them this time.

Adamaz wasn't much of a speaker, but he was keen enough of a listener to know that this fluid guy running the tours really ought to use more terms for fluid. Every time the word came up, Adamaz kind of phased out of focus for a second.

Adamaz' aimless wandering around fluid-pumping machinery led him to another new place; the main station. Wow. This place was cool. There were portraits and everything on the walls. Adamaz wondered if the weary, bored, work-worn faces looked just as lively in person as they did in their still, glass-protected frames.

Adamaz was starting to like finding the tours during his walk. This time, he stayed until the end, and they handed him a free water bottle! He liked getting the bottle, since water and containers of it are among the things you never salvage from the dump. So this was useful. Adamaz wondered if he could get into the next tour and get another one.

Yup. He could get a second water bottle if he took the tour again.

It was unclear whether the tour guide, as she eyed the familiar child sipping from a water bottle she had handed to him herself less than an hour ago, had truly registered that the boy hadn't left the center or even officially joined the tour, or if her glazed and exhausted gaze was just as apathetic as the words that droned from her mouth.

Adamaz liked the water here.

Adamaz left the tour because he now had two identical bottles filled with adequately redistributed water, and he had decided that two was enough for one day.

Adamaz sipped water as he stared at the portraits on the walls of the main hall again. He liked how he couldn't tell whether their expressions were a cry for help eternal-ized behind a glass frame, or whether portraits had managed to capture a face wrought with boundless, timeless boredom.

Another day, another free water bottle. Adamaz decided to head down to the Fluid Redistribution Station to find one of those tours.

Adamaz sipped from his favorite of the two bottles he had gotten so far. He spotted a water fountain; perfect! He chugged the rest of his water, and filled up with the water from the plant. He liked their water better.

No sign of a tour. However, there was a new leak in one of the pipes. Adamaz watched a drone come by and fix it; the drone paid him no mind. Neat. Drones are pretty cool.
