If you created the Generator Ticket, which is basically a paid for version of the community RIG contests that staff have been holding some time for free does that mean that community contests would be axed in favor of the paid method? I feel as if this is the eventual fate of such contests as the Gen Ticket's price has dropped over 50% since its debut, essentially saying that you're encouraging people to buy it. I think gaia should really do something about this, please and thank you! heart We are working on implementing some changes at the moment, but the reality of the situation is that the emails that you receive are the closest thing to updates we can give. We cannot offer more than the approval of your ticket, your mocks, and then your finished item. It should be said though, that not many emails get lost or not sent, even if they do not receive the confirmation email. There have only been about less than a dozen that have not been received, so it is not a common issue. Could we possibly receive word about the Jump Ticket rather than its questions being buried in this thread? Its rules remain in the tickets megathread, so clarification on it returning, it being addressed due to the influx of threads expressing displeasure at its creation, or it being 86'd completely would be optimal due to the rising tensions between the userbase that actively obtain tickets and staff ever since its debut. Creating such a schism in the community and not attempting to fix it after such an incident could cause trouble in the long run. We have heard your feedback and opted to remove the item from the Cash Shop while we reassess the item, the item may or may not return in the future with modified rules/purpose. Thank you for your thoughts/opinions on it!

Agate Ticket) from this date - i.e Oct. 18th - Oct. 25th From I have heard some people who have submitted tickets in Oct. Havent heard back yet. I recently bought a Agate ticket from the CS and submitted and mainly was wondering how backlogged is it. Or should I just email the email provided? I try to keep everyone updated on different types of recolor tickets in the queue when I have time. We are working on implementing something like this in the next few weeks. Stay soon. <3

That's what I've been told in the past when my other tickets were put on hold when the LK hacker came through in July. This last week 2 of my customs have come through without me having ANY way to trade them around. Is this now going to be the norm since there's so many people affected by this ? I'm really starting to feel like Gaia doesn't want me here.  This shouldn't have happened and your trades should have been enabled before your item was released, not entirely sure what caused this but it won't be the norm. Shoot me a PM about your situation and we'll see about making it right because we do agree that your trades should have been enabled before the item's release.

In the past you guys have removed tickets in rigs before and have told us, but with this one a ticket hasn't been pulled in months when they were being pulled regularly. It seems a bit wrong as the ticket is part of its selling point. A simple yes or no would suffice. A good 20+ people have asked this question on the reg and its always overlooked. Its just a simple yes or no. While it does seem like a simple answer, it would require going to look at that item specifically, and unfortunately a lot of us do not have the time for that at the moment. excitable sloth Lithium Filth Question Category Tickets/items Question- I have a kin ticket that was officially accepted on July 20th. Kin are worked on with a separate team than recolors, even though they are recolors.

From my personal experience, the Dye Ticket queues tend to move a lot quicker than the Rainbow Ticket queues. My question: Are submissions checked on all queues before acceptance to make sure that someone else didn't submit the same idea first? Like, say someone submitted a Royal Icing Exorciblings with a Rainbow Ticket, and then 3 weeks later another person submitted the same item with a Winter Dye Ticket, but the Winter Dye Ticket gets accepted first. Is the Rainbow Ticket person just SOL? This is taken into consideration when we accept tickets! <3

Can /ANYTHING/ be done about the OUTRAGEOUS prices for the tickets being asked for in marketplace and forums? Even as little as baby rainbow ticket are going for 9 trillion and as big as platinum going for 100 trillion.with the cash sales gone, only the people who hoarded those tickets are able to afford or get more. (Not to mention newcomers to gaia who will be stuck in the newbie state due to prices of anything ) The Marketplace prices are set by the community, so a lot of those really high prices you see are allowed because we allow users to ask for whatever price they want for the item. Realistically we've seen the items sell for a lot less than that, but it does require you generally asking the user what they are willing to sell it for. excitable sloth Jasette ItemsThanks to a kind user, I now know the answer is probably no - but can I combine two golden tickets and just make one item with 12 poses? heart Unfortunately no. :C

January 17th, 2017: lanzer Lucid Hallucinogen Misc.Please forgive me if this has been addressed previously, but I submitted a request for a baby golden back in October and haven't heard anything back about it sweatdrop I was just curious if perhaps the queue was still so far behind as to not have gotten to my ticket yet? blaugh Also thank you all so much for all of your hard work! Yes I think the queue is pretty long. As to how long I dont' know until the art team gives a solid estimate. I'm sorry for the long wait.
