May 30th, 2017: [NPC] Gaia Staff Welcome Back! Quote: Inventory Tabs keep shuffling. Example. Everything looks fine if i have only eqip tab open, but when i hit all, the game, formulas, kindred etc items get shuffled throughout the equip items. i move them back to their place only to find them shuffled again later. Why does it keep doing this? Is the stack items option causing this? A clean and organized inventory makes me happy, but this feeling fruitless. Not the biggest priority, but i hope it will make it on the list. Thank you. We will fix the tab problem soon. I've been unable to reorganise my inventory for MONTHS, and I know others in the Bug Reports forum are the same. The temp fix of being able to retrieve items from locker/temp storage was great, but my locker still won't open and my temp storage is forever loading, and I'm unable to drag items anymore, plus obviously cant move them from page to page. I didn't have this issue until the old inventory bug was 'fixed' and now it's been a really long time, and instead you guys are adding more random features instead of fixing serious issues like this. Would love some help! heart I'll drop by bug reports and see if I can find any more clues. We don't have it yet because the feature is a bit resource intensive for those with large inventories. Last night I was able to drag amulets into storage and back out again into the kindred tab as I was sorting for things other than experience. Today when I earned quite a few more playing Lake Kindred, first I found I had to go to LK to reveal their properties, which it did even though the page wouldn't load, then when I sorted them and moved them to storage from page 2 then saved then tried to move them to page one, it wouldn't allow me to move the amulets out of storage unless I did it in the main all items tab. Someone also mentioned this problem working with another tab, trying to rearrange inventory. Today, for the 3rd time, I tried again and everything seemed to be working fine at first. Then about halfway through what I was doing, everything stopped working again and it returned to what was described above. In addition, in the all items tab, items from the kindred tab didn't show at all except for any moved or obtained within the last day. There's been no changes to the inventory system recently, though a big update is coming soon. For arranging items, I suggest arranging with the "ALL" items tab as others seem to have problems. You will be able to name your own boxes though and put stuff inside them. We have to refresh the page manually, currently. Is that after arranging items? I'm working on inventory system right now and might have introduced a few bugs. Lanzer Pengaana Not the same person but I'm also having this problem (at least it sounds like it) If I move items to any of my lockers or extra spaces and click save it just loads in limbo until I refresh the page The items make it to the locker but it doesn't refresh the inventory like before same thing if you move things outside of a locker, it loads forever but if you refresh the page the items are in the area you put them Hmm, I'm having trouble replicating the issue. If you can PM me and let me know exactly which item you moved from which page to or from temp storage, I can try to reproduce it. Thanks! Right now every 1,000 items takes one second to sort, and I'm still trying to improve on the performance.

Personally, I think the cooldown period should be removed [and all my reasons can be listed here]. I'm sure that there are many, including myself, that would like to see Gaia finally get around to fixing ALL inventory errors, both when moving items and when opening RIGs/CIs/caches/gifts. The two issues are not related, and we're actually re-writing a lot of the backend with the aim to rid of the item moving errors that you're seeing right now. We will not be removing the cooldown as it's not linked to inventory issues, and we don't want the site to crash anymore. Although some of the changes that we're making for the release of Gaia Mobile might have, and it's something that we're working hard in sorting out.

You wouldn't have to replace the old format (hats. tops, accessories tab), just the option to use your own folders would be so coool. I second this! It would make sorting through my collection so much easier. I can only get so much out of organizing my inventory with the current tabs. And I also agree with this. There's certain games where you can sort stuff by quantity, rarity, price and even most used. What's stop Gaia from doing so ? Working on it! Lanzer The Enola virus FeaturesHiya. August 29th, 2017: Lanzer Crystal Whitney White features: inventory: so still it won't load all my stuff when i put it out, so idk if its the number of stuff but it's still not loading quickly like it used to, also in the arranger, do you think you could make it like the inventory? & also have it show what catagory it goes in & let us choose where we wanna put it, like its a hat looking item but it goes in the item section, have it so it automatically gets put in there or something close to that? surprised I'm still investigating the issue with item loading. We changed our image provider and things got funky real fast. For mobile you will get to customize which item goes into which box. It's a pain the behind to work with right now - we literally have to refresh the page anytime we make a change and try to save it. If we don't refresh, it just spins indefinitely. >.> Most of the backend changes for the mobile app is done so I'll look at the arranger in about 2 weeks, after I come back form Japan smile

We've been focusing on the mobile app so we haven't had a chance to look at the arranger, but we'll make note of this information so when we do take a look again we'll have this to think about.

I know a lot more than myself have wanted this feature since it was previously a very often used part of tektek. Working on something now. The difficulty is for very large inventories it takes a huge amount of time. With the box system we are working on, you'll easily be able to sort a chunk of your inventory, and we are hoping to allow for a lot more filters and sorting in future.
