If Scarlet is spun at high enough speeds from her chains, she can give her meister temporary levitation off from ground. ❖Snake Bite :: Possible for stealth or regular attacks. Her meister would throw chain and sickle close to the ground, holding onto the Ball portion of the weapon. The chains would appear to come to life as she "slivers" about the ground and after the intended targets. The chain would wrap around her opponent's legs and force them to stumble to the ground. Blade would be raised to strike at any moment her prey would attempt escape. ❖At Bell's Ring :: Places a tad bit more power into the ball at the end of the chained sickle. To make it more bulkier and heavier on her opponents. Her meister would swing then throw this portion of her as she would aim to "bonk" the opponent wherever aimed. ❖Soul Resonance :: Will Vary According to Meister
"Does!" Scarlet exclaimed in protested against the zap's tingle. She looked off in a pout, 'And knowing you so far, probably did it on purpose to.' her thoughts rambled on until a bop on the head snapped her from it. Her pout grew as she rubbed over her head, and vaguely listened as he explained his method of how not to get caught. "There's a gaping piece of wall! Someone's going to notice and report it to the main office, the investigation would begin starting with the faculty down to the students!-" Scarlet's ramble of paranoia ceased upon hearing a notable 'beep' that went off in her school bag. "It's finally done?!" she squealed while phasing back into her human form. She quickly ran for her bag left on the ground and began to pull out its contents. A portable-sized laptop, decorated in an assortment of stickers and pictures. As Scarlet quickly flipped it open, she read over the contents. A small smirk forming. She snapped out of the though, remembering the other's presence. "Im sorry, but theres something I need to take care of.."

-Rich looks at her pull out her laptop unsure of hat she was talking about saying she had something to do so he shrugged and let her be walks off to another side of the balcony cracking his hands and pulling out a small book fro his pocket and starts putting down some notes on the paper before reading over past notes tapping the ring around his neck as he thinks sometimes messing with his hair-

-pin point-> using his knowledge of the body he targets fetal or non fetal points to strike -numb lock-using his knowledge of the body he uses his fingers to aim at spots on the arm legs and uses his wavelength to zap and numb that part making it hard to use -swift feet- he moves light on the ground making very little sound as he moves quickly to his target -soul scan->if he touches you for any reason he reads the shape of your soul and remembers it meaning if you fight him once he will remember your soul and you wont be able to hide or sneak up on him

Scarlet started gathering self together and putting the electronic carefully back into the bag. She stood up and swung the bag over her shoulders. Then, looked around only to spot Rich scribbling on what seemed to be some pieces of paper. Scarlet sighed inwardly and walked over to his person. Standing directly in front of him and hands on her hips. "Youre a creep and a big meanie to me." she stated sternly, tip toeing up only to poke him on the forehead. She attempted giving him a mean and mad look but couldn't help but break out into a small smile and laugh. "But, from what I can tell, youre not all that bad. And you can wield me pretty well!" her smile continued to grow. "Lets hook up again sometime, okay?"

-Rich looks at her his teeth growing to another grin his pointy teeth showing as it he was ready to bite her arm off-"sounds like fun i didn't get to finish playing with you maybe next time we can cut up some live things not just stuff also"-he puts his pen to the side putting his middle and pointer finger out as he move it in face to the center of the top of her chest poking where her wind pipe is before sending a small volt into it opening her wind pipe wide making her breath better then ever before as he showers off what he can do had he done it the other way he could have cause her to breath harder-"don't poke someone you just met they could poke back harder you could use some more air to help you think"-he says his grin showing more as he spins his pen back into his hand and wrights down a few more things before closing it and putting it away in his pocket-

"H-Hey!-" Scarlet was cut of by the sudden zap. She flinched slightly and pouted at the after effects. Especially to the way he talked down to her about poking other people. "Give a girl a warning, next time. That was a serious coping a feel, right there!"she turned from Rich, holding both arms tight against her chest. He was so close! And that was something she did not need to experience yet, especially with her level of child-like nature. She didn't know what he meant by "more air to help think" and didn't know whether to take it as either helpful advise or an insult. But, Scarlet didn't give him a moment to respond she began to shake her head and wave. She walked a little on ahead before looking back with a small grin and heading off down the stairwell. Boy, did she need to get her thoughts together after meeting a guy like Rich.
