      Rally rally rallying. It wasn't too hard... but Vremea supposed it was time to return to her girls.

      Right after she recruited a few more trolls.

      Whoah. This time Vremea stood infront of a small crowd, relaying the ad over and over when a large group approached her. Wow, she was lucky!

      Whoah... somehow she felt like she was blessed by someone-- she was meeting so many new people! It was almost a miracle. No wait, it was a miracle. This was so amazing...

Milieu stared at the gaggle of troll recruits. Some of them were young, younger than even herself. Worrying her lower lip, the teal blood's eyes darted nervously back and forth. There was just too many of them to keep quiet. They needed to be deployed immediately. Nodding, she motioned with one hand for them to follow her.

At City Hall, the troll who had introduced her to spying and morse code, The Director, was standing calmly before a large map pinned to a board. It had crudely drawn quadrants on it and little notes here and there. So this was the progress they had made? Seeing it all together was stunning. Smiling, he waved her to approach. Taken from the spectacle of the war results, Mili approached the desk meekly and nodded to the older troll. "Perfect timing, Aojiro. I need you to take your team and head to Luxury Docks. We're taking it back."

Nodding again, Mili swallowed any nervous energy down and motioned for a small contingent to follow her. It was bizarre, being entrusted to send soldiers out to battle when she herself was so young. But maybe that was just... Reality. The reality they were living in.

A deep hush of anticipation swelled across the soldiers. No one was looking forward to a battle, least of all their reluctant, mute leader. Milieu shook like a leaf in the wind. Each step closer to Luxury docks and further from safety (was there such a thing in a battle field?) made her skin crawl.

The final miles were held in complete silence. Only the patter of footsteps on the dusty ground signaled the life of others. In the distance they could see the flicker of fires and the large, blue banner of the Loyalists waving unopposed against the night sky. Mili swallowed roughly and motioned to both sides. They would make a sweeping attack, from both sides, and wipe out the defenders or push them away.

It was now or never. Nodding, she threw down her arm and the two groups split seamlessly.

In a matter of moments the shouts of battle were heard, but they had the upper hand. Mili retreated, but the report came in - The defenders for the Loyalists were gone.

Odette smacked at her radio. Come on, come onnn. She needed to be able to contact her friends if they were in trouble! She was useless without the device. She had fallen so far out of the loop now, what was even going on? She retraced her steps, looking for a rebel base that maybe had another radio.

The noise of demolition caught Odette's attention, and she made her way to the Luxury Docks. The royal base had been taking down, but no one had their attention set on making anything new! She immediately set to work building a new base, though completely frantic and unsure of herself. She managed to put a few planks together into a shoddy shack. She sighed. She supposed it would have to do.

Odette rushed back to her original base, supplies and defenders in tow. She heard there was distress, but... nothing had happened there. Did the royals even know this was here?

DAILY REFRESH!


It's a new day! While the Royalists struggle to keep their ground against the rebel threat, the rebels realize true danger in up close combat. Open fighting has ceased as the rebels decide on a sneakier strategy, and it seems as though the peak of the outward conflict has passed (hopefully).

With the capture of rebel trolls, many trolls within the Phoenix Initiative have realized the gravity of the situation. An impressive amount of coordination and resource pooling has established a new, simple form of cohesion and stealth between the rebels. In each rebel base, simple black hemoanonymous uniforms are given out. A simple mask accompanies the outfit, to hide the troll's face. A prototype outfit for the rebellion. Rebel trolls are encouraged to not be identified, and elude capture at all costs. A note on the attire reads: "Whatever happens after this conflict, if you're branded as a traitor, the worst will happen. For you, and for the rebellion. Keep your identity safe. Protect yourself.


Today's Happenstance: A rogue Surf Gang has taken coordinate [6,6], The Bungalows. These gnarly trolls are not only radical, but have stocked their stores with enough goods to last through an apocalypse! It's a party over there! Building a base on The Bungalows will reward double points and cannot be attacked today.

Members of the Royalist Teams can roll 1D6 once every hour in the Coastal Base thread to assist the wounded in the medical bay. The corresponding number will subtract from the number of wounded, and at 0 this effect will go away. If a 6 is rolled, a new action can be taken. These posts must be accompanied by RP text.

There is a medical station set-up at the rebel base, for those who would like additional RP in the Wooded Sanctuary.

Each troll is refreshed and ready to go with 2 available actions.


Refreshers:
POSSIBLE ACTIONS ARE:

Build: Roll 1D6 to build on a coordinate that you have unlocked – the roll result determines the durability of the base. You can also build on friendly bases to add durability, up to a maximum of 30 durability. You cannot build on a coordinate that already has an enemy base on it.
Trolls with training in Construction get a bonus to their roll:
Apprentice: Roll 2D6 Journeytroll: Roll 3D6 Master: Roll 4D6 Grandmaster: Roll 5D6

Rally: Roll 1D6 to organize defenders, which can be assigned to any coordinate you have unlocked. The roll result determines the amount of defenders you have rallied. Defenders will be on stand-by until you mobilize them. Defenders are the second level of defense that can be assigned to protect a base. You must use defenders to take out defenders if you want to demolish an enemy base!
Trolls with training in Recruiting get a bonus to their roll:
Apprentice: Roll 2D6 Journeytroll: Roll 3D6 Master: Roll 4D6 Grandmaster: Roll 5D6

Demolish:
Roll 1D6 to destroy a base on a coordinate that you have unlocked – the roll result determines the amount of damage done to the durability of the base. At 0 durability, the base is destroyed. You cannot demolish a base with defenders assigned to it.
Trolls with training in Demolition get a bonus to their roll:
Apprentice: Roll 2D6 Journeytroll: Roll 3D6 Master: Roll 4D6 Grandmaster: Roll 5D6

Intelligence: Roll a new coordinate (2D6). If you roll a coordinate you have already unlocked, the roll is wasted.
Trolls with training in Intelligence get a bonus to their rolls:
Apprentice: Roll 2 new coordinates (4D6)
Journeytroll: Roll 2 new coordinates (4D6); if at least 1 of the coordinates is not unique, re-roll 2D6 until a new coordinate has been unlocked.
Master: Journeytroll effect OR select one new coordinate from another team and unlock it. You must post with roleplay in your own thread and the other team’s thread for this to take effect.
Grandmaster: Journeytroll effect OR Master effect OR… Roll 1 coordinate (2D6). If your allies control the coordinate rolled: add 5 durability and 5 defenders to that coordinate (may surpass the maximum durability/defender limit by 5). If your opponents control the coordinate rolled: it loses 5 durability and 5 recruits (does not apply if the numbers would decrease past 0). You additionally unlock the coordinate.


Mobilize: Choose one of two options:
1. Send defenders from your stand-by or a friendly-base you control to any friendly-base on a coordinate that you have unlocked.
2. Assault an enemy-controlled coordinate that you have unlocked using defenders from a friendly base. Defenders must be deployed to a base before they can assault an enemy base and cannot attack directly from your standby.

Odette scouted the area for any royal trouble or rebel bases in need of assistance. She had to work quickly, she wanted to go and assist some people back at the sanctuary. She was worried that her friends might be in there.

Odette searched her map frantically. She was lost, and still without her radio. Anxiety and fear were taking over. She breathed rapidly, and her shaking hands made the map difficult to read. Swanmom peeped out of Odette's bag and nuzzled her cheek until she calmed down. "Thanks mama," Odette said to her lusus "You're the best." The featherbeast after hearing her words, returned to nesting in Odette's bag.

Odette felt more confident. She marked two possible rebel bases on the map and decided to check them out. The first she discovered was a deserted lighthouse, no radios to be found. She was upset, but not distraught. She still had another option left. She quickly discovered that the other base was a library! Vremmy was sure to be in there!

Only, she wasn't. Odette went up to and asked every guard if they had seen her, and none of them had. Odette sat on the cold floor of the library, tired and defeated.

      After sleeping, Vremea wandered away from Just Vigilance again. She really wanted to find her team, and was getting more and more anxious by the minute. Talking and getting others to join her was working, but her anxiety made it harder to get people to come. 7 people followed her, so she placed them on standby.

      Again she pushed her ratty unwashed hair away from her face and made a speech of their situation, gaining 12 followers. Vremea couldn't contain her happiness, practically skipping when they reached the standby point.

Milieu was already there. Dressed from head to toe in the black garments that now signified her as a rebel, she oversaw the fortification of the base at Luxury Docks. She needed a bath, and a good nights sleep.

Looking forlornly at her walkie talkie, she realized she also needed to hear her friends again. Odette and Vremea had been oddly silent. She knew they were well, but... Sighing, the teal blood continued with her task.

Long trips to far flung places had stopped feeling like a challenge. Go from one part of the town to the other? Sure. It was just a little walk. Even with the load of tools and pieces of hardware that they were unlikel to find at their new location, Mili didn't feel fatigued. Either she was to the point of exhaustion where nothing hurt her, or she had grown stronger.

She liked to think it was a bit of both.

Coughing, the little troll stood at the lighthouse. It's grand structure tilted to the side, reminding the teal blood of the Tower of Troll Pisa. Laughing silently, the troll motioned for where to work.
