there isn't a piano involved in her death... at all, but i didn't know when i first saw it but i was watching my brother play and he was ahead of me, so technically i knew before i played, but i saw it first hand which was tragic....

To be honest, I had no idea that she would die. When I got to the end of the first disc, I flipped out (and so did everyone else that was watching me play the game at that time.) It's the second FF game that has had a main character die in it (I don't exactly remember what other FF game it was, but anyways.) Each time I played it after, I would begin laughing, because in my head I'm saying to myself..."Good job, Sephy. Have fun getting Omnislashed later!"

Before I played I knew, because I used to watch my older brother playing the game, but I cried so hard! I dont' even know why, I mean, it is just a character, but I thought that she was the coolest character around! It was so sad!

Lmao, heheheheh....Aeris's Death is perhaps one of my more favorite FMV's in the game.
BTW if you watch that scene again, you'll see Sephiroth falling down w/ gloves, then when he pulls the sword up to stab her he's got no gloves on, then when he stabs her he has his gloves back.

For the first time....I had no idea. As I played the game I started to love the bad guy sephiroth...I also liked aeris a whole lot. She's way cooler than tifa in my opition and CLoud and her fit so well together instead.
It was horrible that she died...I also hoped that somehow you'd get her back but that never happened.... T__T
Still was a sepheroth fan though (and still is) its...just too bad she had to die...Someone else should've not her!! T__T

1st time I played it it was a shocker almost cried it was frustrating that I went through all the trouble of Getting Great Gospel to use it against like 3 bosses or less

I've gotten Great Gospel as soon as you can get it for Aeris and taught her the Limit, of course I knew full well she died it was like my 20th runthrough of the game, I simply wanted to see all her limits, seeing as I never once really used her.

My best friend let me borrow the game and i was so pumped up to play cuz well i had read some stuff about aeiris i couldnt wait to have her on my team then my stupid freind went and said dont bother useing her she dies. im still mad at him for telling me but like i never belived it cuz he tells me that all the time just to freak me out but when she did i was so mad at him and i cryed so hard and i lost what little respect i did have for sephiroth because come on he litteraly stabbed her in the back and to me that is so wrong and dishonorable....enough said.

I didn't know, but I was more pissed that I wasted all this time leveling her up than actually sad for her. sweatdrop Aeris is low on my list of favorite characters.
