Aaron McLain-x Well, we could always let Noire have Bala as well. And create the set for Bala. I mean, since he's the expert on merging hollow/shinigami powers? Idk, that just doesn't sit right with me. Even if he is an expert, each person still only has Cero or Bala.

Well, that's what Feiyimei had suggested - You had just stated that the Bala users would be unable to use the Kongido. If you want to change that, then there isn't really any issue.

Sorry for the wait - the modified Kido and the Kongido have been input into the master list. We will need to modify the Kongido, I think, when we come to a decision on the difference between Bala and Cero-powered spells. And, for consideration, some new Kido. Type: Bakudo Rank: 40-50 Name: Shadow Blister Incantation: "Homage to you, O you lord of brightness, governor of the temple, prince of the night and of the thick darkness. I have come to you. I am shining, I am pure." Description: Shadows within [100] feet of the caster began to expand and bleed together, creating a blanket of darkness. Over the course of [2] posts, this darkness begins to increase, until the area affected is completely devoid of light, rendering everyone in the area blind. The caster alone is not affected by this darkness, and is able to see perfectly. Other: A Kido created by Shizuko Yukimori, for the purposes of creating a zone where she can move freely without worry of entering the vision of her opponents. Though this was created by her, she has shared it with many members of both the 2nd Division, as well as the Kido Corps. Shadow Blister - approved as is Gravity Shackle - approved as is Tesseract Vault - Indeed, it will be Forbidden due to its manipulation of time and/or space. Otherwise approved as is...a shame, it looks like one that Mana would have a blast using xD Illuminating Path - Since having to have such an in-depth understanding of the target seems to make this one almost 100% impractical, perhaps just make it full name, having seen the face, and to know what race they are (Vizards would basically be Shinigami unless they put on their mask). Also, a range limit would be good otherwise you'd have someone looking down and seeing that they're leaving a literal glowing trail. Incinerating Pillar - Oddly enough, I feel that this one could be more like 10-15 feet since it just seems to be a fire version of Rukia's Tsukishiro.

Incantation: "Blinded by red and deafened by lies, be consumed by ignorance."
Description: This spell is a mixture of Bakudo #21 Sekiento and a Vizard's Bala or Cero. The caster makes a downward swing of their arm as though they were throwing a smoke-bomb to the ground as soon as they finish chanting. There will be a small detonation that releases a cloud of red smoke at their feet much like the Bakudo spell, but after 2 seconds, the red smoke will condense into Balas or Ceros that will detonate on the spot. It is more of a trap than a means of diversion.

Name: Sajida Hitojichi (サジダ人質, Prostrating Prisoner)
Incantation: Let this be your release." It is said after the spell has been initiated.
Description:The caster shoots out a blast of Reiryoku that mimics the shape and form of Balas or Ceros from each of their finger. They do not detonate immediately upon contact with a hard surface and stick to it instead until the caster says "Let this be your release" followed by the spell name to detonate them all at once. Should Balas be used, only the spell name is necessary to detonate them. They cannot be forcibly removed from the surface they've stuck themselves to and any attempt would cause them to detonate prematurely.
