It worked. His plot to free himself of that stuffy office had been successful. While the change of scenery was a cold reminder of what had happened, Turpis still felt relief in not having to deal with sitting in that desk for another minute. Now that he was free it was time to speak to Katsu about his intentions. "What you are considering is a suicide mission. I want you to strike at the Grass I do, but what you have proposed his foolish." Turpis walked alongside Katsu, his eyes forward and his eyes at a comfortable slant. His was the appearance of one that was taking a leisurely walk with a friend. "Which brings me to why I brought you away from the audience I seem to maintain. I am formulating a group, a covert group, with the express purpose of fulfilling your goal. If you desire to avenge the Mist, you will assist me in the development of this plan. Am I understood?" His was a calm voice. The voice of reason.

"I will give my life for this village, and more. I am prepared for anything, and willing to do anything," Katsu replied without hesitation. At this time, Turpis might not fully understand Katsu's conviction in those words, and what they truly meant, but the meaning was passed successfully. "Now, while I say that, I also need details. What is the specific purpose of the group, the chain of command within it, the composition you wish for it to be made?" Katsu imposed in both curiosity and necessity, finding it unreasonable to help with such a plan in the dark of the details. Katsu had calmed himself, but the rage still boiled inside him. The only difference was that the lid was back on. He would continue to boil, to pressurize and pent up everything he had until, like water, he would cut down his target.

The Mizukage ceased his progression through the area. His halt was abrupt, and was made even more abnormal by his turning towards Katsu. He spoke as softly as he had before, loud enough to be heard but soft enough not to attract attention. Their conversation required the utmost discretion and unfortunately there seemed to be no place within the village that was free of prying eyes. Still, Katsu did have a right to know what it was that was being asked of him. As such, Turpis made it sound as ambiguous as possible. He returned to walking alongside the male, speaking in his natural, low tone. " You would be their operational leader, giving them orders and the sort. They would essentially answer to you. I want a covert force as the hidden blade of the mist. That is all I will tell you for now. Would you accept spearheading such a task?"

Katsu laughed. "Ha! I'm ready whenever, my Kage. Should I recruit my own members or wait for a list?" Katsu was already forming up multiple schemes. He wasn't the straightest thinker in decision making, but if it was simply warfare and battle tactics, he could do at least that. He also had a good eye for picking the right blade for the right job. The Mist's sword needed lethality above all else, the ability to kill. Many ways to kill.

If there was one thing Turpis appreciated about Katsu, it was that he was eager to further the goals of the Mist. Given his predisposition for violence, it was almost a miracle that the majority of these goals were going to involve copious amounts of it. "I have files on every ninja chuunin and below within my office. Take a look and tell me what you think in regards of potential candidates. " Turpis had resumed walking, with all talk of cloak and dagger matters well behind them. This time he responded with his eyes forward. "And Katsu...do be sure to keep this development between us yes? The Mist must already hunt down one traitor that holds our secrets."

Katsu smirked, assumingly his agreement. "I'll take a look at the list later. Right now, I need to do some thinking... And research. Next time you see me, I'll be even stronger," the swordsman said. He needed to master new styles, stronger styles. To become the perfect shinobi swordsman. With his new tattoos, he could nullify the advantages of his opponents. He was confident in his own ability... But there was something nibbling at his soul, like his fighting style was, in itself, broken up. Now calm, Katsu felt the need to temper his steel before wielding again.

The Sannin's agreement to take part in the formation of the task force was more than Turpis had expected. Of course given Katsu's predisposition it wasn't too surprising. The man was violent and vengeful, two traits that made him especially dangerous for enemies of the Mist. Nonetheless, he seemed to agree with the plan, meaning that their conversation had come to a conclusion. This was just as well. Turpis had some training of his own to do and with his actual body freed, he had the perfect opportunity to do so.

The Mizukage spun upon his heels, an act that caused his robes to whip about in a flashy manner. By the time the white robes had finished billowing Turpis had already made his way well out of the lots.

Some time had passed since his last visit to Kirigakure. It had been a couple of months. The Kumogakure Oinin found delight in traveling so far from his homeland. There was something about the village that constantly drew him to it. Well, he had to be honest with himself. It was not the village that pulled him to the country so many a times, but a female which he would never forget. A kunoichi who went by the name of Isabelle. The Chuunin had met the young lady on his very first Oinin Mission. He recalled traveling through the mist in dread before running into the woman that helped him into the village to begin with. Had it not been for her he would probably never know what the interior of the village looked like.
Now, within the walls of the village, he sat. The white haired shinobi stared down at his half finished ramen with many thoughts blazing throughout his mind. Thoughts mostly of worry; such as when he needed to return home. These thoughts of worry were outrun by another set of more troublesome thoughts as he began to wonder if he had just been "stood up". It was almost a half-hour past the time the two of them had planned to meet.

User Image[INDENTTT]The repetitious slap of her foot to sandal, sandal to pavement began to Urk her nerves. The usual tap of the high heels was replaced by this annoying orchestra of footsteps. Though the flat sandals were beautifully adorned, and definitely designer...it irritated her as most things did. Smartly she painted her tiny toenails black before arriving. Smart girl. Yes she was late, s**t finding an outfit was impossible the previous night and this morning. In a rush to open the door, Isabelle lightly breathed and flattened the nonexistent creases from her tight fitting dress. The necklace that rested between her cleavage jingled as the lady entered the building. Spotting his white hair from across the room, Belle sped forward as if she were going to tackle him."Hey boooo!!", both arms were wide for a flailing hug. The slapping noise from the sandals crescendoed. Once close enough, Isabelle wrapped her arms around him as best as she could. Without her heels...she was short...but funsized hehe. Isabelle took a small note at the plethora of men that followed her curves to what seemed to be a boyfriend, bummer. Hopefully Regula wouldn't mention her tardiness, silently she prayed he wasn't watching the clock. Oh how she hated to keep him waiting...this wasn't the first time. Definitely not the last.

Black. All leather and all black is what the "biker-boy" shinobi ever donned. Sure, his outfit changed with the days, but the young man could always be found wearing two signature items: his leather hoodie and combat-boots. The "emo-look" always clashed oddly with his tan skin and white hair. But, he did not care much for his appearance himself, let alone what others thought of him.
His hair swayed as his head bobbed up to face the threshold which his girl had entered through. A smile crept across his face as he laid eyes upon the beautiful damsel. "I know, now, why you are late," he spoke what was to be a compliment. His slender arms wrapped about Isabelle as he slightly hunched. Over the past couple of years the eighteen year old had grown to reach the height of six feet. His eyes caught a glimpse of her toes. "I'm taking a liking to how that color looks on you," he spoke before he ended his embrace with a swift peck of the lips placed upon her cheek. The male took a step back and pulled a stool out for Isabelle to sit on; he never forgot his manners. "How have you been, Babe?"

User Image[INDENTTT]The innocent blank eyes glistened as the compliments poured over her. For a second, it felt as if no one was in the building but the two of them. For a second she cared not of the other men drooling over her. For a second, a spark between them could be felt. The tall man's deep voice seemed to snap the spell that enchanted her, thank god. Now back in the present, his audible voice came in small whispers until her full sense of hearing returned. Wake up. Isabelle's eyes shifted slightly, looking the boy up and down. Analyzing all aspects of his being. Finally Belle reached her hands into his hair and rustled it ever so gently. The whole emo thing didn't work for her, nor him obviously. Regula was too handsome for such a dark appearance."I hate when you do your hair like that! You're making me spoiled with all of these compliments. Keep them coming though...", the close-lipped smile became lively, then disappeared with the cheek-kissing gesture. Bright red cheeks was the only thing she gained from this kiss, a little giggle maybe? Such a gentlemen. Holding the brim of the sleek dress before sitting down, the Godright child's voice awakened once more,"I've been good. My old sensei is the Mizukage now. He's so irritating, I swear I could woop his a** my damn self. I don't know why they chose him, I just wanna lea-", an abrupt stop was forced into the words. 'Leave' was obviously the incomplete word. "Can I ask you something....", a minuscule aura of gloom overtook her. Then Isabelle started back on his hair until he spoke once more, the way Regula's hair fell was just so unstylish. The matter was equivalent to someone scratching on a chalk board with a fresh manicure. Ew. Still messing in his hair, the beauty awaiting his speech.

Lord, had she grown odd very swiftly. Regula took note of the fluctuations within her mood as much as he had taken note of her abrupt ending. 'Leave?' he ended in his mind as his blue-green eyes looked into the blank orbs before him. His eyes narrowed with suspicion. "Ask away, Love," he spoke politely. He shifted his attention to his hair for a brief moment as he attempted to tame the white jungle that hung from his head. It was a bit too late. Instead of being capable of fixing up his hair, he simply slipped his hood back onto his head.
With a steady gaze his eyes shifted from their current focus to his girlfriend. He could only come to imagine the implications she had lead him to consider. Would he be taking her back with him? What harm would that do if he had? He, himself, was an Oinin. Would if come to the point he'd have to face others? He thought a tad too much.

User Image[ITTT]Isabelle let his hair be for this moment, there were more relevant matters at hand. Belle's dreary stare livened artificially as she noticed he could be onto her. Taking a deep breath, she began "Remember when we first met? I was actually leaving this place...", the words hung over her head. Belle felt like she could be killed at anytime. Mist was known for its monstrous ways, along with its tortuous punishments. "I can't stay here. I know the Kage won't let me leave.....not easily at least...", her mind brought her back to the time she actually fought the current Mizukage. They battled because he disliked her girly fashions, he underestimated her. Still holding herself together, Belle felt as if a tear could transpire at any second. Totally ruining her immaculate makeup. Get it together girl.

Of course he had maintained the memory of their first meeting. And, of course, that was the first thing he had expected her to say. Upon hearing this, a small sigh escaped his mouth. There was nothing that could be done. He knew she'd get what she would like one way or another. "If that's the case," he spoke as he slipped his hand into her own. As he interlocked his fingers with hers he leaned close to her. So much so, his lips gently touched her ear. "You're more than welcomed to come with me," he spoke in a soft whisper. The young man knew the commitment he was making in saying this but merely leaned back from her and smiled. It was his signature grin of reassurance.
He slipped his other hand into his pockets and pulled out a handful of Ryo. The shinobi placed it upon the table with no regard or care if he were to receive change back. The owner could keep it, for all he cared. With that, he stood and simply looked at Isabelle. His thumb glided over his partner's smooth skin as he awaited her reply. It was her choice, and he'd follow behind her regardless of which she chose.
