Luciel nodded furiously, entranced by the woman's wings. "Sorry, sorry. I just thought it was rude of me to wander on ahead..." Again, that inner sense tugged at her. Down and down they went, through corridors and hallways. Finally, after what seemed like eternity to Lu, she stumbled upon something. Nestled deep within a darkened hallway, she felt it.

"Here. It's here." she whispered, awed. She could not see well in this darkness, but a c***k in the wall let a little of the evening sun slip through, an orange light dripping down to the floor.

The Fey followed the light, and before them was this window, reflecting the morning sunlight.

Lu's face lit up as she beheld the window. A flytrap... So gorgeous, and yet, so deadly. The mancubus could not help but reach up to barely touch the stained glass. "This is it..." she breathed.

As her fingers touched the window, a voice chimed in her head..

"Do you, Luciel, give freely of your spirit and essence, to free Dionaea, of her dread curse?"

The words seemed to reach out and grab hold of her, binding her..

Luciel stood, awed, at the stained glass which contained the essence. Nox's words echoed in her mind. Her response was immediate and sincere.

"Yes. Yes, of course!" she said.

There was a bright, blinding flash of light and suddenly, there next to her was a child...

Nox smiled,
"Ahh, Dionaea. At last you are awakened. Good luck, Luciel."

Luciel was astonished. Looking down upon the baby, she smiled. "Hello there, little one..."

A woman stood in the grasses once more. It seemed that she had only been here a moment ago, but it had been somewhere near a week now. It was good, really, that their forces were rebuilding so quickly. Soon enough they would amass an army able to take on that dreadful Sun Court and win.

She turned her companion, a woman named 'Sizzla',
"You should feel a tug at your soul," she informed the other,
"It will direct you where to go if our calculations are correct and you are indeed a kithain."

The shapes of the courtyard were dimming in the evening light, and Sizzla looked around in awe, taking in everything around her. The past couple of days had truly be the most strange of those she had spent in Gaia so far. Though she was half-fae, Sizzla never knew of the ties to her past. She had not known why she had been born with the wings of a fey, but had come to accept it as a natural part of herself.
She had been drawn to the woods, seeking out a faerie ring that would transport her to the world of Tir Nan Og, a land that she had little knowledge of. She had been informed that she was potentially related to a fey, and that she would need to come to the Tir Nan Og to claim her ancestry. Though it seemed a bit strange, she couldn't resist the call of her past.

She had walked into the woods as a person with a happy demeanor and cheerful outlook on life. When she found the faerie ring, her stomach twisted into knots, and her demeanor changed. She was suddenly serious, curious what may happen as she stepped through the ring.

But she had arrived here. This mystical and old looking place that looked rather untouched. Though there were some reminants of life scattered around the courtyard, it remained as it had for many years.

The woman who had appeared next to her was dark, and beautiful. In fact, she had a presence that drew Sizzla to her. She couldn't help but have a deep respect for this woman, who seemed to be the one who was in charge.

"A tug at my soul?" She questioned, wondering where she was going to be headed. "Well, I suppose we should get a move on then." She walked toward the large wooden doors of the castle and pulled them open slowly, the hinges creaking under the weight and years of unuse.

The hall was dark, but the last bits of sun shone in through the windows, casting an eerie light upon the floor. She followed the hallway down, and did feel pulled by a strange force. It was calling to her...

She nodded, and they moved a bit until finally the other woman stopped, her feet taking her to to a beautiful stained glass (or so it appeared) window.

Sizzla tried to calm the strange urges that were pulling her down the hallway. She had never felt anything quite like this before. The dark woman followed behind her, letting her lead the way. Sizzla breathed in the musty air of the castle, wondering what may lie ahead. It was strange, because 50 feet or so down the hallway, the tugging at her soul stopped. Though she had passed many other colorful stained glass windows in the castle, the one now on her right was particularly intriguing. She turned to look at it. The greens, blues and purples of the window were the first thing she noticed. They were her favorite colors after all. But then she looked closer. There was an animal's figure put into the window, and upon closer inspection, Sizzla saw that it was a raccoon.

"A raccoon?" she whispered to herself, being pulled ever closer to the window. She lifted a hand to touch the panes of colored glass, her fingers feeling the texture of the glass. It was cool to the touch, and Sizzla's eyes grew wide.

"This must be it..." She turned to the scantily-clad woman behind her, a questioning look on her face. "But now what?" Her wings flittered behind her, and instinctual reaction to the situation. Sizzla's powers didn't seem to be working in the castle, as she couldn't read this woman's mind at all.

A voice chimed in her head..

"Do you, Sizzla, give freely of your spirit and essence, to free Procyon, of her dread curse?"

The voice in her head rang loud and true. Though she couldn't use her telepahy in the castle, someone else certainly could...

Dread curse? These two words dropped into Sizzla's stomach like a large heavy lump. What could cause such a curse? What was going on here? Nothing like this had ever happened to her...but she then remembered the purpose of her visit. To reclaim her history. And this was a large part of it, she thought, her curiosity bubbling to the surface.

Though typically cautious in new situations, Sizzla pushed her fears aside, and in a shaky voice, answered the call.

She held her head high, looking at the window. "Yes, I do." Her voice was filled with sincerity and hope. She was ready to know about the past.

There was a bright light, which quickly coalesced into...a small child.

Sizzla squinted as the window lit up with a bright, blinding light. As the glare faded, she opened her eyes to see a small child sitting at her feet. The little girl looked just like a raccoon, rings around her eyes, and a bushy striped tail. Her eyes were intense, burning into Sizzla's. Perhaps it was the rings around them that caused them to be so...knowing. But Sizzla looked into them without fear. She was just a child after all.

"Procyon...Well look at you...My little darling." She picked the child up off of the floor and cradled her in her arms. "Well, this should be interesting..." She smiled at the child, who was grasping onto her arms tightly, seemingly not wanting to let go. She turned to the woman behind her, and asked the question that was burning in her thoughts. "Now what?"
