When Amphi told him to be nice, the vampire stuck his tongue out at her playfully. "People party differently, my dear. Don't deny me of my fun~" And he wouldn't deny you of dancing with whoever the hell you wanted. Lou wasn't the jealous type, after all.
Amrita's flabbergasted demeanor left Lou grinning from ear to ear. Offended? Oh, no. Lou understood where she was coming from. As they darted off to the dance floor, the boil waved cheerfully to them and stuffed his hands in his pockets before shooting Yin a look.
"Oh, I know mine will turn out." His brows waggled as his gaze drifted back towards the mermaid. Eheh. Heheheheh.

“Nah, you are more dangerous than you give yourself credit for.” Hel winked at him, and then pouted. “No wish? Certainly there is one thing you would want to wish for, even if it is small! I made a wish!” She grinned, and then her grin fell and her expression turned serious. “What I wished for was not small.” She paused, and then grinned. “Well, how about this then…got any goals for the new year?”

Peering up to San as the other boil stood the kitsune shook his head. "Yeah!" It was pretty cool, he made it after all. Stretching his legs out onto the pillows Tavi yawned, listening as San spoke. What did people do at a New Years party? He didn't really know to be honest, well aside from what his family and friends had done in previous years.
Giggling mischievously he peeked up to San and for the moment decided not to tell him about the traditional kiss. " Creeple just have fun~ Like at any other party. There are some traditions but just s t i c k with me and I'll fill you in on them." Smirking he stands up and stretches his arms high above his head before dropping them to his side on a loud yawn. "Let's go see what that is! " The Wishing Tree thing looked really tempting and he wanted to see what was up with it. Reaching up he attempted to latch onto San's hand and tug him towards the tree.

Zaire was mid-way through a delicious sandwich when a rather irritated looking ghoul approached him. Lazily his vibrate blues watched the violet eyed, dragonish, -was that a proper term he wondered before catching sight of the swaying tail and trailing off on his thought process. Watching the sway he chewed lazily not really paying attention until she spoke out to him. Snorting rather loudly he wiped his hands together before reaching out and taking another sandwich.
Turning his full attention back towards said ghoul he took one bite and swallowed the food in his hand whole, licking his lips after. A moment of silence to digest he opened his mouth, tone bored and rather even for just being called out, " I planned on eating the table after the food.." It was hard to tell if he was joking or not, even with the small smile that spread his lips. Picking up his drink he took a sip before blinking over the rim to the ghoul, "do you always insult someone when first meeting them?..." Or was he special? Zaire was really starting to wonder if coming to this school was a good idea, most people he had met where just as antisocial as him. On a shrug off of the situation he turned slightly to listen to the music, ignoring the ghoul by him in the process.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Feeling the release of his hand a brow lifted only to be lowered when Rosy took up a familiar position behind him. Moving still towards the gaming area Spinar laughed and simply replied to the curious questioning of his well-being, "if I didn't want to be here Rosy, I wouldn't be." Tilting his head back he sticks his tongue out at her before shrugging to get her to loosen her grip around his neck. "Besides, we just got to the games, you should know I'm all about ....games." Forcing a smirk to keep Rosy from further prodding the frost demon flopped onto a seat and took up a controller. "Ready to lose?" A challenge was a fine way to start off any night right?

Amphi smiled at Amrita, unsure of how to answer the undead. "We...aren't dating....and we aren't really friends..." She took the ghoul's hand, "I'm not sure what we are, so I just say he is mine?" Then she frowned, "but I don't have any real claim on him, he's free to go and do whatever he wants...I guess." The mermaid was very much complicated about it.
"so...that's it." Yes.
As they headed to the dance floor, Amphi waved to Yin. "Please save me a dance Yin! And I hope your wishes come true!" She made it to the middle of the floor, moving to dance with Amrita.

Having a New Year Party was similar to having a 'Congrats on not managing to take over the world like you should have 13 years ago, you failures' party, in Invi's eyes.
As another approached him, he barely glanced to see who - or rather what- it was. Horseman, a vaguely familiar one (how was he supposed to remember every stallion he ever kissed?) which garnered a return nod from the Protector who had his arms folded behind his back and was looking at the mingling students with an almost visible crinkle to his nose.
But no words.
They were likely a hilarious pair, with one so much taller and darker (and by the terminology of most, handsome) than the other, yet it seemed to make the most sense to just have them right next to each other as well as they both looked so excited to party.

Mot chuckled. That was nice to hear. Dangerous, huh? With his 'smooth' words? It was amusing, at the very least. Mot watched her carefully, even as they danced. Her wish wasn't a small one? Maybe it had to do with her tiff with Alex. Marriage, most likely. Poor Hel. It was one thing she wanted so badly. The dream of a ghoul was precious. Every ghoul deserved to have their dreams come true. "Hm... my goal for the future? To be a Bogeyman, or take on a simple Reaping job. Either one would make me happy. I'd also like to improve my skills in healing.." Mot seemed to have many goals for himself. "Ah, but I also must graduate before I do all of this. I have my requirements."

Rosy narrowed her eyes only for a moment before her smile slips across her lips again. She couldn't help it when he decided he was going to challenge her at video games. He really should know better, after all she was in the club here at Amityville for a reason. Picking up a controller once again, she didn't sit next to him.
Instead, she slips into his lap as she relaxes "Me lose? Please, not at video games. If I do, something is serious wrong with this evening." she chuckles as she starts up one of the fighting games. Nothing too crazy, but it was something to do.
Not to mention, it gave her a chance to sit where she wanted.
So this night wasn't all that bad.

Suzu let out a disappointed 'oh...' as he declared that he wasn't here to learn new things. Her eyes perked up at the sound of games. "Sure! What's there to play around here?" She asked excitedly, looking around and spotting an old tree off to the side of the room. Other students seemed to have gathered around it, so she assumed it was something of interest. "Is it the tree over there?" She asked for confirmation. Exploring was yet to be done on her to-do list, but at least making a friend was checked off. She had assumed it was a party with just dancing, mingling and overly-sugary punch, but games sounded like fun.

Hel beamed at Mot, shaking her hips as she hummed. “Ya! Those are all great!” She looked thoughtful. “You would want to take on a reaping job, huh?” She mused. “Is that like…something to do if you still have to work towards becoming a Bogeyman?” The ghoul asked. “Oh, oh, oh…are you still trying to focus on becoming a field medic?” She grinned, and then laughed. “Oh yeah…ha…gotta graduate first!”

"Yeah! Just a part time job to fill i the blanks while I work towards the Bogeys." Mot smiled widely. "Ah yes! A field medic. Something to help those who have the strength and ability to do so much more. I find most fulfilled when I am helping others." "But! Aah. I must actually graduate first. I am so nervous every night I sleep even less."

Glowing eyes regarded the smaller ghoul with quiet interest as she flustered about, complimenting, apologizing, before falling quiet. She chuckled, bending at the waist to met the kitsune on eye level before offering a friendly smile, small hand still extended. "Our friends were right, you're quite endearing." The delicate point of her chin tilted, amusement painting exotic features. "Why would you think you should move, you're pretty yourself, lovely ghoul." Jory looked like he might choke at Pipers insistence of fabled good looks, but kept his place, shoulders only slightly hunched, before offering a nervous chuckle to the bold ghoul with the wild hair. "If you say so," he relented, eyes flickering off to one side before returning. He really was a skittish fool. A fool who was cool by nature, a creature of water, and not clammy as the ghoul might fear. When she released his hand he was quick to tuck it along with it's mate into his pockets. When another reaper joined them Jory wasn't entirely sure if he was relieved or all the more overwhelmed, but he tried for a friendly smile all the same as he was introduced. "Nice to meet you." Then to Piper as she spoke of friendship. "Not my place to say no to such a nice ghoul." Really, he was just learning that it was futile to argue with ghouls. Between Simply and Natalia he'd found he seldom had a choice in much matters. Not that he was complaining really. Small, dark hands appeared on the tanned stallion's hips, and a petite body folded in against the strong plains of the tall horsemen's back. A greeting, though silent, as full lips pressed between Soren's shoulders. He hadn't been home, so the priestess had checked the party on a whim. She hadn't expected to find him, but found herself pleasantly surprised by his presence. A night out could be fun, even among the youngling denizens of Halloween. They were quite a bit more tolerable then originally assumed. When she moved to step up to the guardian's side she turned a smile to Invinctus, and it was knowing in formal all in one. "Good evening, Heir. You're looking well." How long ago now had it been since she'd shared Conquests' company?

"You totally did too!" Was the first response that LW gave to Ren's obnoxious wailing.
And then he was trying to get her phone. Which the she-wolf was not going to give up. She kept it out of his reach as long as possible to hit 'SEND'.
Success!
Which promptly ended with LW squeaking and flailing as Ren knocked her off the DJ booth, tail smacking into him - and whatever else was unfortunate enough to be in the way. -------- Nessy blinked in confusion as someone spoke up from... somewhere. The ghoul frowned a little, wondering if perhaps she was going crazy? She even glanced around, drawing as little attention to the action as she could. Surely they could not have been referring to her!
And then she spotted a creature. That spoke again as the boil's sentence trailed off.
Oh wait. He was talking to her again.
"Ah... I am too." She admitted, wishing to become 'one' with the wall. This was so difficult! "I am... unused to crowds."
To her surprise, the boil bowed to her, and she realized the funny things above his head were antlers. Nessy stared at them in fascination before realizing the boil had offered her his name. And his familiars? Oooooh. Did that make him a reaper? She had not met many of them yet. In fact, so far, she'd only met the demon boil. Xavier.
Feeling the manners her family had drilled into her, Nessy gave a very tiny curtsy. "I-It's... a pleasure to meet you as well." She paused. "Both of you."

The silence worked for them, and as they waited Soren began playing a mental game with himself. Who in the room had he kissed, whom had he not kissed, and who did he really not know about? Of those that he had not kissed, were there any that he should honor by bestowing a kiss to help them into the new year? Mostly it came down to whether or not they would be bothered by it, and there the temptation was strong. He was distracted by hands on his hips, and his eyes darted to where the heir should be. But no, Invi was still there, meaning that the hands belonged to another. At the light pressure on his back he began to relax, understanding who could have managed to sneak up on him. "Priestess," he rumbled, comfortable enough with her arm wrapped around him as she took a place at his side. For the moment he was content to stand and listen to the exchange of the two. He had not often contemplated the combined company of the two, but he did not find it a bad proposition.

It was already time for another party? Again?
The last party he had been to was technically prom, which was ages ago, but Erebus felt as though it had only been weeks.
...He had turned a crimson shade of red when he noted the thing at the end of the card about a kiss, and had simply buried himself under a pillow while Lady tried to pull him out with tiny paws.
Of course, it was no big deal, right? It wasn't as though it was something mandatory, and Jackdammit, kisses were supposed to be something special and Erebus wasn't sure who--
And yet he was here, sliding himself in a corner as he tried to see if there were any faces in the crowd that he knew. He was a Year 2 now, but really, Erebus was still the same socially awkward boil at parties. Thankfully, he soon spotted a familiar face and ears perked up as he waved over in her direction. "Tomoko!"

"I"m sure everything will go swimmingly." Jack stated, giving them all a content smile. He was an optimist, at the most, even if some people were much more crass than others. There may have been a wry grin on his face that replaced it when Miss Amphi had taken the other two away to dance.
Leaning back on his heels a little, he turned to Yin, figuring the boil did not want to dance at this time, and that he was safer if he just stuck around and chatted him up whilst they played the night away. "I'm sure that you'll graduate soon. Feels like yesterday that I stepped over the threshold of this building, myself." He trailed a little, scratching his chin once before shrugging.
"Guess with the turn of a new year, I get to add another number to my age - dunno my birthday so I usually pick the year turn over, you know?" He offered.
He may have given a little wave to a tiny fox if she was looking at him for a short time. ---------
Ashton couldn't help it, he was allowing the softest grin show up on his face as he watched her fidget a little. She seemed so nervous, but there was this cute charm that this Vanessa had. Like, you wanted to protect her. Clearing his throat a little, he lightly gave a shrug, looking around at the rather growing population of players in this event, a hand idly scratching at the lock at his throat.
"Seems like it's a rather large enough event that everyone celebrates - I never really thought about if undead considered new years a thing. Hmm, lot of thinking to do on that one." He murmured lightly, whilst his partner seemed to dash off, having caught sight of something she desired.
Elvira was on the hunt for a time-reaper, who seemed very uncertain with her feet. Not that Elvira could do anything entirely for her, except lightly bump her legs lightly with her tiny head, barely coming up to Angeline's knees as it were.
"AN-gel-LInnnnee!" She called out, her little deer tail wiggling behind her. "You came! Ashton is here too if you want help finding him!" ---------
Lifen loved parties, especially when she was able to join them without being required to assist with them - the life of an artisan. She, also, admittedly loved being around the students - they were full of ambition and such an array of differences that it was always a new experience to mingle with them.
Lightly patting down her dress a little, she walked over towards Sören and Neru, who had found themselves in the presence of her personal Heir, a small smile showing on her face. She wasn't alone, at least, as a Horseman at the party, and was glad she had someone(s) to ring it in with, along side the students.
"Evening Neru, your highness." She murmured quietly to them as she stood next to Invictus, giving Sören a quiet look. It was how they said hello, okay?
"It appears that it is a rather bustling event already, is it not?"
