I think we were expecting a Wicked Ummaginelol....you know...that would be the only Wicked name i would expect fawN to ever consider having....even tho it isnt a real fruit...it just wouldnt be right for her to be anything but WickedUmmagine rofl rofl totally agrees 3nodding Now that would be perfect mrgreen

This is one of my favorites, but I don't make it often because my husband doesn't like tomatoes:
Cookless Tomato Bruschetta
Fresh tomatoes - diced Parmesan Cheese = freshly grated Olive oil - maybe a tablespoon Garlic - chopped - one clove, or more if you like garlic Fresh Basil - Maybe 5 to 10 leaves Fresh mint - 5 to 10 leaves Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooked Pasta - if you want, or toast or tortillas or whatever you want the brushetta on.
Combine all ingredients and enjoy! If you feel like warming the cheese and oil a little, you can set your bowl into the pasta water as it warms and starts to boil. But I love this dish cold! It's a nice contrast to the pasta, yum! Maybe I should go buy fresh ingredients tomorrow and treat myself and my daughter. Or Fawn, would you like some?

OMG that sounds delicious (except the mint...i don't like mint much...but i could always try it once) It's like my favorite tomato salad which is just a couple diced tomatoes, a handful of feta sprinkled, tons of fresh parsley ( i like parsley), salt & pepper to taste & drizzle some olive oil over it all. *yum*

I'm going to browse through the recipies to see where the cranberry quote came from. Perhaps the fact that my family forgot about the organic cranberry sauce I boasted about which nobody else really liked? Anyway, I've got lots more cranberry sauce than turkey left, so does anyone have any recipies to use up extra cranberry sauce? I guess I could buy turkey breast deli slices and make turkey, cranberry and cream cheese sandwiches. My husband taught me that...

Well, if you're in the cooking/baking spirit, then I have an interesting(if not odd) recommendation. If anyone here hasn't seen it yet, I recommend that you check out a series called Yakitate!! Japan. If you use Bit Torrent, check here but you can also go here to grab it from Irc. If you're wondering why I'm bringing up an Anime series when it comes to recipes, it's because this series is literally about making bread. No joking around here, it's 55+ episodes(currently) of bread making goodness. When I first heard about the series, I was really skeptical. Now I'm hooked. Grab it as quickly as you can as it might be picked up relatively soon and then you'll have to wait forever to see it. Since I started watching, I've had this really big urge to want to bake bread. The only thing holding me back was the lack of yeast in the house. Just check it out to see what it's about, I'm sure that you'll be hooked.
