"Come on, you know I don't force myself onto people. I just show my love"

As with Yatsuda's unpleasant reawakening with the Great Summoner, he was dragged around and, when the summoner had mentioned about his demon that had ran away, he had saw her and smiled .
"Hello, Yuki. Did you have a nice walk?.""I liked it quite nice." And with that statement from Yuki-Hime, Yatsuda just smiled as he had pointed with the others that had gone before him. "Well then, you mind going with me and the other guys? I do promise that I will protect you if anything scary comes your way." "Really?" Yuki-Hime was pleased by the seeming of Yatsuda's caring, even though she had left him to hang. And with it all, she had followed Yatsuda as he had turned around to catch up with the others that had already gone ahead of him.

Geirin Kuzunoha

"We meet again, my delightful twin~" As the door opened a voice addressed not Red, not Yatsuda, but the Great Summoner behind them all in an unusually friendly manner. The entire hall had been dark until they opened the doors, but as the first bit of the candlelight from the main room eked inside it touched upon a trail of water that flowed across the brushed pinewood floors, all the way across the small gap that remained between the Summoners and it's source. The red liquid brushed against their shoes, and although they must have held some hope in their minds that it was a misunderstanding, that the sheer quantity of it made it impossible, the thick iron-filled smell made it clear that this was an almost inconceivable amount of blood. "Come back for another round? And after I was so so kind as to forgive you for locking me in here." The darkness in the room seemed pervasive, but the sound of the blood rolling alerted the team members as it brushed against something, a stand...and as it did, a green light flickered on, a small candle. Around the room were four identical items, and each flickered on soon after, red, green and yellow, colors that matched the barriers they had destroyed earlier, and the mirrors they had shattered. Each light illuminated in turn, slowly lifting the veil over their eyes, and each time the lights flickered they cast a shadow on to only one shape in the room, something in the middle of the Hall that didn't resemble any creature they had seen before. As the lights began to mingle and the room truly came into view, the reason they couldn't make out it's form became clear...and a chill ran down each of their bones.

"Oh what, these? I might have gotten a little bored, being left alone for so long. It's best to stretch every once in a while. After all, you can never tell when achy bones and filthy Crows might just sneak up on you." A slow dripping echoed throughout the wide, empty hall as their eyes followed the course of the gore back upstream, to the soul freezing sound...there, the river ran down an indescribable mound of flesh and bone, over glazed eyes and twisted, broken limbs. In the center of the room, the mountain from which the river of blood ran, consisted of more slain demons and mutilated bodies than any of them could count. There lay Pazuzu's head, sticking out of a lifeless Legion's mouth was the arm of what was once probably a Pixie or some other young, female demon; the broken legs of Ikusa stuck out of the mound like tree limbs, and sickly white bones stuck out of these like rebar. Each of these creatures had been immensely powerful, their skin concrete and their muscles steel, but now an incomparable horde of them were piled up into a disgusting ball of hot, putrid flesh, and the smell of decay from it was comparable to the filthiest pits of Hell. The sight alone was enough to overwhelm even the most experienced people, and Kai looked on the horde for only a minute before looking away from what had once been this Shrine's fodder for training.

What was most disturbing however, what hardly even registered behind the awful smell and the disemboweled Demons heaped up like so much kindling, was the chair teetering precariously on top of the highest point of the corpses, the cross-legged figure sitting on top of the entire situation giving off almost no aura when they first entered. There, sitting just out of the light, a feat that in and of itself seemed impossible with the candles from the four corners of the room, was the creature that everyone had been expecting. Long black pants, a holster and sword were visible, and strapped across it's chest was a vest filled with any number of deadly tools a practitioner of the killing arts might need. It's face though...it's face, just above the chin line was obscured, and only a wide shark-like smile could be seen. Suddenly a sigh escaped the creature, the smile turning to a frown, and the silhouette of a finger raised to tap it's forehead belligerently. "*Sigh* I really gave you a chance, you know. After you left, I took my ~sweet~ time killing all of these Demons. I thought that if I gave you enough time, you might bring back Kyouji or a team of the Yatagarasu's finest hoping to turn a miserable defeat into a sweet, stolen victory. But instead, while I was enjoying my free time, you went ahead and gathered together this group of slack jawed amateurs? Hah, what a joke." As the creature spoke the lights changed and the colors painting the walls seemed to bend, moving and shifting inward until the rainbow mingled above it's head and turned a bloody red. Then, the light fell on the creature, revealing Kai's face laced with golden eyes, a smile returning despite it's previously unamused commentary.

"Did you even care to explain it to them, hm, before you brought them here? That I'm the Shadow...that all of them would have to face their Shadow, the self they try to repress? And when they did, did any of them even try to grow as a person? Hm?" The Shadow readjusted, folding it's legs again, the heel of it's shoes grinding down into the still open eye socket of a once living Orthrus. The creature turned it's eyes towards Jo(shu) without making a move, simply glaring down from upon it's high horse. "What about you? Did you end up accepting your True Self into your heart? Judging from your ragged state I'd say the answer is a resounding 'no'. Or, let me guess, did you scream feebly into the darkness while rejecting your sins? That will do it. Just say those four little words...'You. are. not. me.'. Suddenly, your Shadow has all it needs to copy, and duplicate, all your powers and then some. That's because the self you try to hide is far larger and stronger than anything you've ever shown on the surface. The truth shall set you free my friend, and when all you do is bottle it up, eventually the truth will be set free. If your True Self has to kill you in order for it to truly, honestly open up to anyone, why shouldn't the Shadow be allowed to go free? I've never met a man braver than a Shadow, if ever there was one." The creature folded it's hands together, placing it's chin upon them as it spoke, leering down over the Summoners below.

"Shut up. The reason they're standing here now is because they overcame their own Calamities, so if you want to pick a fight, why don't you do it as a man?" Kai took a step ahead of the group, flinging his hand to the side as he called out the Shadow on it's own bullshit rhetoric. It was speaking like a villain out of an action film, but they were in the real world, and the Apprentices had managed to come here even when they'd had to do so crawling on hands and knees, bloodied and bruised. They may have been weaker, but their determination was incomparable to that of the shallow-minded souls. "Yeah, so a Shadow's stronger than the host. But a battle isn't all about how much power you can dish out, and I think at least one of them has enough strength where it really counts." Kai didn't move to indicate who he was speaking of, but the Shadow grinned in return nonetheless, unfolding it's arms and legs.

"Oh? Is that confidence I here? You would put more faith in them, a ragtag band of idiots, than me, your own Shadow? You trust the human collecting demon harlots, the student of a failed Kuzunoha, the coward and the gay to defeat me? To defeat yourself?" The demon responded with robust sarcasm, absolute faith in it's own power and dignity as it glared at it's identical figure with powerful, golden orbs.

Kai just smirked in return, nodding. "Yeah, I do." Kai looked over his shoulder at the others, giving them an encouraging grin. "You ready for this, guys?"

"You idiot." The demon looked on spitefully, standing from it's chair. Suddenly the lack of presence was gone, and instead an oppressive spiritual power pressed against the team, churning their already embattled insides as it began descending it's "stairs". Bones crunched and fresh blood squeezed out of wounds once more as he trampled the defeated under foot, stepping on the exposed eye of an Ogre as he reached the bottom, an unnameable white juice leaking from under it's boot. "If you all wish to die so quickly, then step forward. I have no more use for you, or any of them! I'm far greater than a mere Shadow now, and more important than any of their trembling inner selves. Once I destroy the Yatagarasu, I'll begin covering all of Japan in darkness. Then, only the True Selves will have the strength to survive. I will become this world's God!" As the last foot touched the ground the room suddenly warped and whisked away, as if stretched and pulled to a different place on earth. Suddenly the area around them was an enormous mountainous territory, with lava flowing around the pentagram they stood upon, blocking any escape or hope of survival. This was like the location they had faced their own Shadows in before, only wider, with a fulminating red glow and an oppressiveness to the air that made their own pale in comparison. The bodies piled behind him began to shift, and melt away as if their flesh were reacting to the hot air surrounding them. Then the bodies burst suddenly, like a parade of grotesque flesh balloons, and the wave of incomparable magnetite drew in to the dark version of Kai without letting even a single vapor escape.

"You wanted to see my power, Summoners? Then come forward and be met with true despair. And then, you will destroyed." The creature spread it's arms, as if daring them to throw themselves at it, and a glance at Kai by any of them would confirm...the fight had begun.

Jo(shu) Michieru
As Jo(shu) and the others entered the room, Jo(shu) covered his nose, wrinkling it up as a powerful, disgusting smell pervaded his sense.
Ugh...It smells like..
His eyes widened at this, looking at the...horrid, disgusting image. The horrid amalgamation of demon parts, torn and placed together like some kind of sick trophy. However, even the sickening imagery wasn't enough to overshadow the being that was waiting on them....the figure that resembled Geirin.
Called it.. he thought to himself, gripping his dagger as the clone explained what he was...and what the beings were..
"Shadows.." he mouthed quietly, as the man continued his speech, talking about how rejecting their 'Shadows' only made them stronger. At this, Geirin stepped in, retorting at his own shadow....And talking about how he believed one of them had enough strength where it counted. Jo(shu) gazed to the side at this, thinking back to how he'd reacted...trying to save face in front of Lyna, and having to be comforted..... Though, hearing the man call out at them, insulting them in turn, and bragging about how it figured they wouldn't be able to handle it...It was the simple retort from Geirin that renewed his vigor.
"Ready as always....Kai." he called with a firm grin, before the shadow made a blasphemous boast, about becoming the God of the world....And talking about how they would be faced with despair, and Destroyed.
"So, basically Highschool Exams." he snarked, before flicking his tubes. The green haired demon vanished, replaced by a purple demon, with a nasty scowl.

the demon called, one hand moving to plug it's nose, before seeing the corpses...and the boy that was across from them. "Ohhh, aren't you a sick sonuva b***h?"
Jo(shu) gripped his dagger at this, gesturing.
"Get him." he called at Sui-Ki, the demon lunging forth with a slash of it's weapon, a Vicious Strike moving to slam into the Shadow. Jo(shu) himself gripped his weapon, turning.
"Keep your guard up at all times, guys." he called, firmly. "We're going to show him what we can do....Aren't we?"
He gripped his dagger, waiting in position. First, they had to see what the shadow would do, and how it'd react to being assaulted.....

Red
Red walked alongside Miss Kuzunoha, Geirin, and Kyouji's apprentices, keeping his hat down as they walked on in, keeping his hands clenched. If they were going to be facing more of those things....
A thought that was quickly cemented, as the doors opened, and apart from the foul stench, the disgusting image made his stomach churn.
"Wh..what the.." he stammered a bit, though he renewed his courage, clenching his fists as the being dropped down..Giving them a lecture, and some insight on what they had just fought.
Not that I couldn't tell it was my inner-self.. he thought, before hearing Kai speak in their defense, and Kyoji's new apprentice snarked at the shadow too... It was inspiring, even if he was scared.....
"You've got it, Geirin-sensei." he called, clenching his fists, and moving out from the others, giving them room to work with, as he gestured forward. "Pyro Jack, Support."
The little Jack-o-Lantern cackled, as his lantern shone, everyone's bodies being slightly toughened up. Red himself didn't lunge at the shadow just yet, but he focused his energy. Shu was right...they had to be careful. If it could handle all of those high-level demons as easily as it had...They'd be little more than a snack for it if they didn't watch themselves.

This place was a nightmare... The smell, the sights, what was laid before them, and the being who caused it. Asuka would be lying if she wasn't unnerved, or even scared by what she saw, but in times like this, she was able to sweep all that aside and fight with everything she had. "Ready, Master!" Asuka said, quickly stepping into a defensive stance, "Corielisa, We begin!" She ordered. "You got it, Mistress!" The cat, too taking up a fighting stance, firing her wind magic at Kai's shadow.

"Come on, you know I don't force myself onto people. I just show my love"

With Yatsuda and Yuki-hime had entered into the room, behind the rest of the summoners, they had noticed the blood coating that was on all of the room and the smell permeating through and around them. Instantly, the smell churned through Yatsuda's stomach, but he did his best to keep focus and stare at was there final test here. As the copy of the Great Summoner had descended down from the chair, Yuki-Hime had hidden behind Yatsuda while he himself was forced to listen to the lecture the copy was giving. When he had heard the emotional support from the Great Summoner, he had nodded, glaring at the clone.
"Alright, Great Summoner." And with that, Yatsuda had gestured towards the clone, looking towards Yuki-Hime. "Hey Yuki, don't you think that he needs some relaxation?" "Yes, I think so as well, Yatsu." The Yuki-Hime had concurred, as it had summoned up a blast of energy to hit the clone of the Great Summoner, to lower it's power. Yatsuda, on the other hand, was preparing himself for what might come ahead.

Geirin Kuzunoha
Abihiko and Nagasunehiko

"Fuuuuuuuuuuck yooooooooooooouuuuuuu. I need to make sure I get out alive." The response was probably not what anyone was expecting, when Geirin suddenly took a step back and slammed the door shut. "Ha, always wanted to say that. But seriously, if you guys can manage to kill that thing, I'll open the door again. But uh...needless to say, your sacrifice will be honored in the coming empire." A small glow ran along the edge of the door, showing that the seal had been redone. His apprentices successfully abandoned, Kai turned back towards the Main Hall, leaning against the door to make sure no one tried to just push it open or something. The Summoner reached in his pocket and pulled out a pack of cigarettes, before sliding one in his mouth and lighting the stick. The smooth smell of nicotine began to fill the room as Kai listened in on the pained shouts inside. He could open the door and give them some help, but then he'd be spoiling the brats. Throwing you headlong into life and death situations was the best way to train; that's how America did it, that's how his father did it...and it had worked out pretty well so far. The weak would end up fodder for the strong, and the survivors would be horribly mentally scarred. But, you know, also possibly stronger. He didn't see any reason to fix the system now, although he probably could have told them the truth about what was going on. But nah, ******** it.

"Ha, how like myself...knowing when it's better to remain hands off. But I'll gladly accept your lives as sacrifice." Shadow Kai grinned, raising a hand and snapping it's fingers. Suddenly a well of malevolent energy filled the room, and darkness pooled on either side of the monster, swirling in circles on either side. Hands burst from either hole, blood still running down the appendages, and from both holes emerged a pair of demons who seemed almost identical to one another. One wore a long suit of white clothes, ornately decorated in the style of old Japanese clothes...and the other an identical outfit, only pitch black. Both had long horns on their head, and floated inches above the ground through means not of this world. "Abihiko. Nagasunehiko. I summon you from the Hell depths below." The two demons, ancient warriors and proud brothers, were members of the Kunitsu, or gods of old Japan. And their power was far more formidable than the Summoners might think at first glance...but their gazes were unique. They were dead.

Entrapped by the creature before the Summoners, their souls were now enslaved. Their bodies had been on the pile moments before, flesh torn by his blade...but now all that remained were the hollow creatures he'd bent to his will. "YoU...hAvE...nooooo ccccHhHaNcceee!" Meanwhile, the moon above the team had slowly shifted with time, waxing and waning...and now it had reached it's final stage of the cycle, disappearing from sight. As soon as the last vapors of the Dark World's moon disappeared, the creatures seemed to jerk and moan, letting out violent shouts and spasms as their power when out of control, growing stronger. And although the Shadow's mouth moved, suddenly it's words were indecipherable, making it all the more disorienting. And suddenly, as it's power jumped and fell and ebbed erratically, making the Summoner's senses dull lest they feel sick from the warping, the creature dashed forward.

In a blink, hands were around Yatsuda's head, wide eyes glaring into his. ". . ." It's lips moved, widened into a wicked grin, and suddenly it began to squeeze...and squeeze...incredible pressure came in on the temples of the Summoner, threatening to cave in his hold mind. And suddenly, it was too much, the demonic strength of the monster fulfilling it's duty as it gripped the tophat wearer's hair and tossed the body aside, Yatsuda crashing lifelessly against the far wall as the monster turned towards the rest. ". . ." The beast opened it's mouth, and a scream filled the room, a garbled sound like nails on a chalkboard; a threat, not a sign of fear. On queue the other two figures moved, lashing out at the team with mirrored attacks as they slid back and swiped their claws at the team. Suddenly blows were coming from every direction, threatening to overwhelm, to tear, and to inflict pain. The battle had begun...and they were at a serious disadvantage against the rage of the undead they'd awakened.

Jo(shu) Michieru
Jo(shu) had been prepared to fight...before hearing Kai running away.
"Oh you.." he started, before turning back. It seemed that the demon brushed off Sui-Ki's strike with no trouble....before he summoned up something positively mortifying. Something from Hell itself.....
He braced himself for the various damages that came at him, feeling it cut into him....as the shadow completely floored Yatsuda in a flash.
"Dammit...Guys.." he started, before flicking his tube. Sui-Ki Vanished in a flash, as Jo(shu) flipped out a Cigar Case, and pulled out a large one. "Looks like this is our last fight.."
He mocked a gesture for lighting it...Before Magnetite flowed through it, and he summoned up a replacement.

"It is I, Angel Reborn!" the bright figure called out, spreading her wings wide, and starting off with a surge of energy. "Now! Face my Judgement! Miiiiiiiikuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuruuuuuuuuuuuuuu Beaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam!"
A gesture she made....before suddenly sending out a widespread burst of Light elemental energy. She'd grown FAR more powerful than the previous angel she'd been, and it was an example of how good Kyouji's training was.

Jo(shu), on the other hand, Held out his Dagger, before gesturing at the shadow.
"Everyone, we have to take out the Shadow Geirin. Don't hold back...." he called, making a gesture like an over-done slash....as his other hand fired at the detective pistol, hidden by his sleeve. He had been trained to fight with whatever tactics were necessary...and hopefully, the Pistol would be enough to stall anything that'd get in the way, as he spun with the small dagger. They had to start the assault sometime...and try to regain lost ground from the battle...

Red blinked as Kai seemed to run away from his inner self, leaving them behind to handle things. Either he was trying to kill them, or he was afraid...
I guess even Kuzunoha have fears.. he thought, before watching the shadow attack Kyoji's Tall, lanky apprentice...and knock him aside easily.
"Woah.." he called, as the two spirits being summoned made him brace himself. No doubt about it...He was Kai's shadow after all...
As Pyro Jack seemed to spin around,he flipped his tube.
"Pyro jack, return." he called, flicking the tube, as he brought out another. "Sparky! front and center."
The small Yellow demon emerged at this, before letting out a loud cry. Electricity spiked through the area, aiming to Zap at the demons, and the shadow....as Red himself moved closer, at the newbie's words.
"You got it." he called, realizing he'd have to help pull him from the fire. Yes, attacking him was a good idea...but he had to be careful...
Red raised his fist at this, aiming to throw a punch at the shadow as well. They had to handle this quickly as possible...Kyoji's apprentice needed medical attention!

She turned in time to see her mentor turn and shut the door, "Are you ******** kidding me!!?" Kyouji Kuzunoha X, Great Summoner of the Yatagarasu
"What's honorable is all a matter of perspective...I just do what's necessary."

"Coming in!"

A voice suddenly echoed inside the chamber, a flash of shadow streaking through the doors over Kai's head a moment before they shut...a black-swathed shape blending into the darkness at the highest reaches of the chamber. From within a pair of eyes flashed, watching the battle as it spiraled into what appeared to be a near-unrecoverable situation. One arm emerged from the cloak and unleashed a trio of silver daggers that landed into the backs of the three shadows, talismans attached to the backs of them that shimmered an eerie red...the damage they appeared to have done was minimal, but if the talismans made any difference, at least the fight would be a hint more manageable for all of the young kids gathered together to take this punk and his twin demonic companions down. She could only hope, at least, because it wasn't really her place to do what she had done to this point already. Still, she felt something of a duty to assist them when they found themselves at a crossroads that they couldn't quite overcome on their own. To offer them guidance, at the very least, and help them to stand again and face the odds when they were the most overwhelming...because those were the moments when a Great Summoner had to be at their very best.

"And down..."

Moving swiftly, the shape vanished from the ceiling and landed with an inaudible impact behind the crumpled form of her white-haired apprentice, kneeling beside him to place a hand under his arm, energy flowing through her into the body of the young summoner to restore him from defeat back into the realm of consciousness. Yatsuda's eyes would slowly open, his power restored to some degree, and if he looked first at the figure whose hand had been placed under his arm, lifting him from the turf to stand upon his own two feet again, he would see the piercing eyes beneath the cloak and violet hair of his new Master, challenging him, encouraging him. "Be a little more careful, Yatsuda. Strike fast and hard, try to keep it on the defensive, but be observant enough to defend when you feel your enemy preparing something dangerous," the summoner advised, before sliding a tube from up her sleeve into his hands, "This is for you...a little gift for my new apprentice. Use it when you find the moment appropriate." She'd release him once he had his balance under him again, but only after ensuring that he was once again ready to enter into the fight. Her eyes then scanned the field and took in the struggling forms of Shu, her most powerful subordinate, and Red, who was not yet her apprentice but had potential that even she could recognize at a glance. Finally, she found Asuka...and with a smirk she flashed a silver tube between her fingers and called out her name. "Asuka...catch!" she flicked the tube away from her fingers and in a streak of silver it had landed within the smaller girl's hand, a gift from her new Master to aid her in a moment of great need, "A special gift for my little kitten. Try it out; I think it suits you." And with a smirk she stepped back and away from Yatso, staring down the dark fiend that had put her apprentices into such a sorry state.

"Now, let's see...Master Geirin's got you fighting one of his Kageboshi, huh? Well, he always has been something of a...Sink-or-Swim mentor. Probably why he doesn't have any apprentices of his own," she mused with a muffled chuckle, crossing her arms as she slid the hood from her head and appraised the situation calmly, feeling the terrible power rolling from the monster as she spoke, "But, I will say this...to all of you...he wouldn't have brought you here if he didn't think you could win. So trust yourselves...in your own instincts and power. I won't join in to help you...unless you're about to die, of course." Her own morbid little sense of humor might have spooked them, but that she could joke about it at all spoke to her own belief in the 4-person team assembled here. If Kai thought they could defeat this monster...so did she. After all, she knew more about most of them than anyone else in the whole of the Yatagarasu. Information was one of the tricks of the Kyouji Kuzunoha trade, after all.

"And besides...it's been a long day for me; I'm exhausted," Kyouji smirked playfully as she crouched a little ways behind Yatsuda, letting her cloak fall over her forehead as she looked on, "Do your master a favor and let her take a little breather, won't you?"

"Master Kiyoji!" Asuka said in surprise, watching her master's mildly spectacular entrance, soon after, looking at the silver tube in her hands, "This is..." Without another word, she recalled Corielisa and summoned the demon within the silver tube, What was revealed was yet another feline demon, Red hair, with pink fur. "Haineko..." "Mmmm. Time to fight?" The demon stretched, before sending an almighty attack toward the three enemies.

"Come on, you know I don't force myself onto people. I just show my love"

With the swift motions that the clone of the Great Summoner had preformed, summoning the two monstrosities to it's side, it had quickly came to grasping Yatsuda's face. And with the severe pressure that it had implanted onto Yatsuda's head, even though he was prepared for what might hit him, he still caved in and fainted from the severe pressure. With Yatsuda having been knocked out, Yuki-hime had vanished into energy and back to Yatsuda's tubes. With the being haven been done with Yatsuda and being flung painfully against the wall, a certain iconic item had fallen off of the summoner as he laid there unconscious. Then, unsuspectedly, his mentor had graciously descended down, helping the skinny summoner back up to his feet. With the wise wisdom that he was given from his mentor, as well as the gift that he was bestowed upon, Yatsuda had stared at the tube that he was given.
"Thank you, Grand Summoner. I will not allow your gift to be in vain." And with that, Yatsuda had opened the tube, letting out what was a pixie from it's casing. And with it's summoning, it had stretched out, and looked at Yatsuda. "So, your my new master? Well, boss me around too much, and I think we will get around..." And with that, the pixie had summoned up the energy from within it and had unleashed a large blast of energy at all of Yatsuda's opponents. Surprised, he nodded at such a powerful gift the pixie was. But then, the last words of what his mentor had said lingered in his mind for a while, and then quickly looked behind him to see that she was indeed behind him. So, he had stood firmly inbetween the 'kageboshi', what the Grand Summoner had called it, and his mentor. And after launching a bolt of electricity from his dagger, he had spoke to his allies. "Do not worry guys, I will protect her." Although he was guaranteed that she could probably handle herself against their opponents. He knew that, from his allies, he was probably the weakest of them all, and was fully willing to admit it. But if the Grand Summoner had decided to have move behind him, then he would put all of his energy into making sure that not only would he fight with his allies to defeat their common enemy, but to protect their common mentor as well.

Mir

A dusky raven soared through the halls of the Shrine before landing on Kyouji's shoulder and calmly looking around the area. The bird squawked loudly a moment later and flapped its wings, then took off and flew back through the halls. A short time later, a figure all of the others knew (or should have known, anyway) appeared within the room, a cloak surrounding her figure. "Are you all still at this?" she inquired, looking both amused and slightly exasperated. The Raven was gone, but one of her other Tubes started shining - and Raiho popped into existence a moment later, waving at Kyouji.

"They need more training if they're going to call themselves a Kuzunoha! You should let me do it!" the little demon said cheerfully. The cloaked girl just chuckled, then reached down and picked him up. "Hello, Kyouji. I thought I might find you here." she said, glancing in the direction of the fight. Well, it was training, so she'd leave them to it... or something like that, at least. Contrary to certain rumors, she didn't interfere in nearly as many things as she could have, and it seemed like Kyouji had already given them whatever push they might have needed.
