Also since you have both a clan AND a bloodline you only get one attribute. Just one. However the genjutsu base duration increase is fine if you would like that to be your attribute.

Ronnel grew up with his mother, one of the last who marred themselves to avoid being detected as a Hanaya. His father is unknown to the boy, as the man felt that his wife had falsely lured him to her with her clan's powers. While untrue, he wouldn't believe anything she tried to prove it, and left when Ronnel was a young infant, before the boy could even remember what he looked like. As he grew up his mother tried pressuring him into taking up the face marring that so many of their family members had turned to to keep from being targeted. To her dismay, he refused. The young teen felt that hiding in the shadows behind scars and disfiguration was harming the Hanaya clan more than it was helping them. He feels that by having prominent members again - ones who are open about who they are and what they're doing - will recreate the positive image that their family once had. While he isn't there yet, he refuses to hide who and what he is. Of course, his unknown father did still have an impact on his life. His father was a carrier of the Wangetsu Lunar kekkei genkai, though the man apparently hadn't had enough to push the bloodline to full activation. As Ronnel grew up his pupils began to change, heralding the advent of his kekkei genkai. Having an affiliation for medical techniques already, and a mild fascination with horticulture, taking up the life of a medic ninja felt right with the young man. Of course, as a man, he is more prone to charging into combat. Ronnel traveled to Soragakure to become a shinobi - the easiest way to get one's name known in the world.
Personal Attribute: Lunar Growth: The effects of the Wangetsu Lunar kekkei genkai on the Hanaya clan abilities was unexpected and strange in Ronnel's case. During the waxing phases of the moon (each phase changes over 3 days IRL) up to the full moon, the Hanaya clan techniques are increased by 1/2 rank. At the full moon, they are increased in potency by 1 rank. Conversely, in the waning phases, they are decreased by 1/2 rank. And at the full moon, they are 1 rank lower entirely.

He was their first child, and both of them being veteran shinobi, it was a nice change of pace. A few of his special characteristics? Well, he was blind. Blind as a bat. That's what they thought when they'd had him, due to the characteristic coloration of his eyes, but as time moved on and he grew, they thought otherwise (maybe a little color blind though). Neither of them actually knew he was an inheritor of a rare gene on his mothers side, one that gave him psuedo-sight using the sonic vibrations in the air. He never told either of them because he assumted that was how everyone viewed things.
It was a normal upbringing, being taught discipline and basic life skills so that he wasn't dependant entirely on them. He also underwent some shinobi training every now and then from his father, but the majority of his time was spent helping his mother with the chores. One of which was heading into a nearby village to purchase groceries and other needed items. With her encouragement, he eagerly sought out new songs and instrumental tips from local musicians. Sometimes the 'errand' would extend for hours, and each time Piko would come back with a wealth of new musical knowledge to add to his repertoire. Other than that, he would often spend time with himself in the forest where their cabin resided.
Years came and went. Eventually Aimi become pregnant with another child, and nine months down the road it was discovered that they'd had another son. It would've been a happy moment if not for the state of their marriage. Becoming unhappy with their quiet lifestyle, and discontent over the girlish nature of their firstborn, Tarou became increasingly angry and violent. He'd been scouting mercenary groups and hanging around with ruffians, their influence clearly reaching through as not even a week after Daiki's birth he'd hit Aimi for the first time. It all spiraled downward from there.
In Daiki's early childhood Piko did his best to shield his brother from his father's abuse. Many times he curbed his temper as best he could, and failing that, took upon himself any blows that he 'gifted.' Eventually it got to the point where Tarou threatened the lives of him and his mother, and that was the day that they'd finally become tired of him. Throwing him, and his things out of the house, they moved from their residence to a small village many miles away outside of Soragakure. The rest should be obvious.
Personal Attribute: See no evil... smell no evil?: In addition to being born blind, Piko is without his sense of smell. Due to this his sense of touch, and sensitivity to his bloodline's sonic vibrations is increased. When placing his hands on an object, or person, he is able to sense the vibrations within them to get an accurate depiction of the inside. This is limited to anything the size of a standard car, and increases his perception by 1/2 a rank. Passives:

• Sound Sight - Rank: Passive [No Cost] This allows the members of the Otosan clan to detect the frequencies which allow them to see. They can detect things within a range as determined by the rank rules and guidelines. If an explosion occurs this ability is disrupted as by the guidelines. • Sound Block - Rank: D The user can shut off their sensory ability for a few seconds in order to stop themselves from hearing, and therefore prevent the sound from an enemy explosion from damaging their otosan.. The cost however, is that you lose sight of everything else that was happening as well, and when the jutsu ends it cuts your "sight" range in half for two posts until it can regain all of it's hearing sensory back. Only requires one hand seal to perform, and takes two posts to cool down, essentially the time it takes for your ears to recover. • Disorientation - Rank: D By using their chakra to manipulate an opponent’s frequency, they can cause their vision to waver. This is useful to avoid attacks and cause mild effects such as nausea and dizziness. Any opponents speed rank is cut by 1/2. This jutsu lasts for 5 posts and cannot be used for 3 after it wears off. • Sound Wave - Rank: D The user of this jutsu claps their hands together to create a wave of sound. Like a wave of wind it can strike small projectiles in the air and halt their progress. This jutsu also can be used to push opponents back 1m, but may not be used more than once every four posts. • Echoing Steps - Rank: D The user can alter the frequencies of an area to conceal their own noise while echoing the sounds of an opponent’s movements. This allows them to move silently until they attack.
