Henrietta nodded; those looked good to her- she was fine with what Jace had chosen.
The price got a blink; wow- flowers were expensive. Her mouth formed a bit of a surprised 'o' and she was glad they'd agreed to share the cost of the flowers. She started counting out as much as she could afford.

Jace blinked at the woman's comment, then turned pink, scratching the back of his neck. "Oh, uhh... The red one for the boy and the white one or the girl one," he said, looking between the two vases.
The price made him tense up a little, and he stared for a minute. They were splitting them though... So that was good. Once his decision of flower placement was made, he, too, dug through his wallet and produced the money he wanted to spend, bash fully hoping it was okay.

The woman just smiled and placed one rose in each of the identical vases. She then accepted the money from the children and Flynn and gave the man the receipt.
"Thank you very much, I hope your friends enjoy them."
And with that Flynn took one vase and gave the other to Henrietta before leaving the store.

Henrietta really hoped they would considering the price; weren't flowers just... pretty plants? How were green plants rare and expensive? Maybe she should try being a florist after all; to her it suddenly seemed easy and lucrative. Pick a few pretty weeds and flowers, sell for tonnes of cash... But it wouldn't be -as awesome and amazingly fun- as being a pokémon trainer...
With a polite smile; "Thanks!" And then she took the vase from Flynn, following out. Having eaten a tiny bit of a bouquet, Gummy, swallowed, then waddled after the group as usual, while Bistra bounced a little on Hen's head, singing happily.

With a wave and a thanks to the florist, jace followed the other ones, then stopped, his brows furrowed for a minute before he ran back in for a few seconds, his hand thrust deep into his pocket.
After a few moments, he emerged, Zap riding atop his shoulder and Dawn following gracefully behind him, a single blue and yellow flower in his hand. Catching up to the others, he smiled at Henrietta, then offered her the bloom. Cause she was a girl. And he didn't want her to be jealous of all of Dove's flowers. And she had helped Yuri too, he thought.

Not having noticed Gummys little snack, which was probably for the better, Flynn started walking back towards the hospital. Though there was pause and a confused blink as Jace went running back into the flower shop. Though when he emerged with a flower for Henrietta he smiled in understanding.

"Jace?" Henrietta called, blinking as the boy ran back to the shop. That was strange. Gummy took no notice; people did weird things. Bistra chirped happily, as if she knew something they didn't, and hopped from Hen's head, to perch on her shoulder instead.
When Jace reappeared, the girl blinked in surprise as she found herself being handed a blue and yellow flower. Well, that was a nice surprise. "You didn't need to do that!" She told the boy, earnestly, but smiling, as she shifted the vase to a safe grip in one arm for a moment, allowing her to take the flower, examine it, put it up into her hair, the stem behind her ear, and then lean to aim a, careful, hug at her friend, though a probably quite a longer one than she might have given before. "Thank you!"

Jace smiled a little lopsidedly and let her hug him, his cheeks pink. "You helped too, and you're my friend! Plus it's your favorite colors,"[/colors] he shrugged, nearly knocking Zap from his shoulder. "But you're welcome!"
The multicolored swablu chirped in giggles.
"Let's go find Dove"

Flynn watched the entire exchange with a continual smile. As Jace started off again though Ge reached out to pay the boy on the back. He was young but had a good start on knowing how to treat a lady. It was rather promising.
"She should be in the hospital by now," he told them and started off that direction again.

Henrietta grinned as she heard Jace mention the flower was her favourite colours... It was, as well. She found herself a little surprised, and very touched, that he'd remembered such a thing... No matter how obvious her choice of first pokéball and outfit might have made them.
She smirked at the redness in his cheeks, but spared him further embarrassment, nodding as he stated it was time to find Dove. Carefully reached up to make sure her flower was safe where she worn it, proudly, and then walked along with them, toward the hospital.
Bistra chirped back to Dawn, with an amused trilling noise, while Gummy blinked one eye, then the other and waddled along just behind them.

Jace blinked up at the man at the sudden but gentle pat on his back, then smiled and followed them toward the hospital, his arms again open for Dawn to settle against him as they walked.
The swablu, also amused, only hummed, content where she was for now.
When the group arrived at the hospital, they would be greeted by nurses--the two younger trainers more specifically, the blonde with a warm and somewhat informed welcome. Dove had already been shown back to Mr. Lowell's room, and there they would find her.
Tightly curled in a chair pulled to his bedside like a small child, the woman was fast asleep at last, one arm curled around her middle, the other hand laid loosely on Yuri's arm at his wrist.

Flynn was glad to hear that they were able to visit Yuri now, though the kids had to promise to keep their voices down.
Stepping into the room, he sighed lightly at the sight. Putting the one vase he was carrying onto a nearby table, though there wasn't much room in the tiny ICU room, he then picked up a spare blanket and put it over Dove.
His attention then went to Yuri, whom he could barely recognize in this state. His hair bundled up under a hair net to keep it out of the way, his skin pale, and various tubes and equipment attached to him.

Henrietta followed silently. She didn't look too hard at where Yuri lay; the memories of when they'd been waiting in the forest were quite enough already for her.
She didn't want to wake Dove, either, so she carefully stepped close to where she was curled in the chair, and then looked at Flynn for advice on where she should put the flowers down.

Though the others were quiet as they entered, Dove stirred and woke with a quiet start when Flynn put the blanket over her. She immediately released the man's wrist and blinked for a minute, looked to Yuri to make sure nothing had changed, then looked over to the blonde with a sigh of relief. It didn't look like much had changed, and she tried to offer a smile to both him and Henrietta as they appeared with flowers. "Hey, sorry..." she whispered, righting herself in the chair. "Um... You guys okay..?'
Jace, though he had followed the others closely, now stood in the doorway, his eyes huge and locked on the man in the bed as his shoulders trembled. After a few seconds, he backed away, hiding behind the corner.

"Yeah," Flynn said at Dove's question, having stepped back when she suddenly awoke. "We brought you something."
He then looked over at Henrietta who held the flowers that were meant for Dove.
Though out of the corner of his eye Flynn saw the boy shying away and stepped towards him with some concern. "Jace? It's all right."
